Real-time risk definition in the transport of dangerous goods by road

    No full text
The definition of risk in the transport of dangerous goods is an open issue. No international standard is currently defined. In addition, the definition of risk is directly related to the possibility to its control at decisional level, for example, by rerouting the traffic. In this work, a proposal to define risk at strategic, tactical, operational and realtime level is proposed. A system of systems vision of the definition at operational/realtime level is particularly promising of research aspects both from a SoSE and a technological viewpoint. © 2012 IEEE

Applicazione della Decisione 2001/471/CE in un macello suino

The results of the application of 2001 1471 /CE Decision in a pig slaughterhouse are reported. Bacteriological analyses with the destructive method are more careful above all to quantify the bacterial loads of the carcass. Furthermore, there have been two experimentations: the first has to highlight the relationship between environmental and carcass hygiene and the second to evaluate the positive effects of carcass washing on total bacterial loads. Therefore, the application of 2001/471/CE Decision after carcass washing and before the dissection, completes the application of self-control in all the phases of the work-line, leading to improvements in the hygienic conditions of both the environmental and the production itself
