INTERPRETARE IL CAMBIAMENTO DEI SISTEMI ECONOMICI TERRITORIALI: PROCESSI, FRATTURE, RICOMPOSIZIONI

The goal of this work is to present most appropriate interpretations to understand the evolution of territorial economic systems, in the current economic scenario, characterized by remarkable changes both in time and in space. To meet this objective, we suggest some analysis perspectives and we introduce the concept of fracture, which indicates the interruption in the evolution of a phenomenon and the emergence of a crisis situation, but also discontinuities and orientation towards new development trajectories and new system structures. More precisely, we propose a territorial analysis which integrates: the diachronic analysis, oriented to reconstruct the economic trajectories and to identify the interruptions (temporal fractures) and the steps towards other development dynamics; the synchronic analysis, which aims to capture the traces of the processes on regional economic forms and to identify the development differences (territorial fractures); the relational analysis, aimed at describing the internal and external relationships and the fragmentation of the phenomena that occur at different spatial scales (transcalar fractures). Using these perspectives of analysis, we examined the economic system of Pisa, trying to understand its development trajectories, the transformations left in the territorial structures, the emergent fractures, the dynamics of reconstruction and change

Digital platforms and unequal food accessibility: reading the gaps in food delivery services during the pandemic. Digital on-demand food delivery platforms (known in the literature as OFD, Online Food Delivery) have helped to ensure access to food during the Covid19 pandemic, while catering establishments underwent closures or scheduling and some commercial food complexes became difficult to reach and usable due to the limitations imposed 273 on movements and accesses. This work is part of the geographical debate on OFD platforms and intends to focus on how they represent opportunities, but also factors that create margins, as well as other tools made possible by the fourth revolution (Lazzeroni and Morazzoni, 2020). More precisely, the goal is to observe the situations of inequality that seem to have emerged in this area during the pandemic (Bissell, 2020) due to two types of barriers to access to services: the presence/absence of the service in the different areas and the lack of digital infrastructure in some areas of the country. The context of the Italian OFD will be studied through a micro-biopolitical lens that connects the power relations, the market relations (capitalist and techno-capitalist), and the governance/smart-mentality processes through which the OFD is disciplined and managed in the cities

Low-pressure receptor activity and exaggerated natriuresis in essential hypertension. Coruzzi P, Novarini A, Biggi A, Lazzeroni E, Musiari L, Ravanetti C, Tagliavini S, Borghetti A. Abstract Urinary sodium excretion, central hemodynamics, and mean arterial pressure (MAP) were studied in 7 normal subjects and 19 hypertensive patients during both central hypervolemia by water immersion to the neck (NI) and extracellular volume expansion by i.v. saline infusion. During 2-hour NI, 12 out of the 19 hypertensives exhibited a significant fall in MAP (p less than 0.001). Exaggerated natriuresis did not occur in these patients (ns). In the remaining 7 hypertensive patients in whom, during NI, MAP was unchanged, exaggerated natriuresis was found (p less than 0.001). During saline infusion, MAP was either unchanged or increased and exaggerated natriuresis was found in all hypertensive patients (p less than 0.001) previously submitted to NI. Our findings suggest that a high MAP is a major determinant of exaggerated natriuresis in arterial hypertension

After an investigation of the changes in the current regulatory framework, in order to grasp the dynamics implemented, in particular by trade unions, labour inspectors and the jurisprudence, to make up for the escape from the unions and majority collective agreements generated by the uncontrolled proliferation of “minor” union agreements, the Author reflects on paradoxes, dynamism and immobilism of our system of collective bargaining
