Turism development posibilities in the Benedikt municipality
No full textMagistrsko delo obravnava turistični potencial občine Benedikt. V ospredje je avtorica postavila naravne in kulturne značilnosti, ki jih premore občina. Benedikt leži v osrčju Slovenskih goric. Nekoč je bil kraj povsem kmetijsko območje, v zadnjih dveh desetletjih pa so se v občini pričele razvijati tudi terciarne in kvartarne dejavnosti. Danes v občini prevladujejo polkmetije, saj občani poleg dela na kmetiji hodijo še v službo. V zadnjih nekaj letih se je center občine izjemno razvil, k temu je pripomogla hitra cesta, ki je odvzela promet, ki se je včasih vil mimo Benedikta. Prav tako je k selitvi mladih družin v Benedikt pripomogla gradnja stanovanjskih blokov in načrtna gradnja modernega stanovanjskega naselja v bližini. Razvijati se je začel turizem, občina je poskrbela za informativne table, razne poti povezujejo znamenitosti v celoto. Leta 2004 so končali z deli na vrtini termalne vode, ki je namenjena izgradnji termalnega kopališča v Benediktu.The Master\u27s thesis deals with the tourism potential of the Benedict Municipality. The author has highlighted the natural and cultural characteristics, which are present in the municipality. Benedikt is located in the heart of Slovenske gorice. Once the place was a fully agricultural area, but in the last two decades, the municipality began to develop in the tertiary and quaternary activities. Today, the municipality is dominated by part-time farming, as citizens in addition to working on the farm also go to work. In the last few years, the centre of the municipality has extremely developed. This happened because of the express road, which has taken away the traffic that used to go through Benedikt in the past. The construction of housing estate and systematic construction of modern residential area nearby have also contributed to young families moving to Benedikt. Tourism started to develop, the municipality took care of the information boards, and various paths are linking sights into a whole. In 2004, the works on the borehole of the thermal water, which is intended for the construction of thermal spa in Benedikt, were finished

Benedikt compared to its competitors in terms of innovation and market trends that may affect the development of new products. Additionally, the research seeks to uncover potential areas of focus and opportunities for further innovation to drive growth and maintain a competitive edge within the industry.Tato práce se věnuje důležitosti inovací v neustále se měnícím světě, a to i v tradiční společnosti. Cílem této práce je získat komplexní představu o faktorech, které ovlivňují inovaci výrobků ve společnosti G. Benedikt, a identifikovat trendy a faktory v odvětví HoReCa, které mohou společnosti pomoci udržet si konkurenceschopnost a ziskovost i v budoucnu. Za tímto účelem autorka zpracovala přístup společnosti k inovacím, zhodnotila vliv toho, že je rodinným podnikem, na její inovativnost, prozkoumala vnější faktory, posoudila, jak je společnost G. Benedikt srovnávána se svými konkurenty z hlediska inovací a tržních trendů, které mohou ovlivnit vývoj nových výrobků. Kromě toho se výzkum snažil odhalit potenciální oblasti, na které je třeba se zaměřit, a příležitosti pro další inovace, aby se podpořil růst a udržel konkurenční náskok v rámci odvětví

No full textSoftcover, 17x24Die moderne Medizin ist zunehmend geprägt von arbeitsteiligen Prozessen. Was aber genau versteht das Arztrecht unter Arbeitsteilung, Delegation oder Substitution? Welche Tätigkeiten können im Einzelfall konkret arbeitsteilig durchgeführt werden, ohne dass sich der Arzt vergütungs- und haftungsrechtlichen Risiken aussetzt? Diese Arbeit versucht auf diese drängenden Fragen des Arztrechts Antworten zu geben. Dabei entwickelt der Autor basierend auf den von ihm herausgearbeiteten arztrechtlichen Prinzipien eine systematische Grenze der arbeitsteiligen Medizin. In diesem Grenzsystem liegt zugleich ein Beitrag zur aktuell im Zuge des Patientenrechtegesetzes fortschreitenden privatrechtsdogmatischen Integration des Arztrechts. Ferner wird dieses System anhand von ausgewählten Einzelfragen des Arztvergütungs- und Arzthaftungsrechts überprüft und weiterentwickelt. Auf diese Weise soll ein praxistauglicher und gleichzeitig dogmatisch abgesicherter Lösungsansatz für die Grenze der arbeitsteiligen Medizin präsentiert werden.Modern medicine is increasingly characterised by the division of labour. Therefore, this process as well as the concepts of delegation and substitution need to be clarified on a juridical basis. Accordingly, this dissertation is an approach to answer relevant questions of medical law, such as: Which concrete medical processes can be carried out based on the division of labour without risking legal steps regarding liability or pay to be taken? Rogacic was the author of a number of works in Italian and Latin, including a successful Italian grammar, extensive poetry and the lengthy "Dell'Uno Necessario" containing a wealth of scholastic analyses and psychological observations as well as religious writings, history and above all a mystical ecstatic relationship with God. Halamhek is of the opinion that such a work deserves to have been made a required aesthetic text, imbued as if is with a sense of the suprnatural, joy, optimism, in addition to all the seriousness and rigorousness of Christian aspiration toward sanctification

Algebraic Presentations of Dependent Type Theories
No full textC-systems were defined by Cartmell as models of generalized algebraic
theories. B-systems were defined by Voevodsky in his quest to formulate and
prove an initiality conjecture for type theories. They play a crucial role in
Voevodsky's construction of a syntactic C-system from a term monad. In this
work, we construct an equivalence between the category of C-systems and the
category of B-systems, thus proving a conjecture by Voevodsky. We construct
this equivalence as the restriction of an equivalence between more general
structures, called CE-systems and E-systems, respectively. To this end, we
identify C-systems and B-systems as "stratified" CE-systems and E-systems,
respectively; that is, systems whose contexts are built iteratively via context

Benedikt Kotruljević's Ethical-Humanist Thought
No full textU svom radu autorica istražuje mjesto, značenje i doprinos djela o trgovini B. Kotruljevića/B. Cotrugli, II Libro dell 'arte di mercatura (napisana 1458. i objavljena u Veneciji 1573. g.), s posebnim osvrtom na njegovu filozofsku praktičko-etičku dimenziju, što dosad nije bilo predmetom filozofske historiografije.
U studiji se ukazuje na duhovno-misaonu usmjerenost dubrovačkog humanista, filozofski i teološki obrazovanog, a razmatraju se i neka u tom smislu značajna pitanja i problemi koje otvara njegovo djelo, a koji se javljaju kao dominantni problemi mišljenja kako hrvatskog tako i europskog humanizma u cjelini.
Ponajprije se razmatraju spekulativne teorijske osnove i modeli prema kojima Kotruljević izgrađuje svoju sliku savršena trgovca, njegove osobnosti, života i djelovanja: postavke antičke grčke etike, helenističko-rimske baštine, patrističko-skolastičke doktrine, te humanistički etički ideali.
Potom se ispituju idejno-tematske i sadržajno-motivske podudarnosti kao i razlike između Kotruljevićevih koncepcija, ideja i teza i onih sadržanih u djelima nekih njegovih suvremenika (L. B. Alberti, A. Pandolfini, M. Palmieri). Autorica zaključno formulira svoju prosudbu o izuzetnom značenju koje pripada B. Kotruljeviću ne samo kao ekonomskom klasiku nego i kao mislitelju među naraštajima hrvatskih humanista, pisaca i pjesnika, znanstvenika, diplomata i državnika, koji su dali svoj doprinos povijesti etičke problematike, od Nikole Modruškog, Marka Marulića, Ivana Polikarpa Severitana/Barhule, do Matije Vlačića Ilirika, Fausta Vrančića, Nikole Gučetića i dr., ali i u redu veličina europskog humanizma, kao što je to primjerice Pico della Mirandola.The authoress investigates the significance and contribution of Benedikt Kotruljević / Benedetto Cotrugli's work on commerce entitled Il Libro dell'arte di mercatura, written in 1458 and published in Venice in 1573. The authoress pays special attention to Kotruljević's philosophical practical-ethical dimension, an issue hitherto not considered by philosophical historiography.
The paper discusses the philosophical orientation of the Dubrovnik humanist, philosophical and theologically educated, as well as some of the issues raised by his work. These issues were dominant in Croatian but also in European humanism as a whole.
The authoress primarily considers the speculative theoretical bases and models that Kotruljević built his image of the perfect merchant's personality, life and work on. These postulates came from Classical Greek ethics, the Hellenistic and Roman heritage, Patristic and Scholastic doctrines, as well as humanist ethical ideals.
The authoress then examines the ideological-thematic and substantive-motivational similarities and differences between Kotruljević's concepts and hose found in the works by some of his contemporaries (L. B. Alberti, A. Pandalfini, M. Palmieri).
The authoress concludes with her evaluation of the exceptional significance of
Benedikt Kotruljević as a classical economy author and a thinker who, among generations of Croatian humanists, writers and poets, scientists, diplomats and statesmen, from Nikola Modruški, Marko Marulić, Ivan Polikarp Severitan / Barbula, to Matija Vlačić Ilirik, Faust Vrančić, Nikola Gučetić and others, contributed to the history of ethical issues and problems; he is also comparable with great personalities of European humanism, e. g. Pico della Mirandola
