A study of parents' perceptions of the influence on children's behaviour of imported children's television programs in Jakarta
Master of ArtsThe principal aim of this study is to survey parents' perceptions of the influence of imported children's television programs on their children's behaviour. The survey was carried out in the Jakarta area. The study was promoted by a desire to investigate the claim made by some social commentators in Indonesia recently that children's behaviour was worsening, especially since the rapid expansion of commercial television. For the survey, a group of 388 parents of mixed socio-economic status were questioned. As a further step, qualitative research techniques were used to interview key personnel from the Indonesian television industry. Both the quantitative and qualitative data obtained was related to imported children's programs broadcast on both commercial and government channels. The result indicate that there w as no significant correlation between increased negative behaviour in children and the watching of imported children's programs. Most parents were inclined toward the view that they could not be certain whether or not their children's behaviour was influenced by imported children's television programs. Neither did they consider such programs to have a negative influence on their children's behaviour. Variation in parents' socio-economic status did not lead to a significant difference in percentages. Since parents did not perceive there to be any correlation, there may be other factors at work leading children to behave in increasingly negative ways, or perhaps the social commentators are mistaken and children's behaviour is not worsening at al

Background: Motorcycle and car riders in Indonesia have a very high population. This results in the rider's body being in
a prolonged static position every day while driving. Motorcycle and car riders are forced to drive a vehicle for at least 1
– 2 hours a day. Prolonged sitting positions can result in some musculoskeletal pain. This study aims to analyze the use
of vehicles, both motorcycles and cars, in terms of driving duration and determine the incidence of musculoskeletal
pain. Methods: This research uses a descriptive research design with a cross-sectional analysis. The data source for this
research is primary data obtained by interviewing and using a questionnaire that refers to the Nordic Body Map to map
musculoskeletal pain complaints felt by participants while driving. Results: The total population was 124 people,
however, only 88 samples were willing to be research subjects in this study. The results shown that more than 60
percent of respondents felt musculoskeletal pain in their bodies because of driving. Driving for more than 3 hours a day
is one of the factor causing the musculoskeletal pain. From the data that has been obtained, it can be seen that
musculoskeletal pain is felt in almost all parts of the body. Furthermore, pain in the lower back and neck was the most
painful area of the body that felt by the most respondents. The upper back/shoulder is also a part of the body that feels
pain almost the same as the neck. Conclusion: Vehicle drivers, both motorcycles and cars, have quite a large percentage
of experiencing musculoskeletal pain complaints. The parts of the body that experience the most of musculoskeletal
pain complaints are the low back, neck and upper back or shoulders.

Pengamanan Hak Keuangan Negara Berupa Bea Masuk Pada Perusahaan Penerima Fasilitas Tempat Penimbunan Yang Pailit
The role of fiscal facilities in supporting the country's economy is very necessary. The fiscal facility policy is managed by the Ministry of Finance, which oversees the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) and the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC). These two directorates generally act as tax authorities to collect taxes for state revenues and undertake other efforts to secure state financial rights in accordance with the main duties and functions of each directorate general, including managing fiscal policy with taxation instruments. From the above background, the author conducted a study with the title This is the reason for conducting research in the form of a paper entitled "SAFEGUARDING STATE FINANCIAL RIGHTS IN THE FORM OF IMPORT DUTY IN RECEIVING FACILITIES RECEIVING THE PAYMENT OF SUSPENSION OF IMPORT DUTIES (BONDED ZONES) DECLARED IN BANKRUPT". The author uses research methods using normative legal research methods (juridical normative), namely research that has an object of study about legal rules or regulations. From the results of the research conducted, it is concluded that; 1) The Customs Law is an administrative law in the capacity of a public law while the Bankruptcy Law is a private law (civil). 2) Between the interests of the two laws, there is an institution of Supervisory Judges that oversees the duties of the curator in managing and managing the assets of the bankrupt boedel. Whereas the judge's decision is considered correct, thus the decision of the supervisory judge in the context of bankruptcy becomes a source of law that should be carried out by the parties in the bankruptcy process, especially the TPB which is declared bankrupt. 3) Whereas the administrative provisions of the Customs Law on bankrupt TPB companies are less effective or efficient in securing state financial rights. 4) With the bankruptcy of the TPB company, the legal status of the company by law is under general confiscation, meaning that the management loses their right to manage company assets and is transferred to the curator. Thus the management of the TPB company is not legally competent. Therefore, the TPB permit must be revoked and the status of suspension of import duty becomes invalid so that it becomes payable import duty. Thus the obligation of the TPB company in bankruptcy to pay off itself, but if it is not possible then the exofficio customs and excise officer can make a determination based on the audit results. 5) The reluctance of Customs and excise officials in revoking facility permits and issuing customs determination letters against TPB declared bankruptcy and resulting in non-optimal security of state financial rights so that the state does not receive the right as it should. The actions of customs officials that result in the non-acquisition of state rights should be held accountable
Effect of Ankle Strategy Exercise on Balance Improvement and Fall Risk Reduction in the Elderly
Older adults face a heightened risk of falling both indoors and outdoors due to age-related declines in balance. One contributing factor is weakness or instability in the ankle joint, which can significantly impair postural control and lead to limitations in daily activities. As balance deteriorates, functional capacity in the lower limbs declines, further hindering mobility and independence. Enhancing ankle strength and stability is therefore essential to improving balance and reducing fall risk in this population. This study investigates the impact of Strategic Ankle Exercise on balance and falling risk among older adults. Employing a one-group pre-test and post-test experimental design, the study involved 33 participants who met the inclusion criteria and were selected through total sampling. Balance was assessed using the Berg Balance Scale (BBS) and the Timed Up and Go (TUG) test. Paired sample t-tests conducted via SPSS revealed a significant improvement in dynamic balance following the intervention: BBS scores increased from 44 to 50.8, while TUG scores decreased from 15.5 to 10.1 (p < 0.001). A correlation analysis indicated a strong negative relationship between changes in BBS and TUG scores (r = -0.86; p < 0.001), suggesting that improvements in balance were associated with reduced fall risk Strategic Ankle Exercise emerges as an effective, evidence-based intervention for enhancing balance and minimizing fall risk in older adults. These findings support the integration of this program into geriatric care strategies. Future research should explore optimal exercise dosage and customization to maximize benefits across diverse age groups and functional levels. Keyword: Balance, Ankle strategic exercise, BBS, TU
