Answer to the Milićian neo-bolshevist school
U tekstu autor polemiše protiv dvojice svojih kritičara, Vladimira Ilića i Borislava Milića, koji pripadaju novoobrazovanoj Milićevskoj neoboljševičkoj školi. Polemika se pretežno odnosi na probleme delanja društvenih grupa. Autor takođe pruža i neke uvide u neoboljševičku teoriju društvenih grupa, klasnih sukoba, autoritarne vlasti i 'buržoaske demokratije'.In the text the author polemizes against his two critics, Vladimir Ilić and Borislav Milić, who happened to be the members of the newly established Milićian neo-bolshevist school. The polemics is mainly concerned with the problems of the action of social groups. The author offers also some insights in the neo-bolshevist theory of social groups, class struggle, authoritarian government and 'bourgeois democracy'
ANOVA bootstrapped principal components analysis for logistic regression
Principal components analysis (PCA) is often used as a dimensionality reduction technique. A small number of principal components is selected to be used in a classification or a regression model to boost accuracy. A central issue in the PCA is how to select the number of principal components. Existing algorithms often result in contradictions and the researcher needs to manually select the final number of principal components to be used. In this research the author proposes a novel algorithm that automatically selects the number of principal components. This is achieved based on a combination of ANOVA ranking of principal components, the bootstrap and classification models. Unlike the classical approach, the algorithm we propose improves the accuracy of the logistic regression and selects the best combination of principal components that may not necessarily be ordered. The ANOVA bootstrapped PCA classification we propose is novel as it automatically selects the number of principal components that would maximise the accuracy of the classification model
O terminih z vidika terminografske prakse
obdelavi, in sicer glede prepoznavanja terminov, določanja slovarskih oblik iztočnic, prikaza terminografsko pomembnih jezikovnih podatkov, deloma v primerjavi z jezikovnosistemskimi značilnostmi terminoloških ustreznikov v drugih jezikih, zlasti angleščini. The article discusses terms with regard to terminographic practice in the Section for terminological dictionaries at the Fran Ramovš Institute for the Slovene language at the Scientific Research Centre of the Slovene Academy of Sciences and Arts. The author also considers the principles for the compilation of normative explanatory terminological dictionaries with translation equivalents in foreign languages. The main topic of this article is botanical terms and terms from related disciplines, to a certain extent also terms related to geography and spatial planning – all intended to draw attention to expressive-syntactic, conceptual-systematic and conceptual-semantic features of terms and to peculiarities in the structure of interlexemic connections. The problems a lexicographer encounters in terminographic treatment of the materials compiled have also been taken into consideration: e.g. the identifying of terms, the determining of the form of dictionary entries, the presentation of terminographically relevant linguistic information – also in comparison with the features of terminological equivalents in other languages, especially English. An important component in terminographic work is the setting of criteria for inclusion of terms in a dictionary. The selection of terms should be suited to and consistent with the purpose of a given dictionary, since terminological dictionaries are usually not designed as thesauri. The article discusses terms according to their roles in dictionaries: entries, means of explanation and relation, i.e. synonyms, as well as expressions revealing hierarchical and partial relations among terms (concepts), and to a limited extent also the provision of interlinguistic relations
Genre and literary-historical transgressions and the sociopolitical context in Borislav Pekić’s novel Hodačašće Arsenija Njegovana and the collection of short texts Pisma iz tuđine
Diplomsko delo obravnava dve deli srbskega pisatelja Borislava Pekića: roman Hodočašće Arsenija Njegovana (1970) in zbirko kratkih besedil Pisma iz tuđine (v treh publikacijah: 1987, 1989, 1991). This thesis analyses two works by the Serbian writer Borislav Pekić: the novel Hodočašće Arsenija Njegovana (1970) and the collection of short texts Pisma iz tuđine (in three publications: 1987, 1989, 1991). The sociopolitical context in which both works were created is crucial for their understanding, as the sociopolitical situation profoundly shaped not only their creation but also their content. As Pekić was an author who wrote during the shift from (Yugoslavian) modernism to postmodernism, we will identify the defining features of both literary movements in the novel and classify the genre of the letters in this collection of short texts

Problems with prescribing, reading and dispensing of drugs, and education of students of pharmacy, medicine and dentistry
Medical services and care for patients today are increasingly liberalized and relying on awareness and active participation of the patient. But problems with the spelling and the correct allocation of prescription drugs remain. Many countries have introduced electronic prescriptions, which reduces the possibility of error to a minimum. In Bulgaria such a project is currently in progress. Will focus primarily on the problems at discharge and dispensing of medicines prescribed on regular (`white`) form - Ordinance № 4, Official Gazette No. 3, year LV, Annex 2 to Article 6, paragraph 1.The recipe is an official document with medical, legal and financial burden. We put emphasis on the responsibility that the pharmacist is often forced to take, performing incorrectly or illegibly written forms for humane reasons and not for financial reasons, as suspected.Training of medical professionals about the rules of prescription and dispensing of prescription drugs is subject to improvement. In this regard, the project `Updating the curricula of the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Medical University Varna in accordance with the needs of the pharmaceutical business and the requirements of the labor market` is absolutely necessary.Paying attention to this aspect of the work will improve the performance of pharmaceutical care in pharmacies and reduce the possibility of the occurrence of errors
Study of Y-type hexaferrite Ba 0.5 Sr 1.5 ZnNiFe 12 O 22 powders
peer reviewedWe report results from a study on the influence of the substitution of Zn 2+ cations in the Y-type Ba 0.5 Sr 1.5 Zn 2 Fe 12 O 22 hexaferrite, known for strong magnetoelectric coupling, with magnetic cations, such as Ni 2+ , on its structural and magnetic properties. Polycrystalline samples of Ba 0.5 Sr 1.5 ZnNiFe 12 O 22 were synthesized by citric acid sol-gel auto-combustion. The saturation magnetization value of 54.7 emu/g at 4.2 K was reduced to 37.2 emu/g at 300 K. The temperature dependence of the magnetization at magnetic fields of 50 Oe, 100 Oe and 500 Oe were used to determine the magnetic phase transition temperature. We demonstrate that the helical spin state, believed to cause the magnetoelectric effect, can be achieved by varying the magnetic field strength within a given temperature range. © 2019 Author(s)
