АНАЛІЗУВАННЯ РИНКУ НЕРУХОМОСТІ ВОЛИНСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ
Get PDFThe article reveals the state of the real estate market of Ukraine in general and Volyn region. The relevance of real estate market research is due to the fact that it is characterized by uneven development of its segments, insufficient level of state support and the need for a high level of consumer solvency, which in turn arouses interest of various government agencies, groups and organizations to study this problem. The purpose of writing this article is to investigate the state of the real estate market of Ukraine in general and Volyn region in particular. In the process of writing the article, the authors used the following research methods: inductive, deductive - to collect, process and justify the total number of construction companies operating in the Volyn region; economic analysis and comparison - to analyze the real estate market of Ukraine in general and Volyn region; graphic - to visually reflect the dynamics of changes in the price index in the primary and secondary housing market in Ukraine for 2015-2020, as well as to illustrate the volume of real estate services in the Volyn region; abstract-logical - for theoretical generalizations and conclusions. The dynamics of changes in the price index in the primary and secondary housing market in Ukraine for 2015-2020 is studied, which indicates a constant rate of price growth, especially in 2020. The real estate market of Volyn region is characterized in the following areas: economic characteristics of the industry, analysis of competitors and competitive environment, driving forces, competitive position of major players (strategic groups), key success factors, prospects for the industry and its overall attractiveness. Systematized construction companies operating in the Volyn region. The dynamics of the volume of realized real estate services in Volyn region is given. The influence of factors on the supply and demand of the real estate market is studied. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the novelty of the data obtained in the process of research on the latest trends in the real estate market of Volyn region. Disseminated information will contribute to a more thorough understanding of the current state and development of the real estate market.Стаття розкриває стан ринку нерухомості України загалом та Волинської області. Актуальність дослідження ринку нерухомості зумовлена тим, що він характеризується нерівномірним розвитком його сегментів, недостатнім рівнем державної підтримки та необхідністю високого рівня платоспроможності споживачів, а це в свою чергу викликає зацікавленість різних державних органів, верств населення, організацій до вивчення даної проблеми. Метою написання статті є дослідити стан ринку нерухомості України загалом та Волинської області зокрема. В процесі написання статті авторами було використано наступні методи дослідження: індуктивний, дедуктивний – для збору, обробки та обґрунтування загальної кількості будівельних підприємства, які функціонують у Волинській області; економічного аналізу та порівняння – для аналізування ринку нерухомості України загалом та Волинської області; графічний – для наочного відображення динаміки зміни індексу цін на первинному та вторинному ринку житла в Україні за 2015-2020 рр., а також при унаочненні обсягу реалізованих послуг сфери нерухомості у Волинській області; абстрактно-логічний – для теоретичних узагальнень і формування висновків. Досліджено динаміку зміни індексу цін на первинному та вторинному ринку житла в Україні за 2015-2020 рр, що вказує на постійні темпи зростання цін, особливо у 2020р. Охарактеризовано ринок нерухомості Волинської області за наступними напрямами: економічні характеристики галузі, аналіз конкурентів та конкурентного середовища, рушійні сили, конкурентна позиція основних гравців (стратегічних груп), ключові фактори успіху, перспективи галузі і її загальна привабливість. Систематизовано будівельні підприємства, які працюють на території Волинської області. Подано динаміку обсягу реалізованих послуг сфери нерухомості у Волинській області. Досліджено вплив чинників на попит та пропозицію ринку нерухомості. Наукова новизна статті полягає у новизні отриманих у процесі його проведення результатів щодо останніх тенденцій ринку нерухомості Волинської області. Поширена інформація сприятиме більш ґрунтовному розумінню сучасного стану та розвитку ринку нерухомості

Get PDFThe article reveals the latest trends in the dairy products market of Ukraine. The purpose of writing the article is the formation of the latest trends in the dairy market. Various general scientific and special research methods were used in the process of the work. In particular, inductive and deductive methods were used to analyze the dynamics of the cow population in Ukraine in all categories of farms. With the help of economic analysis and comparison, the analysis of the dynamics of the cow population in agricultural enterprises and enterprises of the population for 2011-2021 was carried out. And the forecast until 2025 was calculated. The graphic method was used to visualize the research results. The abstract-logical method was used for theoretical generalizations and the formation of conclusions. The dynamics of milk production in Ukraine are substantiated, and it is proved that it is determined by two main indicators - the number of livestock and the productivity of cows. During the last decade, a gradual decrease in the number of cows in Ukraine has been observed, which has become a stable negative trend. It was established that for 2011-2021 the number of cows decreased by almost 1/3: in 2011 its number was 2.63 million heads, and in 2021 - 1.67 million heads. The number of cows in agricultural enterprises (by 28%) and in households decreased. The tendency to decrease is also predicted until 2025. This is also indicated by the linear predictive model. In the structure of all farms, the largest specific weight is occupied by households, in most cases, they make up more than 75%. For 2020-2021, production volumes also decreased by 544.5 thousand tons. Over the years, the specific weight of all regions of Ukraine in the overall structure of the volume of milk production has decreased. It has been established that the increase in prices for dairy products can lead to a reduction in consumption, a shortage of milk, and an increase in exports. The influence of the seasonality factor on the price is substantiated. In addtion, dairy producers work under martial law, some even under fire. The number of imported dairy products is increasing in the Ukrainian market, and this poses a threat to Ukrainian producers. It should be noted that if the current conditions do not change, the trend of increasing imports will continue.В статті розкрито останні тенденції ринку молокопродуктів України. Для написання статті використано різні загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи дослідження. Дедуктивний та індуктивний, методи застосовано для аналізування динаміки поголів’я корів в усіх категоріях господарств України. За допомогою економічного аналізу та порівняння здійснено аналізування динаміку поголів\u27я корів в сільськогосподарських підприємства та підприємствах населення за 2011-2021рр. та розраховано прогноз до 2025р. Графічний метод використано для наочного відображення результатів дослідження. Для теоретичних узагальнень і формування висновків застосовано абстрактно-логічний метод. Обгрунтовано динаміку виробництва молока в Україні та доведено, що вона визначається двома основними показниками – кількістю поголів’я і продуктивністю корів. Протягом останнього десятиріччя спостерігається поступове зниження поголів\u27я корів в Україні, що стало стійким негативним трендом. встановлено, що за 2011-2021рр. поголів\u27я корів скоротилося майже на 1/3: в 2011р. його кількість становила 2,63 млн голів, а в 2021 р - 1,67 млн голів. Скоротилась чисельність корів у сільськогосподарських підприємствах та в господарствах населення. Тенденція до скорочення прогнозується також і до 2025рр. На це також вказує розрахована лінійна прогнозна модель. В структурі всіх господарств більшу питому вагу займають господарства населення, в переважній мірі вони становлять більше 75%. За 2020-2021рр. також скоротилися обсяги виробництва продукції на 544,5 тис. тонн. За ці роки зменшилася питома вага всіх областей України в загальній структурі обсягу виробництва молока. Встановлено, що зростання цін на молокопродукцію сприяє скороченню обсягів споживання, дефіциту молока та зростанню експорту. Обґрунтовано вплив на ціну чинника сезонності. Крім того виробники молочної продукції працюють в умовах воєнного стану, деякі взагалі під обстрілами. На українському ринку зростає кількість імпортної молочної продукції, а це становить загрозу для українських виробників. За умови продовження такої ситуації тенденція нарощування імпорту збережеться й надалі
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
