RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI SISTEM PERPAJAKAN DESA KARANG BINDU BERBASIS WEB
Karang Bindu Village is located in Rambang Kapak Tengah Prabumulih sub-district, South Sumatra. Led by the village head Mr. Iin Saputra. The administrator of Karang Bindu village has difficulties in collecting tax data, such as recording taxpayer data and proof of tax payments which are still being made manually. Therefore, it is hoped that there will be an application that can help admins in the tax data collection process. To obtain clearer information the author conducted research using qualitative descriptive methods. Where in this research the author used two data sources, namely, primary data and secondary data. In addition, data collection techniques were obtained from interview scripts and direct observation of the object of research and by looking for references through books or journals. After conducting this research, the authors collected the data obtained and then the authors resolved the existing problems by producing a "Web-Based Tax System Application in Karang Bindu Village". This application is made using the php web programming language, the database used by Mysql and the final report using a printable pdf, and using Vscode to edit the programming language.Desa Karang Bindu terletak di kecamatan Rambang Kapak Tengah Prabumulih, Sumatra Selatan. Dengan dipimpin oleh kepala desa Bapak Iin Saputra. Admin desa karang bindu kesulitan dalam pendataan pajak, seperti pencatatan data wajib pajak dan bukti pembayaran pajak masih dibuat secara manual. Oleh karena itu maka diharapkan adanya suatu aplikasi yang dapat membantu admin dalam proses pendataan pajak. Untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih jelas penulis melakukan penelitian dengan cara menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dimana dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunkan dua sumber data yaitu, data primer dan data sekunder. Selain itu, teknik pengumpulan data didapat dari naskah wawancara dan observasi langsung kepada pihak objek penelitian serta dengan mencara referensi melalui buku atau jurnal. Setelah melakukan penelitian tersebut, penulis mengumpulkan data yang didapat kemudian penulis menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada dengan cara menghasilkan “Aplikasi Sistem Perpajakan Pada Desa Karang Bindu Berbasis Web”. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemprograman web php, database yang digunakan Mysql dan laporan akhir menggunakan pdf yang dapat dicetak print, serta menggunakan Vscode untuk menyunying bahasa pemprogramannya
Standardization of Bindu Pramana for Different Kalpanas of Nasya
Nasya is one among the five important Panchkarma procedures. The unit of measurement used to explain the Nasya dosage is Bindu. One Bindu is typically understood to be one drop (0.05ml) in Ayurvedic practice, while Acharayas defines Bindu as one Shana, which is ten times the commonly used dose. This study addresses the traditional understanding of Bindu and how it should be standardized for various Nasya Kalpanas. A few publications previously published discussed the standardization of Bindu Pramana for Sneha Kalpana of Nasya. However, our classical books do not provide a standard Pramana for another Nasya Kalpana, such as Ksheer, Swarasa and Kwath Kalpana. Thus, for these Kalpanas of Nasya we are attempting to standardize Bindu Pramana of Nasya. Method and Material: 40 volunteers aged between 18 to 40 years were considered and in each group for Ksheer, Swarasa and Kwatha Kalpana of Nasya, irrespective of sex and age were selected for the study. Group A: 40 people were asked to dip their fingers up to 2nd interphalangeal joint in cow milk and all drops dribbled were considered 1 Bindu. Group B: 40 people were asked to dip their fingers up to 2nd interphalangeal joint in Tulsi Patra Swaras and all drops dribbled were considered 1 Bindu. Group C: 40 people were asked to dip their fingers up to 2nd interphalangeal joint in Dashmoola kwath and all drops dribbled were considered 1 Bindu. Conclusion – The study showed variations in dose of Bindu as per the different Kalpanas of Dravya used for Nasya
Standardization of Bindu Pramana for Nasya
Introduction: Nasya (nasal administration of medication) is one of Dinacharya (daily regimen) mentioned by Acharyas. Two Bindu is considered the recommended dose of Pratimarsha Nasya (done as a part of daily regimen). Bindu is defined as the total quantity of liquid medicine that dribbles down when the first two digits of index finger (distal and middle phalanges) are dipped into it and taken out of the same. Considering the above definition of Bindu, it is evident that Bindu Pramana varies from person to person probably due to the variation in size of one's index finger and also viscosity of the liquid used for Nasya.
Materials and Methods: A total of 405 apparently healthy subjects with body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 24.9 kg/m2 coming under the age group of 18–60 years were selected. The subjects had to dip their index finger up to middle interphalangeal joint in Anu Taila, Tila Taila, and Sarshapa Taila one after the other. The whole amount of Taila (oil) that dripped down after dipping finger was collected in a watch glass and sucked into calibrated syringe for further calculations.
Results: The Bindu Pramana for subjects with BMI range within 18.50–24.99 kg/m2 was found to be 0.55 ml (12.4 drops) for Tila Taila, 0.57 ml (12.4 drops) for Anu Taila, and 0.56 ml (11.8 drops) for Sarshapa Taila.
Conclusion: This study of standardization of Bindu Pramana for Nasya concluded that Bindu Pramana for subjects with BMI range within 18.50–24.99 kg/m2 is 0.6 ml which is approximately 12 drops for all three Taila

data primer yang diperoleh dari informan atau pihak-pihak yang berhubungan dengan
tradisi pernikahan di Desa Bindu, sumber datanya yang terdiri dari pemuka adat,
tokoh masyarakat, pemerintahan, serta masyarakat Desa Bindu dan data sekunder
yang di peroleh dari dokumen,-dokumen, buku-buku, arsif, jurnal dan kantor
pemerintahan. Yang berkaitan dengan penelitian.
Tradisi pernikahan Suku Ogan di Desa Bindu mempunyai beberapa proses
pelaksanaan yaitu proses lamaran, upacara mandi lulur atau kusul, pemasangan pacar
inai, akad nikah, dan perjamuan. Kedua mempelai identik menggunakan pakaian
berwarna merah kekuningan mas.Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa tradisi
pernikahan di Desa Bindu merupakan tradisi pernikahan yang dilakukan sesuai
dengan ajaran Islam dan tidak bertentangan dengan syari‟at Islam
Development Zoning of Bindu River Ecotourism based on Eco Culture
Bindu River Ecotourism is a tourist attraction that has natural potential as a place of recreation in the Denpasar City area. Apart from the potential offered by Bindu River Ecotourism, there are still problems that exist in Bindu River Ecotourism including river water which has a lot of sediment, the lack of public awareness to care about the surrounding environment, and the lack of exposure by the public makes only the surrounding community aware of it. If zoning is not carried out in its development, the natural potential of the Bindu River Ecotourism area that has been arranged can be reduced, for this reason, zoning is needed in its development to determine areas in the Bindu River Ecotourism area that are in accordance with the land use and development potential. Based on the delineation and the existing potential, the Bindu River Ecotourism area is divided into a conservation zone and a recreation zone. For the conservation zone, it can be developed into several more zones in the upstream part, it can be developed into a zone for the development of the function of protecting water resources, a zone for the development of the function of protecting flora and fauna as well as limited recreational functions. While the recreation zone can also be developed into several more zones. The upstream recreation zone can be developed into a recreation function development zone and the downstream recreation zone can be developed into an educational function development zone
Bindu Patel and The Lost Spirit
This thesis consists of practice-led research in the form of a full-length script for a feature film; plus a 6000-word essay (exegesis).
A summary of the script is as follows:
Bindu Patel is a coming-of-age supernatural, romantic-comedy feature-length screenplay set in Hamilton, New Zealand in the late 2000s. It follows the story of Bindu Patel, a reclusive teenager pining over an unrequited crush, who becomes friends with a spirit, Kahu, who has lost his memory along with his body and needs her help to find it. Together they embark on an adventure that forces Bindu to confront her fears and learn how to be a more mature and empathetic person.
The script is framed by an Exegesis which is a 6000-word essay on the subject of:
(a) the genre of the script
(b) the development process from synopsis to second draf
Clinical effect of Suvarna Bindu Prashan
The quest for excellence in mental and physical health is not new. We find various references and formulations in Ayurvedic classics meant for promoting mental and physical health of a child. Suvarna Prashan is one of the formulations explained in age old Ayurvedic classic Kashyap Samhita. This formulation is very widely used now days as a memory and immune booster for children. But there is very little systematic documented study which can be used to evaluate the efficacy of the formulation. Suvarna Bhasma was prepared in Ayurved Rasayani Pharmacy, Pune. Madhu and Ghrita were collected from KLE Ayurveda Pharmacy, Belgaum. Suvarna Bindu Prashan was prepared in KLE Ayurved pharmacy, Belgaum. It contains Suvarna Bhasma, Ghrita and Madhu. Twenty apparently healthy male and female children with age group of three to four years were ready to sign inform consent form were selected into two groups each. Subjects in Group A received Suvarna Bindu Prashan where as Group B (Control group) did not receive any treatment. Both the groups were observed for six months. Children in Suvarna Bindu Prashan group showed significant reduction in the scores of eating habits, behavior, mood, temperament and scores of event of illness. However there was no significant difference in the score of sleeping habit. There was significant increase in IQ percentage.</jats:p

Amrita Bindu therapy in diabetic retinopathy: effect on antioxidant defenses and the disease process
Amrita Bindu is a salt-spice herbal mixture, evolved according to the Indian system of Medicine for the combating of degenerative and inflammatory changes during ageing and exposure to environmental stress. Amrita Bindu was administered as a diet supplement to 25 cases of non-insulin-dependent diabetes melli-tus (NIDDM) with mild or borderline retinopathy for a period of six months. An equal number of cases were followed up on conventional therapy alone. Age and sex matched non-diabetics provided the controls. Plasma, RBC and membrane lipid peroxidation and antioxidant levels are measured before and after Amrita Bindu administration. The patients with diabetic retinopathy were subjected to fundoscopic examination to asses the retinal lesions before and after the follow up period. 17 out of the 25 cases of Amrita Bindu therapy and 18 out of 25 in the conventional therapy groups were available for the study at the end of 6 months. & out of the 25 cases on Amrita Bindu therapy showed regression (disappearance of microaneurysms) while none in the other group showed regression. Amrita Bindu therapy led to a significant reduction in lipid peroxidation in plasma, RBCs and cell membrane and to an increase of the antioxidant levels in blood, confirming that this Indian medicinal formula is able to protect cell from antioxidant damage and the resultant tissue injury
