This paper analyses the evolution of the women work in agriculture, focusing on the development of female entrepreneurship. Agriculture Census data and other statistical sources allow to underline the relevant transformation of female presence in agriculture: from a total submission to the male direction up to the ’50, the industrial transformation of the Italian economy, including agriculture, promoted a progressive emerging of women relevance in agriculture also as entrepreneurs. Further, the paper underlines the increasing importance of the females among the new multidimensional forms of entrepreneurship. This modern and dynamic trait of female enterprises is driven and supported by the new direction of EU agricultural policy. However, the paper stresses also the weakness of women enterprises. Indeed, a comparison of the female and male enterprises highlights a weaker performance of the first ones in term of dimension of enterprises, revenues and education

Abstract
BACKGROUND: Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is a malignant disease of the bone marrow in which early lymphoid precursors proliferate and replace normal marrow hematopoietic cells, resulting in a marked decrease in the production of normal blood cells.
CASE REPORT: We report a case of isolated ovarian relapse 7 years after the primary diagnosis in a patient, who was seemingly in clinical remission following unilateral ovariectomy and second-line chemotherapy.
CONCLUSION: In contrast to testicular relapse, ovarian relapses in acute lymphoblastic leukemia are rarely reported. Surgical removal of the mass followed by chemotherapy is the therapeutic standard
The paper assesses the technical and economic efficiency of the dairy structures of the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese production chain, analysing microeconomic and technological data of firms. Two datasets are used: the first one is the AIDA archive, that collects the financial statements of enterprises; the second one is based on data of a direct investigation of a sample of companies and collects data on the technology of the firms. The paper shows that the economic performance of the enterprises is weakly affected by a presence of economies of scale. Instead, the economic success is influenced by the coordination and the integration of the agents in the supply chain. Crucial is the role of the cooperative enterprises and of the cooperation institutions which provide coordination, services, and common rules in the definition of the quality standards and in the distribution of the value added among the different agents. The last aspects pay a crucial role in the economic performance of the entire industry
