PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN SMALL SIDED GAMES DAN GAYA KOMANDO TERHADAP VO2 MAX PESERTA EKSTRAKURIKULER FUTSAL SMA NEGERI 1 BATU
No full textABSTRACTFrom the result of test VO2 max of 24 Extracurricular Participants Futsal Men's SMAN 1 Batu obtained mean of VO2 max value 37,05 ml/kg/min, while the value of the normative VO2 max is age SMA between 15-19 years 38,4-45,1 ml/kg/min. The purpose of this study is to find the influence of learning with small sided games and style command to VO2 max participants extracurricular futsal SMAN 1 Batu. Research design that used in this research is matching pretest-posttest control group design with subject 24 student. Based from F count 5,99 > F table 4,30 for learning with small sided games, while F count 0,556 F table 4,30. Based on the research can be concluded that learning with small sided games give influence better than learning with style command.Keywords: small sided games, style command, VO2 max.ABSTRAKDari hasil tes VO2 max pada 24 peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 1 Batu diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 37,05 ml/kg/min, sedangkan nilai normative VO2 max usia SMA antara 15-19 tahun adalah 38,4-45,1 ml/kg/min. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran dengan small sided games dan gaya komando terhadap VO2 max peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 1 Batu. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah macthing pretest-posttest control group design dengan jumlah subjek 24 peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan F hitung 5,99 > F tabel 4,30 untuk pembelajaran dengan small sided games, sedangkan pembelajaran dengan gaya komando F hitung 0,556 F tabel 4,30, sehingga dapat disimpulkan pembelajaran dengan small sided games memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik daripada pembelajaran dengan gaya komando. No full textThis study discusses the Implementation of National Library Standards (SNP 007:2012) on Collection Standards and Infrastructure Standards in the Library of SDN Wiyung I/453 Surabaya regarding collection standards and infrastructure. The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of collection standards and infrastructure facilities in the library of SDN Wiyung I/453 Surabaya. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of research that has been researched by the author, it can be concluded that the Library of SDN Wiyung I/453 Surabaya in the collection standard has met the National Library Standard (SNP 007:2012). As for the standard of facilities and infrastructure, some do not meet the National Library Standard (SNP 007:2012) especially for the area of the building/library space which is still 64 m2 but for the facilities, area, and location it is following the National Library Standard (SNP 007:2012).
