ANÁLISE DOS MODELOS DE CURSO DE FORMAÇÃO PARA A DOCÊNCIA NO ENSINO SUPERIOR DA REGIONAL JATAÍ
Get PDFO curso de formação à docência é obrigatório para todos os docentes ingressantes na Universidade Federal da Goiás, que não comprovem experiência prévia no ensino superior. No decorrer dos anos, de 2001 a 2016, muitas alterações foram feitas no modelo do curso com o intuito de melhor atender às necessidades e reinvindicações dos docentes da Regional Jataí (REJ). Assim, o presente estudo teve como objetivos apresentar os modelos de cursos realizados neste período e analisar as críticas dos docentes desta Regional, de forma a fornecer subsídios para a estruturação dos cursos ou de programas de formação de docentes da futura Universidade Federal de Jataí. Os dados foram obtidos dos arquivos da Pró-Reitoria de Graduação e da Coordenação de Graduação da REJ, utilizando-se como instrumento de análise a matriz SWOT e o instrumento de avaliação institucional do MEC. A partir das análises documentais observamos que os modelos mais antigos de cursos, realizados somente com aulas expositivas por docentes externos à Regional Jataí não atendia os anseios dos docentes desta regional, que reagiam com críticas extremamente negativas. Somente a partir do ano de 2015, quando houve maior autonomia da Coordenação de Graduação para a organização do curso e maior participação dos docentes da REJ na execução do curso que críticas construtivas começaram a surgir. Em 2016, quando a Coordenação de Graduação e os docentes locais assumiram o curso e propuseram um modelo mais aplicado ao dia a dia do docente e com atividades práticas, as críticas foram majoritariamente positivas. Assim, concluímos que a avaliação crítica do docente é de grande valia no processo de construção de estratégias e de modelos para formação para a docência no ensino superior. Concluímos também que o processo de formação do docente na REJ satisfaz aos critérios de avaliação do MEC
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Visando a melhoria do ensino, a Coordenação de Graduação da Universidade Federal de Goiás, Regional Jataí, gerou um diagnóstico das condições dos cursos de graduação. Os estudos utilizaram como ferramentas os Instrumentos de Avaliação do INEP e a matriz de análise SWOT/FOFA e tiveram como objetivos: diagnosticar os processos e programas relacionados ao ensino; ressaltar seus pontos fortes e suas fragilidades; estabelecer metas e estratégias para melhoria das condições de ensino, para o sucesso nos processos de avaliações internas e externas e para fornecer subsídios aos gestores para a implantação dos cursos na futura Universidade Federal de Jataí. RAZÃO ALUNO/PROFESSOR E CARGA HORÁRIA EM ENSINO DE GRADUAÇÃO NA REGIONAL JATAÍ DA UFG – ANÁLISES PRELIMINARES
Get PDFNo presente estudo, com o intuito de avaliar se o quantitativo de docentes é suficiente para a consolidação dos cursos de graduação da Universidade Federal de Goiás, Regional Jataí, foram analisadas as relações entre carga horária dos docentes no ensino de graduação, a carga horária dos Projetos Pedagógicos dos Cursos (PPCs) e o número de vagas autorizadas pelo Ministério da Educação (MEC). Ressaltamos que somente a carga horária de aulas na graduação foi considerada, de forma que os componentes curriculares ministrados nos cursos de pós-graduação, atividades administrativas e acadêmicas, de pesquisa e de extensão não foram computadas. Pela análise da carga horária dos PPCs, seriam necessários 502 docentes no total, para que houvesse esta consolidação, ou seja, seria necessária a contratação de mais 181 professores. Entretanto, pela avaliação da razão entre alunos e docentes, essa ficaria abaixo da razão preconizada pelo MEC. Neste sentido, uma possível solução seria a adequação das cargas horárias dos PPCs ao mínimo exigido pelo MEC, ação esta que contribuiria para amenizar os problemas de cargas horárias excessivas nos cursos de graduação e dos docentes. Apesar desta estratégia, supomos que ainda assim haverá necessidade de obtenção de mais códigos de vagas, mas que só poderão ser devidamente contabilizados e distribuídos após a adequação dos PPCs

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
