The Effectiveness of Visualization the Logo towards Brand Awareness (Customer Surveys on Product “Peter Says Denim”)
AbstractThe companies are competing to create the product more creative and innovative. In product development needs marketing strategy to increase sales of the product by using logo. Logo is one of the effective identified and remembered by many people. Peter Says Denim (PSD) is one of the best global brand denim in Indonesia. Almost everyone at Bandung has known about PSD logo. This research is descriptive analysis and causal research by using a regression analysis, correlation, hypothesis testing with the t-test for partial and F-test for simultaneous. The result is visualization logo is effective and significant influenced on brand awareness
THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM TOWARD GRADUATES JOB-READINESS IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN BANDUNG
Development of higher education needs to be
reoriented in order to face heavy challenges. Many fresh
graduates have not been able to acquire jobs. The striking
difference between lives on campus compared to the world
of work lessened their ability to adjust to it after
graduation.
Central Statistics Agency (BPS) said Indonesia's
unemployment rate in February 2012 reached 6.32 % or
about 7.61 million people. The high rate of unemployment
has caused a shift in the role of higher education
institutions from the knowledge creator approach to a
competitive approach. Hence, universities are required to
produce quality graduates prepared to compete in order to
be ready for the work force. To carry out those demands is
to improve the quality and skills of the graduates to be
ready by including an internship program into the
curriculum in college.
The research method used is descriptive research
that describes the relationship between the variables in
research and further analyzed statically to later obtain a
conclusion. In addition, the explanatory survey was also
used, namely to explain the causal relationship between the
independent variables with the dependent variable through
hypothesis testing.
Based on the result, the influence of the internship
program has a positive point toward graduate’s job
readiness. This means the internship program, which
included in curriculum in higher education institution can
provide graduates whom are ready to work with the same
qualifications as the company expected. It also has benefits
for the university, employers, and students to establish
inter-university cooperation with the company, to facilitate
the process of recruiting labor and experience gained by
apprentices to prepare them to enter the work force
COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ADVERTISING BETWEEN ONLINE MEDIA AND OFFLINE MEDIA TOWARD THE PROCESS OF CUSTOMER PURCHASE DECISION
Currently the Internet is still considered as a complement instead of a substitute for conventional advertising media as we know it. The existence of significant differences between the effects of the advertising effectiveness of online media and offline media to consumer purchase decision process at the present time which people are using mobile internet to find information anywhere and anytime is not yet confirmed.
The research method used is descriptive research which describes a condition associated with other conditions. It is aimed to present an overview in a structured, factual and accurateas to facts, properties, and the relationship between the variables in research and further analyzed them statistically to obtain a conclusion. Statistical testing using t test and simultaneously using the F test will determine whether the ads through online media and offline media effectively influence consumer purchase decision process are significant or not.
The research analysis showed that the advertising effectiveness of online media is the average 585, the score was included in the criteria of"Effective" and also has an influence on consumer purchase decision process based on t test (20.5>1.6). While the advertising effectiveness of offline media is the average 578, that score was included in the criteria of "Adequate Effective" but do not have an influence on consumer purchase decision process based on t test (-6.1 <1.6). Consumer purchase decision process is the average 626, the score was included in the criteria of "Fast", it can be said that the respondents have a favorable view of the high consumer purchase decision process.
The simultaneity between advertising effectiveness of online media and the advertising effectiveness ofofflinemediahas an influence onconsumerpurchasedecision process based on the test F (211.7>3.05). It can be concluded that the advertising effectiveness of online media and the advertising effectiveness of offline media simultaneously have an influence on consumer purchase decision process. Companies need to set about the best proportion for use between advertising of online media and offline media in promoting and marketing their products in accordance with company requirements
THE INFLUENCE OF PACKAGING DESIGN TOWARD BRAND IMAGE AND THE IMPACT ON COSTUMER LOYALTY
Product’s competition in today's era is increasingly competitive, packaging becoming one of
the ‘weapons’ to win the competition. In the face of increasingly intense marketing
competition, the manufacturer should not be fixated by the shape of the product that offers
the base function only. Generally, competition is now generally occurs at the level of
additional value of products include additional functions or services that would set it apart
from competitors.
Packaging is one important element for the product. Packaging was not just a wrapper, but
the packaging is a branding, identity. Regardless of the type of goods or products ready to be
sold (already has given a brand and packaged), it will be reflected on the packaging of brand
identification.
Growbox is a form of creative products using a simple box containing oyster mushrooms that
can be cultivated by anyone, anywhere, and at anytime which was first launched in
September 2012 by a group of students from Bandung. With a simple box-shaped packaging
and attractive, Growbox offers a new experience in urban farming activities.
This research analyzed that the influence of packaging design to the brand image and the
impact of customer loyalty are significant or not. The focus in this research is located on the
packaging design influence to the brand image produced by the company and its impact to
the customer loyalty generated by customers of Growbox.
Types of research are a descriptive analysis and verificative analysis. Verificative test the
hypothesis to search for truth, while the descriptive analysis of research describes the
condition associated with other conditions, the target of the research is to present an overview
in a structured, factual and accurate as to facts, properties, and the relationship between the

PENGARUH PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL TERHADAP PENCEGAHAN KECURANGAN (Studi Kasus pada PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) Kota Bandung)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengendalian internal berpengaruh terhadap pencegahan kecurangan pada PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) Kota Bandung. Faktor-faktor yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah pengendalian internal sebagai variabel independen. Sedangkan pencegahan kecurangan sebagai variabel dependen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 108 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik non probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Sedangkan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 85 orang karyawan PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) Kota Bandung. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana pada taraf signifikansi sebesar 5%. Program yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Ver.22.00. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa pengendalian internal berpengaruh terhadap pencegahan kecurangan di PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) Kota Bandung. Besarnya pengaruh pengendalian internal dalam memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap pencegahan kecurangan sebesar 55%
Pengaruh Audit Internal Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (Studi Kasus Pada PT Pos Indonesia (Persero))
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan audit internal dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan, serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh audit internal terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) pada periode 2014-2018. Faktor-faktor yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah audit internal sebagai variabel independen, sedangkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan sebagai variabel dependen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah auditor internal di bagian Satuan Pengawas Intern (SPI) dan laporan tahunan (annual report) PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu auditor internal yang berjumlah 30 orang dan laporan tahunan (annual report) pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) pada periode 2014-2018. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana pada taraf signifikansi sebesar 5%. Program yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data menggunakan SPSS vers 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan audit internal yang ditunjukan di PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) termasuk ke dalam kategori cukup baik. Sementara kinerja keuangan yang ditunjukan PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) periode 2014-2018 cenderung belum optimal. Selain itu hasil penelitian juga menunjukan bahwa audit internal berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Besarnya pengaruh audit internal dalam memberikan kontribuasi pengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan sebesar 77,7%

Many businesses switching to viral marketing strategy using social media to market their products to make it easy and fast to be known such as the popular business is the makeup artist profession using instagram application. But still many Indonesian who are still not actively using instagram specially. But whether the use of viral marketing is really the best solution to enhance the brand image of the product. Types of research are descriptive analysis and regression analysis also for hypothesis testing using t-test. This research aims to examine the influence of auditor’s professionalism toward audit quality.
This research uses quantitative research methods with the object of this research is the auditor at the Public
Accountant Firm in Bandung. The sampling technique used in the research is the cluster technique. Based on
the results of the research that count 2.201 is greater than table 2.001 and a significance of 0.032 which is
smaller than 0.05. This means that H0 is rejected, thus H1 is accepted, meaning that the auditor’s
professionalism variable has an influence on audit quality

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, solvency, and company size on audit report lag. This research was motivated by a case of delayed reporting of financial statements to companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that has an impact on the decline in investor confidence in the company. The research method used the explanatory method. The independent variables in this study are profitability, solvency, and company size, while the dependent variable is the audit report lag. The data used secondary data, obtained through the company's annual financial statement data as research objects. The sample in this study were 10 companies from the population, as many as 50 companies. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 20 program. The results showed that the profitability, solvency, and size of the company affect the audit report lag
