Pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan komitmen terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) di Kota Medan

Lingkungan kerja merupakan suatu sarana atau suatu tempat yang sangat mempengaruhi kinerja seorang guru. Kompensasi merupakan suatu imbalan yang diterima pegawai atau guru atas hasil jasa yang telah diberikan. Hal ini penting untuk diperhatikan, agar guru dapat berperan penting dalam melaksanakan tanggung jawabnya. Sedangkan komitmen merupakan kekuatan batin seorang guru atas tugas yang diembankan kepadanya yang mana tugas tersebut memberi pengaruh besar terhadap kinerja guru berupa tanggung jawab dan inovatif terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Sementara itu kinerja guru ialah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai seorang guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawabnya. Sehingga lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan komitmen dapat berpengaruh terhadap lingkungan kerja.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menjelaskan tingkat lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, komitmen, dan kinerja guru, (2) menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (3) menjelaskan pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja (4) menjelaskan komitmen terhadap kinerja guru, dan (5) menjelaskan pengaruh secara bersama-sama lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan komitmen terhadap kinerja guru MAN di Kota Medan.
Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, rancangan berjenis korelasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan empat jenis angket tentang lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, komitmen, dan kinerja guru. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 89 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda.
Dari hasil pengolahan data diketahui bahwa (1) lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi tergolong kategori tinggi, sedangkan gambaran komitmen dan kinerja guru tergolong sangat tinggi. (2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, hal ini dijelaskan dengan nilai data thitung (4,788) > ttabel 1,988 signifikansi t-tes 0.000 ttabel 1,988 dan signifikansi t-tes 0.022 ttabel 1,988 dan signifikansi t-tes 0.000 < 0,005, (5) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan komitmen terhadap kinerja guru MAN di Kota Medan. Hal ini menunjukkan hasil analisis uji F dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0,005. besar R square adalah sebesar 0.641, hal ini berarti 64,1% dan sisanya 35.9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain selain ke tiga variabel tersebut. Kemungkinan ada pengaruh lain selain lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan komitmen.

The work environment is a medium or a place that greatly affect the teacher’s performance. Compensation is a reward received by employee or teacher which given on the result of their services. It is important to note, that teachers can play an important role in carrying out its responsibilities. Therefore, a teacher must have a commitment to work. Commitment is also the inner strength of a teacher on their duties in which the task has a big influence on teacher’s performance and innovation form of responsibility towards the development of science. The teacher’s performance is the result of the quality and quantity of work accomplished by teacher in carrying out their duties according to their responsibilities. So the work environment, compensation, and commitment are able to influence the teachers.
The aim of this study is to: (1) explain the conception of work environment, compensation, commitment, and work performance of the teacher. To (2) explain the impact of work environment, (3) the impact of compensation, and (4) the impact of commitment toward teachers. Moreover, to (5) explain the impact of work environment, compensation, commitment toward teacher of Islamic state senior high school performance at Medan city.
The approach of this study is quantitative approach and using diversified quantitative correlation. The Collecting data using four types of questionnaire about work environment, compensation, commitment, and work performance. The number of respondents in this study is 89 peoples. The Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study showed that researcher obtained the following results (1) work environment and compensation are classified as high category, while the depiction of commitment and overview of teacher performance in Islamic state senior high school Medan are classified as very high category. (2) There is a positive and significant influence on the work environment toward teacher performance, this is explained by the significant value of data that tcount (4,788) > ttable 1,988 and the significant of t-test that 0.000 ttable 1,988 and the significant of t-test 0.022 ttable 1,988 and the significant of t-test 0.000 < 0,005. (5) There are simultaneous of positive and significant influence from work environment, compensation, and commitment toward teachers of Islamic state senior high school performance at Medan city. It based on the F significant value of 0.000 < 0,005. The value of R square is equal to 0.641, so that 64.1 % and the remaining 35.9 % influenced by other variables. There should be other variables out of these three variables influencing the teachers.

بيئة العمل هي نوع من العوامل أو المكان التي تؤثر أداء عمل المدرس. بيئة العمل التي لا تدعم العمل قد تسبب الموظف أن يشعر بالملل في وظيفته، ووظيفته تصبح مسدودة. والتعويض هو نوع من المكافآت التي سلمه الموظف أو المدرس من نتيجة خدمته. ومما يهم ملاحظته، أن المدرسين يمكن أن تلعب دورا هاما في الاضطلاع بمسؤولياتهم. فلذلك لابد لكل المدرسين شعور الالتزام في عملهم. والالتزام هو نوع من القوة الباطنية للمدرسين على كل الوظيفة التي تؤثر أثرا كبيرا إلى أداء عمل المدرس بشكل المسؤولية أو المبتكرة على تطور العلوم. بحيث أن أداء عمل المدرسين هو نتيجة كيفية أو كمية التي حصلها المدرسين بعد تنفيذ الوظيفة وفق مسؤوليتهم.
وهدفت الدراسة لــ (1) شرح صور عن بيئة العمل والتعويض والالتزام وأداء عمل المدرسين بمدرسة العالية الحكومية ميدان، (2) شرح تأثير بيئة العمل على أداء عمل المدرسين و (3) تأثير التعويض على أداء عمل المدرسين و (4) تأثير الالتزام على أداء عمل المدرسين بمدرسة العالية الحكومية ميدان، والأخير (5) شرح تأثير بيئة العمل والتعويض والالتزام على أداء عمل المدرسين بمدرسة العالية الحكومية ميدان.
واستخدمت الباحثة المدخل الكمي الارتباطي. جمعت الباحثة البيانات باستخدام ثلاثة أنواع من الاستبيانات عن بيئة العمل، والتعويض والالتزام وأداء عمل المدرسين. عدد من المشاركين في هذه الدراسة هو 89 شخصا. وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الإحصاء الوصفي ومتعددة تحليل الانحدار الخطي.
أما عن نتائج البحث قد توصل الباحثة إلى النتائج التالية (1) بيئة العمل تصنف على أنها فئة عالية، ووصف تعويضات عالية، في حين أن تصوير التزام عالية جدا، وكذلك لمحة عامة عن أداء المعلم بمدرسة العالية الحكومية ميدان عالية جدا، (2) يوجد تأثيرا إيجابيا وهاما من بيئة العمل على أداء عمل المدرسين بمدرسة العالية الحكومية ميدان، ويتضح بقيمة thitung (4,788) > ttabel 1,988 وقيمة همة t-tes 0.000 ttabel 1,988، وقيمة همة t-tes 0.022 ttabel 1,988، وقيمة همة t-tes 0.000 < 0,005، (5) يوجد تأثيرا إيجابيا وهاما ومباشرا من بيئة العمل والتعويض والالتزام على أداء عمل المدرسين بمدرسة العالية الحكومية ميدان. ويتضح بنتيجة تحليل “F” بقيمة 0.000 < 0,005. ونتيجة “R square” هي 0,641 بمعنى أن بيئة العمل والتعويض والالتزام تؤثر على أداء عمل المدرسين بمدرسة العالية الحكومية ميدان بمئوية 64,1% والباقي 35,9% تتأثر بمتغيرات أخرى غير هذه المتغيرة الثلاثة. والتلخيص أن بيئة العمل والتعويض والالتزام تؤثر تأثيرا إيجابيا وهاما على أداء عمل المدرسين بمدرسة العالية الحكومية ميدان
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
