Preliminary Study on River Water Change To Determine Map Datum of Musi River Palembang
On constructing a navigation map of river water, Map Datum Scale that is used will be dissimilar between headwaters and downstream. Map datum is a result of the calculation on water surface height where on the water surface of river water always changes according to the place and time. The changing of the river water surface is influenced by hydrology factors and the characters along the river stream and also a tidal factor. This final task studies the influences of the tide toward the height of river water level using the Admiralty Method. The data used is the data from 4 stations of water surface changing owned by PT. Pelindo II Palembang on the period of September 2019 till August 2020. The data of water surface height used to get the calculation of Harmonic Constant, mid hub, the value of Deficient Constant (Zo), and type of water surface change, by displaying the graphic on the station. The result of a calculation based on Harmonic Constant arises value of mid hub average station of Boom Baru 232 cm, Jaran Strait 283 cm, KampungUpang 310 cm, and TanjungBuyut 138 cm. The type of water surface changing in Boom Baru station is always single daily and in TanjungBuyut station is always mixed daily tended to single. Otherwise in Jaran Strait station and KampungUpang may vary. Water steep relating to the graphic is smaller toward the headwaters that matches with the Zo calculation result which is smaller to the headwaters

Seen from the analysis of occupational safety relationship with productivity that the fewer accidents occur, the smaller the lost business day and resulting in higher levels of productivity
Technical Specification Analysis Of Seawater Destillator Type Of Solar Water Heater With Variations
The existence of the Navy Post in the outer islands has problems in meeting the need for clean water, especially for drinking and eating due to the lack of water sources in those places. Distillation of seawater into freshwater is an alternative to overcome this by utilizing solar power which is an unlimited and environmentally friendly energy source. In this thesis, the writer carries out an analysis of the calculation of the effect of the angle of incidence and the area of the collector on the time required to produce 10 liters of distilled water with variations in the angle of incidence 0º, 5º, 10º, 15º, 20º, 25º, and 30º and with a variation of the collector area of 1.6 m². up to 10 m². From the results of the analysis, it was found that the angle of incidence 0º has the largest value in the absorption of solar intensity, which is 1297 W/m² and tends to decrease with the addition of the angle of incidence. Meanwhile, the time needed to produce 10 liters of distilled water with an area of 1.6 m² is 8.88 hours and is getting faster as the collector area increases
The Comparison Study Of Cathodic Protection System Of Victim Anoda Between Zink Anoda (Zn) And Aluminum Anoda (Al)
One of the biggest sources of damage from the hull and underwater ship body is caused by seawater corrosion. Corrosion in the hull plates can result in reduced strength and lifetime of the ship and reduce the safety and security guarantees of the crew and the weapons contained. Therefore, to avoid greater losses due to seawater corrosion, corrosion protection on the hull plates is needed. To protect the hull plates from corrosion, there are 2 methods are used, first is passive protection (coating) and active protection (cathodic protection). The cathodic protection method that is often used is the sacrificial anode system, the principle of this sacrificial anode method is to protect the hulled metal by sacrificing other, more reactive metals, it is mean that there will be an electron transfer from the metal that is the more reactive (potentially more negative) sacrificed to the protected metal hull (the more positive potential) through corrosive electrolytes with the connecting conductor. While the type of sacrificial anode used is zinc anode (Zn) and aluminum anode (Al). This study aims to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the anode stim that has been installed in KRI TJA-541 for the needs of the sacrificial anode both in technical and economic terms which are then compared with theoretical calculation results concerning the DNV RP-B401 standard. The results of calculations from field observations show that the thickness of the KRI TJA-541 coating is 150-250 µm and is in category II (DNV RP-B401) with a requirement of Zn 439 Kg or Al 153 Kg. Whereas the currently installed Zn is 1424 kg, so it can be concluded that the use of the DNV RP -B401 standard especially using Aluminum (Al) type anodes will be very beneficial both from a technical and technical perspective economical
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

The Education Perspective of Indonesia Maritime Geopolitics In the Indian Ocean
Indonesia's maritime geopolitics is implemented in the form of relations and interactions between regions, countries, communities, and national interests which have a broad context in the relations of cooperation and international relations. The geographical position of Indonesia, which connects the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean, has strategic geopolitical potential and opportunities to realize the World Maritime Axis policy (WMA). This study aims to analyze the perspective of Indonesia's maritime geopolitics in the Indian Ocean, opportunities and challenges and collaboration with countries in the Indian Ocean. The research method used is a descriptive analysis of the dynamics of the global situation developing in the Indian Ocean. Indonesia's leadership has been recognized and respected by countries in the Indian Ocean region since the Asian-African Conference (AAC) 1955 in Bandung, then again strengthened at the 50th anniversary of AAC in 2015 in Bandung. Indonesia also took advantage of the opportunity when it was appointed to lead the Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA) 2017 which gave birth to the agreed IORA Concord or Jakarta Concord as a document that can encourage maximum use of opportunities and respond to challenges in the region and is aimed at addressing non-traditional security issues, such as IUU fishing activities, human trafficking, illegal drugs, illegal immigrants, piracy, pollution of the marine environment, and others. Awareness of the importance of marine resources, maritime stability and security in the Indian Ocean region for the welfare of IORA member countries is realized by utilizing opportunities through a framework of strategic partnership and maritime diplomacy between countries in the region. The result of study, Indonesian maritime geopolitics in the Indian Ocean is a foreign policy utilizing Indonesia's geographical location in building the concept of maritime power in the Indian Ocean region based on strengthening cooperation with countries in South Asia, countries of the Middle East, East Africa, South Africa, Australia and countries others extracted the realization of the World Maritime Axis
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
