Manajemen Humas IAIN Madura Dalam Menarik Minat Masyarakat

Manajemen hubungan masyarakat adalah sebuah fungsi manajemen yang didalamnya meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengorganisasian dan evaluasi terhadap hubungan masyarakat. Hubungan masyarakat sangat penting keberadaannya didalam suatu organisasi. Dengan adanya manajemen yang baik maka humas di perguruan tinggi akan terlaksana secara efektif dan efisien. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini menfokuskan pada dua hal yaitu; 1) Bagaimana fungsi manajemen humas dalam menarik minat masyarakat di IAIN Madura, 2) Bagaimana pola komunikasi humas di IAIN Madura, 3) Bagaimana respon stakeholders terhadap humas di IAIN Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan di Institut Agama Islam Negeri Madura. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Tahapan analisis data dilakukan dengan penyajian data, redusi data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data melalui meningkatkan ketekunan dan Member check. Hasil penelitian ini; 1. Fungsi manajemen hubungan masyarakat dalam menarik minat masyarakat. (a) perencanaan meliputi, perencanaan fisik, perencanaan fungsional, perencanaan secara luas, dan perencanaan dikombinasikan, (b) pengorganisasian humas dibagi sesuai dengan tupoksi, (c) pelaksanaan hubungan masyarakat, melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak internal dan eksternal kampus, malakukan promosi melalui media massa dan menggunakan peran alumni, (d) evaluasi hubungan masyarakat dilakukan disetiap akhir kegiatan. 2. Pola komunikasi humas, a) internal, melakukan rapat dan musyawarah, b) eksternal, melalui kerjasama, media massa (cetak dan online). 3. Respon stakeholders terhadap humas IAIN Madura, a) respon dosen, b) respon mahasiswa, c) respon tokoh masyarakat.

(a) planning includes, physical planning, functional planning, broad planning, and combined planning, (b) organizing public relations is divided according to the main tasks and functions, (c) implementing public relations, collaborating with internal and external campus, conducting promotion through media mass and using the role of alumni, (d) evaluation of public relations is done at the end of each activity. 2. Public relations communication patterns, a) internal, conducting meetings and deliberations, b) external, through cooperation, mass media (print and online). 3. Stakeholder responses to the PR IAIN Madura, a) lecturer responses, b) student responses, c) community leaders' responses.

إدارة العلاقات العامة هي وظيفة إدارية تشمل تخطيط وتنفيذ وتنظيم وتقييم العلاقات العامة. العلاقات العامة هي حضور مهم للغاية في المنظمة. مع الإدارة الجيدة ، سيتم تنفيذ العلاقات العامة في الجامعات بفعالية وكفاءة.
الغرض من هذه الدراسة يركز على شيئين هما: 1) كيف هي وظيفة إدارة العلاقات العامة في جذب المصلحة العامة في جامعة الدولة الإسلامي للدين مادورا ، 2) ما هو نمط اتصال العلاقات العامة في جامعة الدولة الإسلامي للدين مادورا ، 3) كيف هي ردود أصحاب المصلحة على العلاقات العامة في جامعة الدولة الإسلامي للدين مادورا.
تستخدم هذه الدراسة نهجًا نوعيًا تم إجراؤه في معهد مادورا الإسلامي. تقنيات جمع البيانات باستخدام المقابلة والملاحظة والتوثيق. يتم تنفيذ مراحل تحليل البيانات من خلال تقديم البيانات وخفض البيانات واستخلاص النتائج. التحقق من صحة البيانات من خلال زيادة المثابرة والتحقق من الأعضاء.
نتائج هذه الدراسة ؛ 1. وظيفة إدارة العلاقات العامة في جذب المصلحة العامة. (أ) يشمل التخطيط ، التخطيط المادي ، والتخطيط الوظيفي ، والتخطيط الواسع ، والتخطيط المشترك ، (ب) تقسيم العلاقات العامة وفقًا للمهام والوظائف الرئيسية ، (ج) تنفيذ العلاقات العامة ، والتعاون مع الحرم الجامعي الداخلي والخارجي ، وإجراء الترويج من خلال وسائل الإعلام كتلة واستخدام دور الخريجين ، (د) يتم تقييم العلاقات العامة في نهاية كل نشاط. 2. أنماط الاتصال بالعلاقات العامة ، أ) الداخلية ، إجراء الاجتماعات والمداولات ، ب) الخارجية ، من خلال التعاون ، وسائل الإعلام (المطبوعة وعلى الإنترنت). 3. ردود أصحاب المصلحة على مادورا جامعة الدولة الإسلامي للدين مادورا علاقات عامة ، أ) استجابات المحاضر ، ب) استجابات الطلاب ، ج) استجابات قادة المجتمع.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

Implementasi Program Gerakan Literasi Madrasah (Gelem) Di Ma At-Taufiqiyah Bluto Sumenep
Madrasah literacy is an effort to make madrasas a literate educational organization. The Madrasah Literacy Movement (GELEM) needs to be implemented because it has a function as a driver in growing character, the ability to process information, improve thinking and analysis skills.This study aims to: 1) Describe the implementation of the Madrasah Literacy Movement Program. 2) Describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Implementation of the Madrasah Literacy Movement Programe.This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely research that seeks to describe and interpret objects as they are. The key instrument is the researcherhimself, and the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The research location is in MA At-Taufiqiyah Bluto Sumenep. The data were analyzed by reducing the data and presenting the data, and drawing conclusions, then by testing the validity of the data from the research results, an extension of the research was carried out, increasing persistence and also triangulation.The results showed that, 1) The implementation of the Madrasah Literacy Movement Programe at MA Attaufiqiyah were: a) the basis of activities, b) the steps for literacy activities, 2) the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Madrasah Literacy Movement Programe: a) Supporting factors for the availability of facilities that became supporting the application of student literacy culture, b) The inhibiting factor is that it takes longer because there is still little time, then students still do not understand the books they read so they still need guidance from the teacher.Literasi Madrasah merupakan upaya untuk menjadikan madrasah sebagai organisasi pendidikan yang literat. Program Gerakan Literasi Madrasah (GELEM) perlu untuk dilaksanakan karena memiliki fungsi sebagai penggerak dalam menumbuhkan budai pekerti, kemampuan mengolah informasi, meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir dan menganalisa.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mendeskripsikan Implementasi Program Gerakan Literasi Madrasah. 2) Mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat Implementasi Program Gerakan Literasi Madrasah.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang berusaha menggambarkan dan menginterpretasi objek sesuai apa adanya. Instrumen kunci adalah peneliti sendiri, dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian terletak di MA At-Taufiqiyah Bluto Sumenep. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi data dan menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan, kemudian dengan menguji keabsahan data hasil penelitian dilakukannya perpanjangan penelitian, meningkatkan ketekunan dan juga triangulasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Implementasi Program Gerakan Literasi Madrasah di MA Attaufiqiyah adalah: a) Landasan kegiatan, b) Langkah- langkah kegiatan literasi, 2) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat Implementasi Program Gerakan Literasi Madrasah: a) Faktor pendukung tersedianya fasilitas yang menjadi penunjang terhadap penerapan budaya literasi siswa, b) Faktor penghambat adalah membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama karena waktu masih sedikit, kemudian siswa masih kurang memahami buku yang meraka baca sehingga masih butuh bimbingan dari guru
