Nanotechnology approach for targeted treatment of triple negative breast cancer
Breast cancer is one of the most devastating diseases worldwide. Triple negative breast cancer cells (TNBCs) are defined by the lack of progesterone receptor (PR), estrogen receptor (ER), and epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (EGFR2) expressions. TNBCs account for 10%- 20% of all breast carcinomas. The study is aimed at examining the efficacy of gefitinib and EGFR-targeted siRNA delivered by liposomes for treating triple negative breast cancer (TNBC). The experiments were carried out using two types of human breast cancer (BC) cell lines MCF-7 (estrogen positive BC, EPBC) and MDA-MB 231(TNBC). EGFR-targeted siRNA and gefitinib were delivered by cationic and neutral liposomes, respectively. A fluorescence microscope was used to study cellular internalization of labeled liposomes and siRNA. The expression of the targeted mRNA was performed using quantitative reverse transcription PCR. Finally, cytotoxicity of liposomal siRNA and gefitinib alone or in combination was measured using the modified MTT assay with appropriate controls. It was found that liposomes effectively delivered siRNA into both types of BC cells and suppressed the expression of targeted EGFR mRNA. However, formulations without gefitinib did not influence significantly on the viability of BC cells. Free drug demonstrated the ability to kill both types of cancer cells. Nevertheless, toxicity of gefitinib in TNBC was 2.5 times lower when compared with EPBC cells. The delivery of the drug by liposomes significantly enhanced its toxicity (1.2 and 2.5 times in EPBC and TNBC, respectively). The combination of liposomal siRNA and liposomal gefitinib demonstrated exceptionally high cytotoxicity when compared with the free drug (143 and 62 times higher in EPBC and TNBC, respectively). Suppression of EGFR mRNA effectively suppressed resistance of TNBC cells to gefitinib. The data obtained support the proposed approach and showed high potential of liposomal EGFR siRNA in combination with liposomal gefitinib in treatment of TNBC.M.S.Includes bibliographical referencesby Sumayah Abed Ahmed Al-Mahmoo

The Representation Of Humanistic Pedagogy In The Wild Child Movie: A Philosophical Perspective
This study aims to (1). To explain Paulo Freire's Humanistic Pedagogy (2). To
explain the type of education that can change Poppy 3). To describe what kind of
awareness in Poppy Moore in Wild Children's Film related to Humanistic
Pedagogy. The author uses the Theory of Humanistic Pedagogy from Paulo
Freire. According to Freire, education is not like a teacher-centered bank style but
should be based on dialogue, and two-way communication between teacher and
student. Teachers can be facilitators and motivators. Students can express their
ideas and opinions. The author uses a philosophical approach. The method used in
this research descriptive-analytic which utilizes literature study and focuses on
reference sources related to the topics discussed. The results of this study indicate
that Paulo Freire's Humanistic Pedagogy is reflected in the film Wild Child
(2008). There are 3 findings obtained by researchers. First, the Abbey Mount
school rules which Poppy perceives as pressure. Second, freedom in education is
seen fbythe Principal, Mrs. Kingsley. He applied it to educate the troubled Poppy
Moore with a liberating education. Humanistic pedagogy had a positive impact on
Poppy Moore's identity. Third, to achieve true identity, of course, requires
awareness in Poppy's mind. Consciousness includes magical consciousness, naive
consciousness and critical consciousness. With the freedom education given by
Mrs. Kingsely, finally Poppy was able to reach her critical consciousness.

Mapping the Implications of AI and Machine Learning in the Healthcare Market
abstract: Within the last decade, there has been a lot of hype surrounding the potential medical applications of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies. During the same timespan, big tech companies such as Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, and Google have entered the healthcare market as developers of health-based AI and ML technologies. This project aims to create a comprehensive map of the existing health-AI market landscape for the standard biotech reader and to provide a critical commentary on the existing market structure. Absurdity of Katherine's Rebellion in The Film Lady Macbeth (2016): Absurdism Theory
This study aims to 1) identify the form of Katherine's rebellion. 2) to analyze the reasons of Katherine's rebellion. And lastly 3) to analyze the reason of Katherine twisted the facts of the murder in the film Lady Macbeth (2016). This study uses the theory of Absurdity from Albert Camus. This research is included in qualitative research by focusing on the analysis of the forms and reasons of rebellion in the main character. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis. From this study, three findings were found based on the research questions. First, the form of Katherine's rebellion. The author finds two forms of rebellion, namely Metaphysical rebellion and historical rebellion. Second, the reasons that prompted Katherine's rebellion. There are two reasons, namely the metaphysical and historical reasons of rebellion. And thirdly, the reason of Katherine distorted the facts of the murder was due to two reasons, namely jealousy and guarding honor
RACISM REFLECTED IN BLACKKKLANSMAN MOVIE (2018): ALLPORT’S SCALE OF PREJUDICE AND CONTACT HYPOTHESIS THEORY
This research discusses the racism by white people to black people in “Blackkklansman” movie. The objective of this research is to: 1) identify the characteristics of racist actions, 2) explain the impact of racist actions on victims, 3) describe the Contact Hypothesis is able to reduce racism. This research uses the theory of Scale of Prejudice and Contact Hypothesis from Gordon Allport. This research is included in qualitative research by focusing on the analysis of racism in the film BlacKkKlansman (2018).
Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data sources. The primary data source is the Blackkklansman movie and the secondary data sources are the books in journal related to the topic discussed, references from web and other sources, which are have relation to the analysis. The data collection technique used the look-note method. The technique of data analysis is descriptive analysis.
From this research, three findings were found based on the research questions. First, the characteristics of racist actions. The author finds five characteristics of racist action, namely verbal antagonism, avoidance, segregation, physical attack, and extermination. Second, the impact of racist actions. There are two levels impact on victims, namely minor and major. Thirdly, the Contact Hypothesis is able to reduce racism, in the Colorado Springs Police do not carry out physical attacks and exterminations against fellow partners even though they are of different races because they apply the four conditions needed to reduce prejudice: equal status between groups, common goals, intergroup cooperation, and the support of authorities
The Impacts Of Parenting Style On The Behavior: Auggie, Julian, And Miranda, Of Wonder Movie (2017): Psychological Approach
This study aims to 1) analyze the attitudes of parents towards Auggie, Julian, and Miranda. 2) to analyze the parenting style of Auggie, Julian, and Miranda's parents. And lastly, 3) to find out the impacts of parenting style on Auggie, Julian, and Miranda's behavior in the film Wonder (2017). This study uses the theory of Parenting Style from Diana Baumrind. This research is qualitative research focusing on the impacts of parenting on the behavior of Auggie, Julian, and Miranda characters. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis. From this study, three findings were found based on the formulation of the problem—first, the attitudes of each parent. The author found three tendencies of parents' attitudes, namely cognitive, affective and conative. Second, the parenting style of each parent. Auggie's parents are authoritative, Julian's parents are permissive-indulgent, and Miranda's parents are uninvolved–neglectful. And third, the impacts of each parenting style. Auggie tends to have a good nature, Julian tends to be evil and selfish, and Miranda feels lonely and depresse
