No full textTema ime e diplomës në përgjithësi ka të bëjë me banim dhe afarizëm. Studimi kryesorë fillon nga analizat urbane duke vazhduar me orientimin e duhur të kthinave, varësisht nga lloji i funksionit të kthinës.
Parcela- ka një hyrje dhe një dalje.Posedon gjithashtu parkingje të jashtme, hapësira të gjelbërta, kënde për fëmijë dhe hapësira për shumë funksione.
Objekti- ka dy hyrje kryesore dhe dy sekondare. Etazhiteti i objektit është -2B+P+5.
Në bodrume janë të vendosura garazhimi dhe depot. Në përdhesë janë të vendosura lokalet afariste ndërsa katet janë të organizara me banim.
Forma përcjell funksionin.
Forma:
Duke u bazuar në planin rregullues urban të kësaj zone( Shih fig.02) forma e objektit është e rregullt, kryesisht katërkëndëshe me vendosje kompakte në parcelë.
Si në planimetri ashtu edhe në fasada është tentuar të përdoren forma të drejta,elemente moderne, hapje (dyer, dritare) me dimensione që u përshtaten njëtrajtësisht formave tjera të objektit.
Funksioni:
Duke filluar nga analizat urbane, zhvillimit të lëvizjeve ne parcelë dhe objekt, ndarja e banesave e deri tek orientimi i kthinave, funksioni ka qenë fokusi im kryesorë në këtë projekt.
Si përfundim arritja e organizimit,planifikimit dhe analizave arkitektonike përmbushin standardet e projektimit arkitektonik

No full textPunimi hulumtues trajton temën e planifikimit urban – blloku urban afaristë dhe banim kolektiv me etazhitet të lartë. Konkretisht, bëhet fjalë për një parcelë me sipërfaqe prej S=125,020.80 m2 (12 Hektarë) e pozicionuar në zonën industriale të qytetit të Pejës. Pavarësisht sipërfaqes që e posedon, parcela shfrytëzon vetëm njëzet përqindëshin (20%) e sipërfaqes totale e cila shërben si zonë me pikat më të frenkuentuara industriale të qytetit. Parcela posedon terren të rrafshtë, pozitë të përshtatshme dhe ndërlidhje me rrugët kryesore të qytetit nga të gjitha anët. Përskaj saj rrjedh Lumbardhi i Pejës I cili do të trajtohet në kuadër të parcelës, propozohet të rregullohet shtrati i lumit i cili do të ofrojë atraksione për banorët e qytetit, e veçanërishtë për banorët e kësaj parcele të cilët do t’a kenë të drejtën ekskluzive të shfrytëzimit. Duke e marrë parasysh që parcela ka çasje në rrugët kryesore të qytetit, i përcaktohen edhe hyrjet dhe daljet brenda saj. Pasi që karakteri i kësaj zone i shërben industrisë së qytetit, qëllimi është që të shërbejë edhe për banim kolektiv. Veçoritë që i posedon kjo zonë do të ishte ideale për objektet afariste dhe banim kolektiv, sepse kapaciteti i saj ofron kushte të përshtatshme për zhvillim urban. Jeta socialo- kulturore e banorëve të zonës momentalisht është e zbehtë dhe ofron pak mundësi për mbushjen e kohës së lirë me veprimtari të dobishme qoftë në nivel individual, qoftë në nivel komuniteti. Mungojnë qëndrat kulturore, bibliotekat,parqet, lulishtet apo këndet e lojërave. Vihet re qartë mungesa e vëmendjes së strukturave të qeverisjes lokale në këtë drejtim, ku pothuajse nuk është realizuar asnjë investim me karakter publik. Nga analizimi i gjendjes aktuale të infratrukturës ,mendoj që zhvillimi i infrastrukturës së saj duhet të përqendrohet në përmirësim të infrastrukturës rrugore dhe transportit, furnizimit me ujë të pijshëm dhe energjisë elektrike, rregullimit dhe përmirësimit të sistemit të kanalizimeve për ujërat e bardha dhe të zeza si dhe menaxhimin e mbetjeve urbane.
Sa i përket arkitekturës, propozojë të jetë moderne dhe e harmonizueshme me rrethinën. Bazuar në të dhënat e fundit të Planit Zhvillimor Komunal, etazhiteti i lejuar në këtë zonë, e posaqërisht në sipërfaqe mbi 1 hektarë, të lejohet etazhiteti P+8K. Ishte ky një përshkrim sipërfaqësorë rreth temës së diplomës që po e shtjelloj duke I cekur vetëm disa elemente krysore sa për të i’u njoftuar me projektin
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
No full textWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
No full textWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

Mapping the Discipline of the Olympic Games An Author-Cocitation Analysis
No full textThe authors conducted an author cocitation analysis on prominent authors writing about the Olympics during the 1990s. Author cocitation is an established bibliometric technique that can be used to measure the relative similarities of topics written about by the cited authors. This enables a visual representation of the “intellectual space” of the discipline, in this case the Olympics, to be created for the period under review. So core and peripheral research areas are identified, along with their major contributors. The representation appears as a two-dimensional cluster-enhanced map. Subject expertise was then applied to the results to place labels on the generated clusters of authors and their topics
