No full textLa nostra è la condizione di esistenza dell’uomo prometeico. L’o- ligarchia non può accettare l’uguaglianza. Costantemente cerca di minarla alla radice. Attua anche condizioni di oggettivo assoggetta- mento. Tuttavia, almeno fin qui, il verso impresso alla storia dal- l’uomo moderno non è cambiato, nonostante tutto. La condizione giuridica dell’esistenza materiale dei singoli resta orientata dall’u- guaglianza, dalla democrazia, dalla laicità dello Stato. Non è cam- biato il verso, ma non cessa di subire attacchi capaci di ribaltarlo. La storia del secolo appena trascorso, con le ideologie totalitarie, basta a convincere che uguaglianza, democrazia, laicità dello Stato non possono mai considerarsi condizioni acquisite una volta per tutte. The Local Press as a Medium to Create Diversion
No full textInternational audienceThe press with the largest circulation in France—and which is virtually unknown abroad—are regional newspapers (around 50 dailies and 150 weeklies). In this chapter, Loïc Ballarini explores the content in these newspapers. Through an analysis of more than 1500 articles, he examines how the French regional press can claim (or not) to reflect the geographical area it covers. Despite the apparent diversity of news, the research shows a strict hierarchy of local information, which is voluntarily complacent about those in power and almost never critical. As if it were stuck in the consensus-based model that made it successful a century ago, the local press is unable to put its finger on long-term shifts and changes in the region. The author describes it as a diversion of attention away from social dynamics towards extremely simplified social constructs

Improving summer energy performance of highly insulated buildings through the application of a thermal analysis by numerical simulation
No full textThe work presented in this paper is aimed at deepening
the optimisation of the energy performance of highly
insulated buildings in summer conditions through the
application of an original methodology of thermal
analysis.
The methodology, already presented in a previous work
(Ballarini et al., 2011), allows us to investigate the
building energy balance and identify the most important
parameters affecting the energy performance under
certain conditions. The analysis is developed through the
application of a dynamic simulation tool (EnergyPlus).
The methodology consists of analysing the different
contributions to the convective energy balance on
internal air and their interrelations with different
boundary conditions. Each contribution is split according
to the dynamic driving forces of outdoor and indoor
environment, i.e. external air temperature, solar
radiation, internal air temperature and internal heat
sources, and it is referred separately to the specific
groups of components that exchange heat with internal
air.
This work focuses on the application of the above
thermal analysis to a highly insulated single-family
house in summer conditions, in two different Italian
climatic zones. The methodology provides the mean
values and the standard deviations of the contributions
to the convective energy balance on internal air, and
allows both to identify the main causes of low energy
performance and to quantify the effects of possible
retrofit or operational measures.
As an exemplification, the effect of increasing the air
change rate by natural ventilation during the night is
investigated. The results show how the energy
performance could be improved also in highly insulated
buildings located in warm climates

A tal fine sono state utilizzate le guide valutative di maggior utilizzo, con specifica attenzione all’ambito della responsabilità civile, all’infortunistica privata e al danno biologico applicato all’infortunistica del lavoro; da ultimo, sono stati analizzti i modelli valutativi francesi ed americani.
Da questa analisi sono emerse due correnti interpretative: l’una che considera la protesi come parte integrante del danno, la seconda che valuta il sussidio protesico una componente autonoma del danno, sia che svolga un’azione di contenimento della menomazione, sia che si configuri parte del danno bas

del senso dell’essere. É tuttavia senz’altro il primo
ad averla assunta come questione storica. Impostandola
nel modo più radicale. In questo saggio non viene
dunque trattato tutto Nietzsche. L’Autore espone,
invece, in particolare, l’analisi del nichilismo europeo
elaborata da Nietzsche. Questo perché, questo nichilismo
è il movimento che, portando l’uomo a credere al
divenire anche nelle cose spirituali, realizza il grande
salto, come Nietzsche lo definisce. Un salto rispetto alla
fede nell’essere. Grande perché con esso l’intera storia
dell’occidente cambia verso. Inizia infatti un tempo
nuovo, nel quale l’esserci, assume come realtà il fatto
che è in tutto e per tutto storico. Il che significa che, nella
sua storia, la questione «essere» è ormai solo storica
e storico è il «senso» dell’essere stesso. Essere in tutto e
per tutto storico, dopo aver cercato in tutto e per tutto
di non esserlo, è la svolta che, dalla metafisica, conduce
alla effettiva trasvalutazione di tutti i valori.Nietzsche is certainly not the only one asking the
question about the sense of being. Nevertheless he
was the first to understand it as historical issue and
set it in the most radical way. This essay doesn’t deal
with the whole NietzschÉs thought. The Author focuses, instead, on the analysis of the European nihilism
elaborated by Nietzsche. This is because nihilism
is the movement, which urges the man to believe in
becoming even in spiritual things and which makes
the great leap, as Nietzsche calls it: leap if compared
to the belief in being, great because it brings about a
change of direction in the whole history of Western
World. Starts a new era, in which the existence acknowledges
the reality of its own fully historical being.
That means that, in its history, the issue of «being
» is now exclusively historical and historical is the
«meaning» of self-same being. Being historical in all
respects, after trying in every way not to be it, is the
turning point leading from metaphysics to actual
transvaluation of all values
