BOOK REVIEW: Viorel Rusu, „The Maramureş Diocese of the Romanian Church United with Rome during the pastorate of Bishop Alexandru Rusu (1931-1948)”
Viorel Rusu is currently the director of the Maramureş County Museum of History and Archaeology, a position he has held since 2007, before being the director of the Maramureş County Directorate of National Archives, during 1998-2007, as well as archivist during 1996-1998. Viorel Rusu\u27s fields of interest focus on political and religious life after the First World War until the 1970s, with an even more pronounced emphasis on the 4-6 decades of the twentieth century. Analyzing the geographical area on which the historian turns his attention, it can be seen the fact that Maramureş County is most often targeted in the studies published by him. Therefore, Viorel Rusu\u27s doctoral thesis, the work entitled “The Maramureş diocese of the Romanian church united with Rome during the pastorate of Bishop Alexandru Rusu (1931-1948)” is part of the author\u27s long-standing concerns, being a topic of interest his. Due to his experience as an archivist, but also as director of the National Archives, along with numerous studies related to political and religious life in Maramureş, the author is qualified to complete the proposed research

The marker level set method: applications to simulation of liquids
Interface advection methods are important tools with applications in computer graphics and computer vision, as well as in computational fluid dynamics and other engineering domains. The
classic level set method in particular is one of the most widely used methods for interfacial advection; however, this method is less successful in tracking high-curvature regions and thin sheets, and it completely discards information tangential to the interface.
In this thesis we introduce a new method for advection of interfaces by an external velocity field with improved performance in the problematic areas of the classic level set method mentioned above, and present several applications to simulation of liquids. We show that our method, which we term the Marker Level Set (MLS),
provides an accurate, simple, and efficient alternative to the present technology for interfacial advection. Moreover, MLS features several capabilities that are quite important for computer graphics, such as automatic surface texture transport and an easy way of generating spray and small bubbles during simulation of liquids. We introduce as well a new MLS-based level
set reinitialization procedure which gives improved performance over classical reinitialization procedures used in the context of
the level set method alone.Ph.D.Includes bibliographical references (p. 63-66)
VERRES CHALCOGENURES POUR L'OPTIQUE INTEGREE
The interest of the chalcogenide planar waveguides for infrared applications like environmental metrology, optical amplification or spatial interferometry is shown. The realisation of such waveguides by stacking and etching un-doped or doped films is than described, stage by stage. The first one consisted in acquiring the control of the radio-frequency chalcogenide thin film sputtering. Good quality and reproducible thin films were obtained. The relation between the optical properties and the films thickness was shown. The second stage was the erbium-doped chalcogenide thin film deposition. The presence of Er(3+) ions was higlighted by the photoluminescence measurements. Photoluminescence lifetime values are encouraging. The third stage of the planar waveguide realisation was the thin film etching : three different etching ways (chemical, plasma and reactive plasma etchings) were tested and compared. Good quality ribs were obtained whatever the method employed. The last stage described in this manuscript is the realisation and characterisation of the waveguides : two types of waveguide (TIR and ARROW) were realised and tested successfully.L'intérêt des guides d'onde à base de couches minces chalcogénures pour des applications dans l'infrarouge comme la métrologie de l'environnement, l'amplification optique ou l'interférométrie spatiale est démontré.

THE SONATA FOR VIOLIN AND PIANO BY VIOREL MUNTEANU IN THE INTERPRETATIVE CONCEPTION OF NATIVE MUSICIANS
Signed in 1974, the Sonata for violin and piano by Viorel Munteanu continues the Enescu tradition and distinguishes itself by an original musical language, that alongside of the form sobriety, places this opus among the most representative examples of Romanian chamber instrumental music of the second half of the 20th century. Special attention is given to the exploration of the source of folklore and the Byzantine influence that generate the intonational-thematic structure of the whole work and relate it to the opuses of Moldovan music. Thus, the abundance of sound symbols and specific elements of the „pastoral” space reveals essential aspects of the interpretative conception of the native musicians.
This composition was premiered in Chisinau within the framework of the 25th edition of the International Festival The Days of New Music. In the present article the author wants to pay her respects to the late violinist Angela Molodojan who performed with remarkable artistry, originality and musical refinement the violin part in the above-mentioned creation
ITC SOLUTIONS TO ACHIEVE PERFORMANCE AND EFFICIENCY OF HEALTH SERVICES:ONLINE VIRTUAL CLINIC
The digital era modified the way people work, how the information and the informational resources are defined and organized. The organization which holds, uses and correctly reproduces the piece of information, the knowledge, the intellectual capital, becomes a leader in the proper field of activity. Following the actual tendencies in the digital era connected to the exchange of professional information, I can say that the exchange and sharing of digital information in a global multitude of interconnected computers are essential instruments that can contribute to the development and consolidation of the intellectual potential of the organization. This is why, the access of the individuals to information is an actual requirement of the development of the Romanian society in the context of globalization and world implication o contemporary processes and phenomena. The Digital integration eliminates the barriers that traditionally suppress the circuit of the medical information, lets the goods and services circulate to and from Romania by promoting efficiency as final purpose. Performance is needed in the health system, the transformation of the system of medical services by bringing the benefits of the medical science and technology to all individuals from every community. In order to accomplish these expectations it is needed that all the components that form the health system look at it as a whole and subscribe to modern solutions for improvement so that the quality of health should raise to an unprecedented level. Even if health systems differ from country to country from the organizational and financial point of view, they face the same challenges and problems, respectively the supply of medical care of better quality and keeping under control the health expenses. The use of information and communication technology in the field of medical assistance in order to stock, share, transmit and analyze clinical data and knowledge is more necessary than ever.Internet, communication in real time, health system, medical information system, digital integration, virtual medical assistance, virtual clinic, shared medical information
