Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui kelengkapan berita\ud
politik pilkada Gowa 2015 pada rubrik citizen reporter portal berita online\ud
gosulsel.com ; (2) Untuk mengetahui penentuan layak berita berita politik pilkada\ud
Gowa 2015 pada rubrik citizen reporter portal berita online gosulsel.com \ud
Penelitian ini memadukan dua pendekatan yakni kuantitatif dan kualitatif.\ud
Kuantitatif peneliti gunakan untuk melihat sejauh kelengkapan berita rubrik citizen\ud
reporter di portal berita online gosulsel.com. Kualitatif peneliti gunakan untuk\ud
melihat kebijakan redaksional dalam menentukan kelayakan berita-berita di rubrik\ud
citizen reporter. Penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data total sampling, yaitu\ud
sampel sama dengan populasi. Maka objek penelitian adalah keseluruhan berita\ud
politik kolom citizen reporter pada portal berita online gosulsel.com periode Oktober\ud
??? November - Desember 2015 yang berjumlah 104 berita. Pengumpulan data\ud
menggunakan beberapa teknik, antara lain ; (1) Peneliti menggunakan lembar koding\ud
sebagai intrumen dan dibantu oleh dua pengkoder untuk memastikan lembar koding\ud
reliable ; (2) Wawancara terhadap informan yang dianggap mampu menjawab\ud
pertanyaan penelitian. \ud
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ; (1) Berita politik pilkada Gowa 2015\ud
di rubrik citizen reporter Gosulsel.com sudah dapat dikatakan lengkap jika dilihat dari\ud
formula berita 5W+1H. Relevansi narasumber, kelengkapan gambar pendukung\ud
berita dan kelengkapan pemberian caption foto juga dapat dikatakan lengkap. Hanya\ud
saja pencantuman sumber foto yang masih kurang. Fakta berita yang digunakan\ud
citizen reporter sebagian besar menggunakan fakta psikologis. Ini berarti bahwa\ud
berita yang dibuat masih mengandung unsur subjektivitas yang berpengaruh juga\ud
pada pencampuran opini citizen reporter yang masih banyak memasukkan opininya\ud
dalam berita ; (2) Kriteria kebijakan redaksi dalam menerbitkan berita di rubrik\ud
citizen reporter adalah memenuhi keakuratan berita dengan kelengkapan 5W+1H,\ud
memiliki sumber yang jelas, akurat dan lokasi peliputan juga harus jelas. Hal\ud
pentingnya adalah berita yang dibuat tidak menyerang kelompok tertentu. Untuk\ud
kelengkapan gambar pendukung berita, kebijakan redaksi ialah melengkapi sendiri di\ud
dapur redaksi jika memang pengirim tidak menyertakan gambar pelengkap

The research was conducted at Andi Jemma Masamba Airport in Sulawesi, and the results showed a strong correlation between commanding/charismatic leadership and the improvement of quality at Andi Jemma Masamba Airport
Implementación de un manual de funciones específicas del pasante en la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la ANDI
No full textEn el presente documento se exponen los argumentos, el desarrollo y resultados esperados del proceso de implementación del plan de mejora o manual de funciones específicas para pasante. Esto, tras haber realizado la práctica profesional dentro de la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia, de ahora en adelante, ANDI. Principal agremiación representante del sector privado de Colombia y reconocida por el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo (MinCIT, 2021).
Inicialmente se evidencian los aspectos generales de la ANDI, tales como: Misión, Visión, Valores, ubicación geográfica y estructura organizacional. De esta manera, al brindar una conceptualización de las funciones y composición de esta agremiación, en general, se facilita el entendimiento de los beneficios de la aplicación del proyecto dentro de la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz. Sustentando la manera en cómo la contribución al mejoramiento del desempeño del pasante, facilita el aprovechamiento de la visión fresca, disruptiva e intrépida, por la que se caracteriza el talento joven (Confama, 2021), fructuoso en procesos de constante evolución. Además, se expone el procedimiento del proyecto, por medio del planteamiento del objetivo general y los objetivos específicos.
Finalmente, se exponen las conclusiones y resultados que traería una primera aplicación de proyecto, junto con una sección de seguimiento de práctica profesional, donde se destacan los logros y experiencia obtenida por el autor durante su pasantía en la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la ANDI.This document presents the arguments, development and expected results of the implementation process of the improvement plan or manual of specific functions for interns. This, after having carried out the professional practice within the Chamber of the Automotive Industry of the National Association of Entrepreneurs of Colombia, from now on, ANDI. Main association representing the private sector in Colombia and recognized by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MinCIT, 2021).
Initially, the general aspects of ANDI are evidenced, such as: Mission, Vision, Values, geographic location and organizational structure. In this way, by providing a conceptualization of the functions and composition of this association, in general, the understanding of the benefits of the application of the project within the Chamber of the Automotive Industry is facilitated. Supporting the way in which the contribution to the improvement of the intern's performance, facilitates the use of the fresh, disruptive and intrepid vision, by which young talent is characterized (Confama, 2021), fruitful in processes of constant evolution. In addition, the procedure of the project is exposed, through the approach of the general objective and the specific objectives.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah; 1) Untuk mengetahui perencanaan pembelajaran model kooperatif pada peserta diklat Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Ilmu Pelayaran Malahayati Aceh; 2) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran model kooperatif pada peserta diklat Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Ilmu Pelayaran Malahayati Aceh; 3) Untuk mengetahui pengawasan pengorganisasian pembelajaran model kooperatif pada peserta diklat Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Ilmu Pelayaran Malahayati Aceh. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa; 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran model kooperatif pada peserta diklat Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Ilmu Pelayaran Malahayati Aceh telah disusun dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan kurikulum yang ada dan disesuaikan dengan bahan ajar yang ada; 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran model kooperatif pada peserta diklat Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Ilmu Pelayaran Malahayati Aceh sudah dilakukan dengan sistematis sesuai urutannya masing-masing terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan; 3) Pengawasan pengorganisasian pembelajaran model kooperatif pada peserta diklat Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Ilmu Pelayaran Malahayati Aceh sudah berjalan dengan bagus dan terkoordinir, sehingga tujuan pembelajaran tercapai sebagaimana yang diharapkan.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Pembelajaran Model Kooperatif
Pengaruh Pengairan Separuh Daerah Akar terhadap Efisiensi Penggunaan Air dan Produksi Kedelai (Glycine max L.) pada Musim Kemarau
Get PDFA new method of irrigation was designed for increasing water use efficiency (WUE) and yield of field grown soybeanduring dry season. This experiment consisted of four treatments , namely (1) the whole root zone system was irrigated with4 L m-2; (2) the partial root zone system was irrigated with 4 L m-2; (3) the partial root zone system was irrigated with 3 Lm-2; and (4) the partial root zone system was irrigated with 2 L m-2. Partial root zone irrigation treatments were done bydaily watering one side between two plants row while the other side was allowed to dry and irrigation was shifted to the dryside while the wet side was allowed to dry every 7 days irrigation interval, respectively. The experiment was designed as arandomized complete block design with four replications and a 2.6 m x 2.4 m plot size. The results showed that the partialroot zone irrigation treatment maintained growth, biomass, nodule, relative leaf water content, relative leaf chlorophyllcontent, leaf nitrogen content and yield at the level of fully irrigated treatment and increased leaf ABA content and water useefficiency, but the effect depended on volume of water applied. Partial root zone irrigation with 2 L m-2 and 3 L m-2 irrigationdecreased yield by 2.97% and 16.91%, respectively, however, those treatments increased water use efficiency by 29.97% and23.63%, respectively, compared to those with fully irrigated plots.Keywords: ABA, irrigation, soybean, root zone, water use efficienc
