No full textEl presente artículo tiene como objeto de estudio las columnas escritas por Javier Marías, entre los años 2009 y 2013, en el espacio semanal La Zona Fantasma, ubicado en la última página de El País Semanal, suplemento dominical del diario El País. Para el estudio se ha recurrido a un análisis de contenido, a partir de la retórica aristotélica y su posterior renovación por Charles Perelman y Lucie Olbrechts Tyteca, expuesta en su Tratado de la argumentación. La metodología seguida ha permitido identificar las particularidades y características en cuanto a temas, enfoque, estructura y lenguaje que el autor utiliza. Cuantitativamente, se identificaron los temas, los argumentos, el léxico y las figuras literarias de cada columna, y cualitativamente, las temáticas, la construcción del Ethos del autor y la interpretación de los resultados, a la luz del contexto que
enmarca los años en los que se escriben las columnasThis article has as object of study the columns written by Javier Marías between the years 2009 and 2013 in the weekly space “La Zona Fantasma”, located in the last page of El País Semanal, a Sunday supplement in the News Paper El País. For study purposes we have used an analysis of content based on the Aristotelian Rhetoric and its posterior renovation by Charles Perelman and Lucie Olbrechts-Tyteca, exposed in their Treaty of Argumentation. The methodology followed allowed to identify the particularities and characteristics in relation to topics, approach, structure and language the author uses. The qualitative contribution consisted of the conclusions about the data obtained.

Labour Market Dualisation and Trade Union Involvement in Spain
No full textThis chapter analyses the process of labour market dualisation and its consequences for the relation between workers and trade unions in Spain. It examines the effects of the progressive fragmentation of the Spanish work force - i.e. the growing differentiation of a core of workers with stable jobs and a periphery without - on workers’ patterns of collective action, as well as on their attitudes to, and perceptions and evaluation of, trade unions. The chapter argues that the differentiation of unemployment risks by type of contract has produced a two-tier system of employment relations, in which the interests of fixed-term and unemployed workers are largely disregarded. It is important to approach the study of labour market dualisation from a dynamic perspective that stresses the longitudinal character of the phenomena of employment stability and instability. From an employment perspective, two-tier flexibilisation implies that fixed-term contracts, given their low costs, become the main channel of entry into employment.Peer reviewe

La autora expone la técnica para enfoques con énfasis en Historia de la Ideas, a partir de la experiencia investigativa del maestro, cuyos trabajos se han caracterizado por la rigurosidad en la implementación del método y por los aportes a la historiografía regional y nacional. No full textEste trabajo analítico se centra en la novela "Soldados de Salamina" del autor José Javier Cercas Mena y resalta su importancia en la literatura contemporánea sobre la Guerra Civil española. La introducción presenta al autor y su obra, enfatizando su postura progresista a pesar de sus raíces conservadoras y y su rechazo a los lugares ideológicos extremos. Este es un ejemplo de cómo mostrar prudencia y moderación, en lugar de sembrar el odio y la división. En la sección de análisis literario, se discuten varios aspectos de la novela, incluida su narrativa, estilo, estructura y desarrollo de personajes. El personaje de Roberto Bolaño Avalos y los "Amigos del Bosque" se comparan con analogías paralelas, y el papel de Miralles como héroe y su discurso respecto a la guerra también se define. Este trabajo se propone investigar "Soldados de Salamina" como una obra que anima a la reconciliación y el entendimiento histórico en lugar de la saturación y la politización del tema en la sociedad actual. Propone un análisis histórico-literario original que llena las lagunas de la investigación académica e invita a una reflexión más profunda sobre los acontecimientos y las emociones que rodearon el conflicto bélico.This analytical study focuses on the novel "Soldados de Salamina" by the author José Javier Cercas Mena, highlighting its relevance in contemporary literature on the Spanish Civil War. The introduction presents the author and his work, highlighting his progressive position despite his conservative roots and his reluctance to adopt extreme ideological positions. This work is an example of prudence and moderation, seeking reconciliation and coexistence rather than promoting hate or polarization. In the literary analysis section, he examines various aspects of the novel, such as its narrative, style, structure and character development. The character of Roberto Bolaño Avalos and the "Friends of the Forest" are examined as parallels, as well as the role of Miralles as hero and his reflection on war. The research highlights the importance of "Soldados de Salamina" as a work that seeks reconciliation and historical understanding, in the face of the saturation and politization of the subject in today's society. It proposes an original historical-literary analysis that fills the gaps in academic research and invites a deeper reflection on the events and emotions surrounding the war conflict
