Nelson; young woman with hair tied back in a large bow we believe to be Edith Ragenheld Nelson. Peeking through from the back is Ida Shively Nelson. Standing next to Ida in the back is Andrew Nelson, and the woman standing in front of him with glasses, we believe to be Grace Harriet Nelson, Andrew's daughter. The woman standing between and in front of Ida and Andrew may be Bertha Nelson, wife of Dr. Nels P. Nelson

After the war, he returned to Norwich University and graduated in 1924

    Man in three-piece suit and hat standing beside a grave stone with “NELSON” engraved upon it. The man is most likely one of the sons of N. P. Nelson, possibly Andrew. Photograph was developed at the Rex Photo Shop, Denver, Colorado on October 5, 1936. 4 ½ x 2 7/8 in. B&W. According to Daniel Flyger (Aug 20, 2013) the tombstone is the Nelson Family tombstone, and according to Flyger, there are many names engraved on the back of the stone. The tombstone is located in the Evergreen S.D.A. Cemetery, near the town of Viborg, Turner County, South Dakota
