Didactic co-creation - the collaborative process of didactic material production for blended learning course
The preparation and the production of didactic materials for on-line courses demand a multidisciplinary teamwork (technicians and specialists from different areas) along with teacherauthors. The organization and the process of production are complex and specific for each project and teaching institution. The objective of this research is to analyze how the collaborative process of the didactic material produced in the blended learning course of the Licentiate Degree in Science from USP/UNIVESP (conducted over a certain period of time. Qualitative approach has been adopted for this study, more specifically, a case study research. In order to accomplish our goals, we have conducted data collection by using review of documents as well as interviews with the professionals that participated in the creation process. For the purpose of analyzing the collected data, we have gathered diverse theoretical approaches related to the main topics of this study. By having the content analyzed, a relationship between the studied theory and the data collected has been established. In conclusion, due to the fact that it is the product of a teamwork, the original content (text) needs to go through some changes and adaptations during the whole process until the final version of the didactic material (in all its different formats) is completed. It is important to emphasize that every step during the process of production is attended, discussed and validated by the teacher-author. As in any multidisciplinary teamwork, the communication and the interrelationships are constant and meaningful to the process. It is in this context of teamwork (including the teacher-author) that the didactic co-creation occurs, being the result of collaborative and creation work. It has been verified that the groups worked in intercalated moments throughout the production of the material: as individuals or in collaboration. Despite the fact that there are predefined steps which are supposed to flow in a linear way, co-creation takes place during the interrelationships, the exchange of knowledge and suggestions and the adaptation of the content. It turns out to be a hybrid process: linear and co-creative. Linear in its structure and its way of working and co-creative as a natural part of human relationships and as a collective production of knowledge
PERSONALISTIČKA KONCEPCIJA UMJETNOSTI LUIGIJA STEFANINIJA
A whole ray of aesthetical problems like artistic expression, style, feeling,
which were opened in the works of Bennedeto Croce and Giovanni
Gentile, found a close interpreter and critic in Luigi Stefanini. For him,
art was an “absolute word” because of the completeness through which
the work lives its own life, because of the autonomy through which the
form signifies nothing else but itself. In the art “to be” and “to express”
are the same thing. The work includes infinity, because it carries in itself
everything necessary to show its own wholeness. As from its core, the
form of the work is created in the activity of the artist, so the principle
of the unity of the work is in the person of the author rather than in the
intimate purpose of the work itself. Although in his thoughts on art he
accepts idealistic themes, Stefanini gives them a totally new direction
through personalistic foundation and for this his thought even today
does not lose its importance in the speculative discourse of the contemporary
Italian aesthetics.Niz estetičkih problema poput umjetničkoga izražaja, stila, osjećaja,
otvorenih od Benedetta Crocea i Giovanija Gentilea, u Luigiju Stefaniniju
u isto vrijeme pronalaze bliskoga sugovornika i kritičara. Umjetnost

LMN Facial Palsy in Pregnancy: An Opportunity to Predict Preeclampsia—Report and Review
Facial paralysis is the most frequent unilateral cranial nerve pathology affecting pregnant population 2 to 4 times more often than the nonpregnant population. There exists an association with preeclampsia but this has largely been overlooked. Clinicians often dismiss it for idiopathic palsy as seen in the present case. A 30-year-old woman, Gravida 4, Para 3, presented at 26 weeks pregnancy with complaints of facial weakness, blurring of vision, altered taste sensation, increased noise sensitivity for 1 month, headache since 18 days, and vomiting since 23 days. Her pulse was 90/min, BP was 170/120, and RR was 18/min. Uterus was 18 weeks size and proteinuria++ was present. Ultrasonography revealed a 26 weeks fetus, severe bradycardia, and absent liquor. HELLP syndrome was diagnosed after investigations. Six units of fresh frozen plasma were transfused. An informed decision for termination of pregnancy was made. She delivered a 450 gram stillborn. The third stage was complicated with postpartum hemorrhage but it was managed successfully. Women with Bell’s palsy during pregnancy should be evaluated critically as in some it may precede preeclampsia which has serious maternal and fetal implications. Therefore, these women should be in regular followup of the obstetrician
