Émancipation et dispositif: analyse des voies alternatives
International audienceThe chapter tackles head-on the question of what "makes a device" in these alternative paths of research that are emerging between science and activism. The project consists of analysing the forms of organisation that aim to promote emancipation. The author first recalls the role played by devices in the arrangement of reality, and the need to produce a detailed description of them in order to achieve the intentionality of the designers. Her reflection then turns to the characterization of the devices as "counter-spaces". Looking at the specificity of emancipation mechanisms, Lucie Aussel confirms that they do indeed respond to the desire to create "counterspaces" that allow the objectives to be achieved. She also shows that the intention of the initiators is indeed to propose new provisions, whether it is a question of inventing forms that allow for a better appropriation of the objects of research, or of developing areas of convergence between researchers and social movement actors. In conclusion, the need for these initiators to be integrated or even recognised in the system they wish to transform is underlined.
Strategic decision in a two-period game using a multi-leader-follower approach. Part 1 – General setting and weighted Nash equilibrium
In the situation where a new player wants to join a group of players, which is interacting in a non-cooperative way through a generalized Nash game, this new player can face three different situations: playing together with the other players in a generalized Nash game, playing first and waiting for the response of the opponent group, or letting the group play first and act then as a follower. This two-period game can thus lead to a generalized Nash game, a single-leader-multi-follower game, or a multi-leader-single-follower game. Our aim in this couple of papers is to elaborate a decision-making strategy to help this new player when choosing the most beneficial game, beside the fact that he does not know what game the group of other players would like to select. This work, composed of a couple of papers, extends to n+1 players the previous research of B. von Stengel (Games and Economic Behaviour - 2010) done for a two-player symmetric duopoly game. In this first part, we present the main concepts, introduce in particular the new notion of weighted Nash equilibrium, and provide an adapted analysis in the case of a specific model. In the companion second part, the decision-making policy is developed and numerical simulations are conducted

Mid infrared colors of early type galaxies
We compare the mid infrared colors of early type galaxies with isochrones that suitably account for the effects of dust in the circumstellar envelopes of AGB stars. We show that these stars affect significantly the integrated colors in the ISO bands. The excess at 10 mum observed in some early type galaxies combined with the optical spectrum, is compatible with a 100% old metal rich population. Limits on the additional young components are: age 0.2 Gyr, mass=0.5% and E(B-V)greater than or equal to0.5 or age 3 Gyr, mass 10% and E(B-V)greater than or equal to0.2

The Deep SPIRE HerMES Survey: spectral energy distributions and their astrophysical indications at high redshift
The first Herschel view of the mass-SFR link in high-z galaxies
Aims: We exploit deep observations of the GOODS-N field taken with PACS, the Photodetector Array Camera and Spectrometer, onboard of Herschel, as part of the PACS evolutionary probe guaranteed time (PEP), to study the link between star formation and stellar mass in galaxies to z ~ 2.
Methods: Starting from a stellar mass - selected sample of ~4500 galaxies with mag4.5 μm < 23.0 (AB), we identify ~350 objects with a PACS detection at 100 or 160 μm and ~1500 with only Spitzer 24 μm counterpart. Stellar masses and total IR luminosities (LIR) are estimated by fitting the spectral energy distributions (SEDs).
Results: Consistently with other Herschel results, we find that LIR based only on 24 μm data is overestimated by a median factor ~1.8 at z ~ 2, whereas it is underestimated (with our approach) up to a factor ~1.6 at 0.5 1011 Msun galaxies from z = 0 to z = 2, and seems to flatten at z > 1.5 in this mass range. Moreover, the most massive galaxies have the lowest SSFR at any z, implying that they have formed their stars earlier and more rapidly than their low mass counterparts (downsizing).

Une analyse des équilibres pour les problèmes de Nash, les problèmes de Radner et les jeux multi-leader-suiveur
The first topic of this thesis is devoted to the generalisation of the paper by B. von Stengel to the case of n+1 players. The author defines an (n+1)-player game where a group of n players interacts in an existing GNEP and a new player n+1 wants to enter the game. The problem is tackled with the introduction of the new concept of weighted Nash equilibrium problem which is useful to obtain uniqueness of the equilibrium under mild conditions. The second part is devoted to a study of qualitative stability of parametrised Nash problems in which parameters represent perturbations on the different players' objective functions and their strategy sets. The rest deals with the conditions for the existence of a Radner equilibrium associating with a sequential trading exchange in two periods in which the players' utility functions are quasi-concave. Sufficient conditions to verify the recent concept of assumption on net-lower-sign continuity are also presented under some separability properties.

Lya emitters at redshift 5.7 in the COSMOS field
We present results from a narrowband optical survey of a contiguous area of 1.95 deg2, covered by the Cosmic Evolution Survey (COSMOS). Both optical narrowband (lambdac=8150 Å and Deltalambda=120 Å) and broadband (B , V, g', r', i', and z') imaging observations were performed with the Subaru prime-focus camera, Suprime-Cam on the Subaru Telescope. We provide the largest contiguous narrowband survey, targeting Lyalpha emitters (LAEs) at z~5.7. We find a total of 119 LAE candidates at z~5.7. Over the wide-area covered by this survey, we find no strong evidence for large-scale clustering of LAEs. We estimate a star formation rate (SFR) density of ~7×10-4 Msolar yr-1 Mpc-3 for LAEs at z~5.7 and compare it with previous measurements. Based on data collected at the Subaru Telescope, which is operated by the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan
