No full textThe implementation of Building and Common Property (Maintenance and Management) 2007 Act, 663 Act which is came into force in the aspect of property maintenance and management on 12 April 2007 is one of the latest government’s mechanism in order to increase government’s delivering systems which is to improve development and property maintenance and management matters especially to overcome all the problem that existed all this while in the strata properties. Nevertheless, the execution that just came into force for only 2 years already creates their own problems and need special attention in order to overcome these problems early as possible. Main objective for this Academic Project (PA) research is to look into execution of the 663 Act in general and specially will be focus on the problems that create and exist in the execution and setting up of the Joint Management Body (JMB) due to these entities are just being introduced in the strata properties and also to give the reasonable suggestions that could be taken in order to overcome all these problems. Information are gathered from previous researches, various academic papers, related issued articles, newspapers, journals, internet, professionals and peoples’ opinions who are either directly or indirectly involved in the execution of the 663 Act apart interviews and structured research involving questionnaire form that has been conducted to many of the respondents. The author hope this PA research will be a guidance and reference to the respective parties in order to know how these problems give their effects to the effective and efficient execution of the 663 Act and further could be a reference to these respective parties in order to look the best solutions to overcome these created and existed problems

No full textThis paper is study and analyzes how external variables of the economy affect the corporate bond price. Researcher analyze three independent variable involved in fluctuation of corporate bond price where is interest rate, foreign exchange rate and inflation rate. Researcher collected the data more in secondary resources. Data obtained will analyzed by researcher test the hypotheses and build conclusion also recommendation. This study would use the aid of software such as Microsoft Excel and EVIEWS 7 to analyze and process the data. In this paper, Single Linear Regression approach was used to determine the impact of inflation, interest and exchange rate changes to the corporate bond price in Bloomberg (Europe) market. This research builds to study and analyze the trend of bond price on Bloomberg indices, for the period July 2010 until November 2010. Monthly data were used for the analysis. The result shows that inflation and exchange rate no significant relationship between the variables but only Interest rate have a significant relationship to corporate bond price and inverse relationship existed. No full textThis automatic light switch for house is built to make an improvement to our classic light switch. this automatic light switch will detect the magnetic field by using the reed switch. The design will provide the user to use either in automatic light switch or in manually. This is because of we had created the indicator by using Arduino to controlling the LCD screen. Whenever this indicator turn on, the user can use the automatic light switch but when it turn oft: the user only had to use as a manually to switch on the light. The circuit bad been developed in Proteus. When the power source is on and the reed switch will detect a magnetic wave it will supply the voltage through the IC741. IC4017 will be working as counter as for our project it will count twice before activating the LED circuit. In our project also use the Arduino for controlling the LCD that we use as indicator for user to know if our system is ON state or OFF. This automatic light switch have been working well, it can detect the opening n closing of the door that have been attached with magnet twice before the light turns ON and OFF. The Arduino also activate the LCD when the user switch on the power source for indicate the automatic light system is working and word "ON" will appear on the LCD according to the program that we had write for the Arduino

No full textThe division of Islamic inheritance (faraid) is a ruling that has been stated through the verses of the Qur'an known as the verse of mawarith from surah an-Nisa 'is closely related to rights and responsibilities. Certainly, there are benefits and benefits to the economy and social wellbeing from the laws and regulations laid down by Allah S.W.T. The acceptance of Islamic law is well received and practiced in Malaysia by a legislature that specializes in Islamic law. However, in Islamic inheritance claims in Malaysia, there are a variety of agencies from different jurisdictions handling the administration and division of Islamic inheritance as a result of the legacy of the colonial legal system. This diversity of agencies and legislation leads to different procedures resulting in confusion and complexity in Islamic inheritance claims among the general public. The objective of this research is to describe the institutions involved in Islamic inheritance, to compare the functions between the institutions involved, and to analyse the community's understanding of the functions of Islamic inheritance institutions in Malaysia. The study was conducted using qualitative research, using library and observation methods to collect data. Next, the data were analysed using inductive, deductive and comparative methods on the topic material being discussed. The results of this study found that the various institutions involved in the management and administration of Islamic inheritance, through various written laws and different procedures that cause "confusion" among the public not only arise during the process of division and administration of the estate but also arises thereafter. An effective solution requires the existence of integrated legislative power, and clear institutions as well as uniform methods and procedures

No full textAs lighthouses have become less essential to navigation, many of their historic structures have faced demolition or neglect. So, this final project will enlighten with more detail regarding the maintenance works for lighthouse. This research of the study will involves marine department of Malaysia as a government organization that responsible to manage lighthouses. The aim of this final project is to investigate the implementation of marine department to maintain the lighthouse and suggest the best design maintenance for lighthouse. To support this research, four lighthouses have been taken as case studies. The data gathered from observation, condition survey and interview conducted at the site. It is hoped that the overall findings of the study will be beneficial for further research that can be developed in this particular area. Besides that, the analysis is made to achieve the objective of this study. Conclusion and recommendation also made in the last chapter to achieve the objective of the study.
