Abelmoschus esculentus facial mask / Muhammad Aidil Ikhwan Kamarudin, Mohamad Syamil Mohd Nor and Mohammad Hafis Ayob
Abelmoschus esculentus pod contains polyphenolic compounds, carotene, folic acid, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin C, oxalic acid, and amino acids. Abelmoschus esculentus seed contain polyphenolic compounds, mainly oligomeric catechins and flavanols derivatives, protein (i.e., high lysine levels), and oil fraction (in particular, its derived oil is rich in palmitic, oleic, and linoleic acids). This study aimed to formulate a sheet mask of Lady Finger extract, and examined its moisturizing effect on volunteers' skin. This was the new innovation, which build the new beauty treatment product using Abelmoschus esculentus. Abelmoschus esculentus was combined with the cold powder using the method that was stated by the author. There have many benefits of Abelmoschus esculentus in the beauty treatment product as stated by the author in the journal below. Abelmoschus esculentus are suitable to be the main ingredient due to the benefit that has been stated by the author in the journal
Experiential Learning in Introducing Information Systems
Introducing new knowledge with certain depth such as “Information Systems” to pre-university level has always been challenging. Majority of the students came from pure sciences background, and there are some among them with IT sciences in SPM yet still have limited exposure to
the ICT field. To tackle this issue, experiential learning was implemented. The students undergo a series of activities for them to experience the workflow of a System Analyst before facing the assessment for this learning unit. A System Analyst expertise and specialize in Information

Developing a model for preaction dispute resolution for strata dispute management in Malaysia
The Malaysian government has finally announced for the implementation of Strata Management Act
2013 with the aims to cater disputes in the management of strata titled properties. Among the most important
aspect of the Act is to introduce Strata Management Tribunal as a platform to resolve disputes among the strata
owners and all stakeholders in relation to strata management and maintenance. This research addresses the
period prior to the adjudication process by the Tribunal and proposes a model for early dispute resolution
before the hearing. The author argues that early dispute resolution or early conflict engagement is necessary
despite the establishment of Strata Management Tribunal to address non-technical issues, which involve
restoration of social relationship. The author highlights the practice of other jurisdiction, for example, Victoria,
Australia as well Hong Kong. The findings of the research show that Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
methods such as mediation or conciliation are suitable to be adopted within and outside Tribunal process

Effect of molting hormone, 20-hydroxyecdysone on blue swimming crab, Portunus pelagicus (Linnaeus, 1758) larval rearing
Blue swimming crab, Portunus pelagicus commercial aquaculture production has not been established since the past few years and seeds production is problematic and unstable. The survival rate is low and mass mortality often occurs especially in larval stages. A study on the effects of molting hormone, 20-hydroxyecdysone (20E) during larval stages was carried out to establish the knowledge on the role of 20E hormone in improving the survival, growth and development of P. pelagicus culture. Newly hatched larvae of P. pelagicus were collected from larviculture and extracted for 20E level?s analysis by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The result shows that level of 20E varied between 2.65pg individual-1 to 9.02pg individual-1
