NILAI MORAL DAN TELADAN DALAM NOVEL AYAT-AYAT CINTA KARYA HABIBURRAHMAN EL SHIRAZY
This article begins when Fahri helps people who are being tortured by his father but Fahri asks Maria for help as an intermediary to help Naura. Where in this story Fahri is an Indonesian young man who studies at Al Azhar Egypt. The purpose of this study is to describe the wisdom and example of the values contained in the novel verses of love by Habiburrahman El shirazy. In this study, the author uses data or document collection methods to add insight and information such as taking references from the internet or books. The research results include the following. 1) There is a moral value in the story. 2) There is a character named Aisha, a pious, patient, and kind woman who managed to approach Fahri. 3) This Fahri figure is a man who has a lot of religious knowledge.

Abstrak
Artikel ini dimulai ketika Fahri menolong orang yang disiksa oleh ayahnya namun Fahri meminta pertolongan Maria sebagai perantara menolong Naura. Dimana dalam cerita ini Fahri adalah seorang pemuda Indonesia yang menimba ilmu di Al Azhar Mesir. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang hikmah dan teladan tentang nilainilai yang terkandung di dalam novel ayat-ayat cinta karya Habiburrahman El shirazy. dalam kajian ini penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data atau dokumen untuk menambah wawasan dan informasi seperti mengambil referensi dari internet maupun buku. Hasil penelitian diantaranya sebagai berikut. 1) Terdapat nilai moral dalam cerita tersebut. 2) Terdapat tokoh yang bernama Aisha, seseorang wanita yang shalihah, sabar, dan baik hati yang berhasil mendekati Fahri. 3) Sosok Fahri ini adalah seorang laki-laki yang memiliki banyak ilmu agama.

MODAL INTELEKTUAL DAN KINERJA KEUANGAN : KEUNGGULAN BERSAING SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
This study aims to see the effect of VACA, VAHU, STVA, and VAIC on financial performance and competitive advantage, as well as the role of competitive advantage in mediating the effect of VACA, VAHU, STVA, and VAIC on financial performance. The population in this study is Islamic commercial banks registered with the financial services authority in 2016-2018. The sample of this research was selected by sampling criteria. Hypothesis testing used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach and the statistical test tool used is WarpPLS 7.0. The results of this study indicate that VACA has a positive influence on financial performance, VAHU has a negative influence on financial performance while STVA and VAIC do not affect financial performance. Furthermore, this study found that VACA, STVA, and VAIC had a positive effect on competitive advantage and competitive advantage also has a positive effect on financial performance. This research also found that, while VAHU did not affect the competitive advantage that competitive advantage plays a role in mediating the effect of VACA and VAIC on financial performance, whereas competitive advantage does not mediate the effect of VAHU and STVA on financial performance
HUBUNGAN AKTIVITAS KERJA KELOMPOK DENGAN PRESTASI SISWA KELAS VIII DALAM MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA ISLAM TERPADU AL-WASHLIYAH 20 MEDAN TAHUN AJARAN 2019/2020
In the components of the elements of education, one of the most important is students, where each student has an important role and responsibility to lead to and become a student with a level of maturity both in terms of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. With the existence of good student activities including doing well in group work, the quality of achievement that will be obtained will be achieved properly. Students who do well in group work will better understand the material being studied, it will result in the formation of high learning achievement for the students themselves. Based on the preliminary study that the author conducted, it was found that there were still students who were not able to move and be active in group work properly. The symptom is that there are still students who do not have good material preparation or study material to be done in group work, there are still students who cannot answer questions in group work activities and there are still students who have not been able to make conclusions after their group work is complete. To make it easier for the authors to examine the problems above, the authors formulate the problem, namely whether there is a significant relationship between group work activities on students' learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education and the factors that influence it. . This study uses two variables, namely the variable x (Group Work Activity) and the variable y (Student's Islamic Religious Education Learning Achievement). To find out the two data, the writer used a questionnaire, interview and documentation. Because the research data is interval data, the collected data will be analyzed using the "product moment". Based on the author's research, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between group work activities and the achievement of grade VIII students in the Islamic religious education subject at the integrated Islamic junior high school al-washliyah 20 Medan in the 2019/2020 academic year
UPAYA GURU FIQIH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA MENGGUNAKAN METODE RESITASI DI KELAS VIII MTs MATHLAUL ANWAR PASAR KEMIS KABUPATEN TANGERANG
AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the efforts of fiqh teachers in increasing student motivation using the recitation method, to find out the implementation of the recitation method in fiqh subjects, to determine the effectiveness of applying the recitation method to fiqh class VIII subjects at MTs Mathlaul Anwar Pasar Kemis. This study uses a type of qualitative research, data collected from interviews, field notes, personal documents and other documents. The data collected by the author of the analysis using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the efforts of the fiqh teacher in increasing learning motivation are choosing the right teaching method, having a teaching strategy, having a goal in using the recitation method. The implementation of the recitation method is carried out in three phases, namely the assignment phase, the implementation phase, the assignment accountability phase. The effectiveness of the recitation method in fiqh subjects in Class VIII MTs Math’laul Anwar Pasar Kemis is quite effective considering that there are not so many study hours but the material delivered is quite a lot. MANAJEMEN PESERTA DIDIK DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS MADRASAH DAN PRESTASI PESERTA DIDIK SEKOLAH MIS AT-TAQWA BANDUNG
AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk memberi gambaran bagaimana manajemen peserta didik di MIS At-Taqwa dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah perlu ditentukan keberhasilan pengelolaan manajemen peserta didik. Penelitian yang kami lakukan ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, riset ini dilaksanakan dengan metode mengumpulkan informasi dengan melaksanakan pencatatan informasi serta data yang dikumpulkan, dikelompokkan, informasi yang diperoleh dari lapangan serta hasil pengamatan, wawancara serta pemakaian dokumen pada proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penerapan, pengawasan, serta penilaian. Penulis melakukan analisis data dengan cara mengorganisasikan data tersebut, menjabarkan ke dalam poin poin, melakukan sintesa, mengkonstruk ke dalam pola, memilih bagian mana yang akan dipelajari dan penting lalu membuat kesimpulan agar dapat informasikan kepada masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di MIS At-Taqwa Arcamanik Bandung peneliti dapat mengetahui bagaimana manajemen peserta didik dalam meningkatkan kualitas madrasah dan prestasi peserta didik yaitu terletak pada pembinaan peserta didik yang dilakukan di dalam jam pelajaran maupun di luar jam pelajaran. Terdapat beberapa kegiatan dalam pembinaan peserta didik pertama masa pengenalan peserta didik baru, kedua pengaturan absensi peserta didik, ketiga pencatatan kegiatan peserta didik di kelas, keempat pembimbingan kedisiplinan pesrta didik, kelima peserta didik menaati tata tertib sekolah, keenam promosi dan mutasi. Sehingga dari kegiatan manajemen peserta didik ini sekolah mendapatkan dua keuntungan yaitu yang pertama di bidang prestasi akademik dan prestasi non akademik yang diantaranya: juara Tahfidz Nasional, juara umum KSM (Kompetisi Sains Madrasah), juara Karate tingkat Asia, dan juara Futsal. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, pembinaan, peserta didikAbstractThe purpose of this study is to provide an overview of how student management at MIS At-Taqwa in improving the quality of education in schools needs to determine the success of student management. Based on the results of research that has been conducted at MIS At-Taqwa Arcamanik Bandung, researchers can find out how student management improves the quality of madrasah and student achievement, which in coaching students who are carried out during class hours and outside class hours. There are several activities in the development of students: the first is the introduction of new students, the second is setting student attendance, the third is recording student activities in class, the fourth is guiding student discipline, the fifth is students obeying school rules, the sixth is promotion and mutation. So that from this student management activity the school gets two advantages, namely the first in the field of academic achievement and non-academic achievements which include: National Tahfidz champion, overall champion of KSM (Madrasa Science Competition), Asian level Karate champion, and Futsal champion.Keywords: Management, coaching, student
PENERBITAN NOMOR IZIN BERUSAHA (NIB) PELAKU UMKM DI DESA AEK SONGSONGAN
Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik sudah terlaksana bertempat di Desa Aek songsongan, Kecamatan aeksongsongan, Kabupaten Asahan Sumatera Utara terhitung sejak tanggal 13 Mei 2022  hingga 12 juni 2022. KKNT mula-mulanya dilakukan perencanaan dan pencanganan berbagai program yang akan dilaksanakan melalui tahapan pengamatan berbagai objek sekitar atau disebut sebagai observasi. Setelah itu, menentukan program yang akan dipilih dalam kegiatan melalui proses dinamika kelompok KKNT untuk bermusyawarah, melakukan diskusi dengan perangkat desa maupun pihak yang mempunyai keterkaitan sdalam program yang akan diselenggarakan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui berbagai tahapan yang dilakukan dengan optimal melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan terdapat evaluasi agar memunculkan perbaikan. Dampak dari kegiatan KKNT ini menghasilkan berbagai manfaat yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat sekitar yakni memberikan peningkatkan serta pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan wawasan untuk memunculkan kreativitas dan inovatif tinggi dalam memaksimalkan peluang yang ada untuk bermanfaat bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat desa.
