No full textTujuan utarna bab ini adalah untuk rnernbincangkan sejauh manakah sikap terhadap wang boleh rnenyederhanakan kesan kepuasan kerja terhadap keinginan untuk berhenti? Hasil kajian ini rnenunjukkan bahawa interaksi di antara kepuasan kerja intrinsik dan sikap terhadap wang tidak rnarnpu rnengurangkan keinginan pekerja untuk berhenti secara sukarela, tetapi interaksi di antara kepuasan kerja ekstrinsik dan sikap terhadap wang rnampu rnengurangkan keinginan pekerja untuk berhenti secara sukarela. Dapatan kajian ini rnengesahkan bahawa sikap terhadap wang bertindak sebagai pembolehubah penyederhana yang berkesan di antara kepuasan kerja dan keinginan pekerja untuk berhenti secara sukarela. Sebaliknya, sikap terhadap wang tidak dapat rnernainkan peranan sebagai pembolehubah penyederhana kurang berkesan di antara kepuasan kerja dan keinginan pekerja untuk berhenti secara sukarela.

No full textGeovisualization of spatial data (and most likely involves non-spatial data) requires web cartography, and the advancement of web mapping applications currently will enable virtual map of any imaginable mashups done over the web. SPR or Election Commission (EC) in Malaysia has not yet published any web-GIS for the public to access on electoral constituencies and voters through the Internet which is about time because publicly-made available data and information on their part has to rely on the conventional means through sale of constituencies' maps and voters' electoral rolls over the counter. This project attempts to provide another alternative of access to these data and information specifically for EC Selangor through the Internet for the public by using web mapping tools and technologies. Subject matter expert and focus group interviews are used to gather requirements for the web-GIS application. Electoral spatial data modeling then was derived from the data collection made from SPR Selangor. Construction of the electoral web-GIS application was later developed using cloud-based GIS which is Google Fusion Table and Google Maps API v3

project that Haji Yusof and Mat Zahari had tried to work on failed to materialise. In
1993, while he was still attached to ICL Computers, Mat Zahari was approached by his
ex-Commercial Director in Siemens Nixdorf, Mr. Freddy De Becker, to assist Mr. De
Becker in finding a local partner to enable the formation of a local set-up for Siemens to
penetrate the government sector market.Mat Zabari resorted to Haji Yusof for the search of the local partner. It took them more
than two years to initiate an arrangement. Finally, after so many discussions, late nights, a
few interested companies and various ways to initiate the start-up, a local company
known as Mekar Idaman Sdn Bhd led by Dr. Azman Firdaus Shafii, verbally agreed to be
the local investor with a 60% shareholding in the joint venture company. Siemens AG of
Germany, the parent company of Siemens Nixdorf (M) Sdn Bhd would hold 30% while
the balance would be reserved to Haji Yusof, Mat Zahari and the pioneer staffs of the
joint venture company. Mr. De Becker had manoeuvred for Siemens AG to be involved
because he did not see eye to eye on so many things with the Managing Director of
Siemen Nixdorf (M) Sdn Bhd, Mr. Rolf Magruer, whom he perceived not to be a straight
fellow. Siemens practised the matrix system. So, Mr. Rolf Magruer and Mr De Becker
report to different bosses in Siemens AG

The school management and District Educational Office are the first parties who responsible for managing the facilities at public school. There are several processes that must be undertaken by certain parties to ensure that school facilities are in good condition and maintained. The problem that found in this research is efficiency of facilities management process, budget for facilities management and understanding facilities management process. The aim of this research is to study the existing facilities management process in Public School at Perak Tengah District. The method that is used for this research is primary data such as interview and questionnaire, for the secondary data such as books, journals, newspaper. The result revealed that the long process of determining and providing budget has caused maintenance work delayed on public school. The result on both quantitative and qualitative concluded that performance within process school facility management needs to be improved

Receiving information from indirect sources is common in daily lives. This may be due to the time constraint, giving priority to one’s current engagement, physical distance, mandatory non-face-to-face communication, and other factors. In fact, most of an individual’s time is spent on processing indirect information whether one deals with his office work or family matters. This chapter shows the extent of congruence that is identified by a co-author based on the description of the other two co-authors who attended the talk on the topic of “Budi,” “Sejahtera,” and “Leadership.” The lead author created and sent an attachment that contains a combination of dichotomous and open-ended questions related to the three-terminology theme to the other co-authors for their independent views. He analyzed their textual opinions and produced his analysis of the converging and diverging themes based on the opinions provided. This case study helps people become aware of the varying amount and depth of information acquired by listeners to a public lecture, moreover via online platform rather than among the audience of a lecture in a hall. In this case, only two listeners are involved, making content analysis easy.

This is especially true for tasks that are simple but repetitive in nature, which is largely applicable to most manufacturing and agriculture’s post-harvest processes. Many such processes utilize conveyor-based systems where the objects being processed are placed
on a conveyor belt that runs through multiple processing stations. Implementing a vision system to capture images of an object that is moving usually requires setting up an imaging device to a working conveyor system. Getting a working conveyor system to be ready can take some time and consequently delay development work on the vision system itself, especially those
involving image processing algorithms. This paper proposes a software solution that can be used to expedite initial work on such systems. The solution is written in C and is therefore easily ported to any development machine. A basic image processing library has also been developed so that it does not depend on any development library or suite, which is usually huge
in size. Thus, the solution can easily be compiled and run on embedded development boards like Raspberry Pi - for a more portable solution

Salah satu penyebab yang mengeruhkan hubungan baik dan semangat kerjasama kukuh dalam sesebuah organisasi adalah kerana gagalnya pihak majikan dan pegawai-pegawai peringkat atasan memahami tentang hak-hak pekerja. Sikap tidak perihatin dan sensitif terhadap kebajikan pekerja yang pelbagai, baik dari latar pendidikan, pengalaman, jantina, bangsa, nilai budaya serta agama merumitkan keadaan semasa.
