PENGARUH PEMBERIAN ZAT PENGATUR TUMBUH (ZPT) TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN JAGUNG MANIS (ZEA MAYS SACCHARATA STURT.)
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung manis. Penelitian dilakukan di desa Lalang Sembawa Kabupaten Banyuasin Sum-Sel, dimulai pada bulan Desember 2014 sampai bulan April 2015. Penelitian menggunakan RAK dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan, perlakuan yang diteliti yaitu: P0 = 0 ml/l air (Kontrol), P1 = 4 ml/l air, P2 = 8 ml/l air, P3 = 12 ml / l air, P4 = 16 ml/l air, dan P5 = 20 ml / l air. Peubah yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), umur berbunga (hari), jumlah tongkol per tanaman, jumlah tongkol per petak, berat tongkol per tanaman, berat tongkol per petak, diameter tongkol (cm) dan panjang tongkol (cm). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ZPT 12 ml/l air memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung manis dengan menghasilkan tinggi tanaman 186.96 cm, jumlah daun 12.25 helai, umur berbunga 52.5 hari, berat tongkol per tanaman 569.17 g dan berat tongkol per petak 7807.5 g
PENGARUH PEMBERIAN ZAT PENGATUR TUMBUH (ZPT) TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN STUM MATA TIDUR KARET (Hevea brasiliensis Muell Arg.) KLON IRR 112
This study aimed to assess the effect of plant growth regulator on the growth ofthe eye stum IRR rubber bed 112. This research was conducted in the village of SungaiRengit, District Talang Kelapa, Banyuasin Regency, Sumatera Selatan Province. Thestudy was conducted from May 2014 through the month of August 2014. This study useda randomized block design (RBD) with 6 treatments and 4 replications. The treatmentsstudied were: B0 = 0 ml / Control, B1 = 4 ml / l of water, B2 = 8 ml / l of water, B3 = 12ml / l of water, B4 = 16 ml / l of water, and B5 = 20 ml / l of water. Each treatmentconsisted of 10 plants, the sheer number of plants that diteiti much as 240 plants (poybag)for a total of as many as 24 treatments and replications treatment. Each unit (unit)treatment trials, there are 3 (three) plant sample. Parameter observation that the speed ofgrowth of shoots (hst), shoot length (cm), number of petiole (strands), the percentage ofseedlings grown (%), weight of wet berangkasan plant (g), berangkasan dry weight ofplants (g), weight of wet roots departure (g), root dry weight berangkasan (g) and leafarea (cm). RESPON PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN JAGUNG MANIS (Zea mays saccharat Sturt) AKIBAT PEMBERIAN BERBAGAI DOSIS PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR KOTORAN SAPI
Respon Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Jagung Manis (Zea mays saccharata Sturt) akibat Pemberian berbagai Dosis Pupuk Organik Cair Kotoran Sapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pemberian berbagai dosis pupuk organik cair kotoran sapi terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman jagung manis (Zea mays saccharata Sturt). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Agro Techno Park (ATP) di Desa Bakung, Kecamatan Indralaya Utara, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode percobaan dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial, dimana terdapat 5 perlakuan yaitu, P0 = Kontrol, P1 = 30 cc/l air, P2 = 40 cc/l air, P3 = 50 cc/l air, P4 = 60 cc/l air. Perlakuan tersebut diulang sebanyak 5 kali sehingga terdapat 25 satuan percobaan. Peubah yang diamati yaitu : luas daun (cm²), laju tumbuh tanaman (g/hari), umur berbunga (hst), diameter tongkol (cm), panjang tongkol (cm), berat tongkol per tongkol (g), dan berat tongkol berkelobot basah (g). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pemberian dosis pupuk cair kotoran sapi berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua peubah yang diamati. Hal ini diduga persentase kandungan unsur hara yang terdapat didalam pupuk cair kotoran sapi telah mencukupi kebutuhan yang diperlukan untuk pertumbuhan vegetatif dan generatif tanaman jagung manis (Zea mays saccharata Sturt). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, respon pemberian pupuk organik cair kotoran sapi dengan dosis P3 (50 cc poc per liter air) dapat menghasilkan luas daun minggu ke-4 dan minggu ke-5 berturut-turut sebesar (2478.20 cm²) dan (4284.99 cm²), serta laju tumbuh tanaman pada periode ke-4 dan periode ke-5 berturut-turut sebesar (1.73 g/hr) dan (1.73 g/hr), sedangkan umur berbunga (45.50 hst), diameter tongkol (4.11 cm), panjang tongkol (20.45 cm), berat tongkol per tongkol (258.00 g), dan berat tongkol berkelobot basah (340.00 g)
Aplikasi Penambahan Pupuk Organik Padat dan Cair Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tanaman Brokoli (Brassica oleracea L)
Broccoli (Brassica oleracea L.) is one of the vegetables that has high selling power and is quite promising for cultivation. This plant can grow in fertile soil conditions, loose and rich in organic matter that is able to meet the nutrient needs of broccoli plants. The fertilization process is very important in determining the quality of cultivated plants. Fertilization using organic fertilizers is believed to be able to produce much higher production than expected by farmers and is environmentally friendly. The application of adding solid and liquid organic fertilizers to broccoli plants is expected to increase growth and production. The research design used was a Factorial Randomized Block Design consisting of two factors. The first factor is doses of solid organic fertilizer which consists of three levels, namely 0%, 25% and 50%. The second factor is doses of liquid fertilizer which consists of four levels, namely 0 ml, 10 ml, 20 ml and 30 ml. The results showed that the addition of solid and liquid organic fertilizers had a significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, crop diameter and production of broccoli plants with the highest production in the treatment of 50% solid organic fertilizer with 10 ml of liquid organic fertilizer of 87.4 g.
