Persepsi orang tua dalam memanfaatkan durasi penggunaan gadget untuk anak usia dini saat situasi pandemi Covid-19
Akibat pandemi COVID-19 mewajibkan anak-anak agar belajar di rumah karena diberlakukannya lockdown dan physical distancing. Seluruh sekolah memberlakukan belajar dengan sistem daring/online/jarak jauh. Akibatnya, gadget menjadi media primadona dalam mengatasi masalah bagi anak-anak untuk mengerjakan tugas dari guru. Adapun tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi orang tua dalam memanfaatkan durasi penggunaan gadget untuk anak usia dini saat situasi pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber datanya adalah para orang tua di Padangsidimpuan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data diperoleh dari informan melalui media sosial online. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Alat bantu penelitian menggunakan android atau smartphone. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa memanfaatkan durasi penggunaan gadget pada anak usia dini saat situasi pandemi COVID-19 sudah cukup baik, karena para orang tua melaksanakan 3D (dibutuhkan, didampingi, dipantau) sehingga anak-anak menggunakan gadget untuk belajar, main game, dan menonton berdurasi selama 1-3 jam/hari. Selain itu, adanya harapan orang tua kepada pihak sekolah untuk tidak harus memberikan selalu tugas dan menghimbau guru agar melakukan pembelajaran kepada anak didiknya dengan memberikan video terkait materi pelajaran dengan mengirim ke WhatsApp para orang tua
Penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika di SMP Muhammadiyah 07 Medan Perjuangan tahun pelajaran 2018/2019
The objectives of the study were, to find out the result of student in learning Math before and after using problem based learning model, to find out whether problem based learning model able to improve students’ ability in learning Math. The material topic was Addition and Reduction of integer operations. The subject of the study were 33 students at the seventh grade of SMP Muhammadiyah 07 Medan Perjuangan in academic year 2018/2019. The object of the study was problem based learning model in improving students’ ability in learning math with th topic Addition and Reduction of integer operations. The data were collected by using test, observation, documentation and interview. The data were analyzed in several steps, they were: data reduction, data display, and verifiying/conclusion. The result of students’ ability in learning math before using problem based learning model was low. It was represented by percentage of students’minimum mastery criteria only 15,15% with average 52,27. After using problem based learning model, students’ ability was improved. The percentage of students’ minimum mastery criteria was 60,60% and 75 at the end of cycle I and 90,90% and 87.57 at the end of cycle II. As a result, the using of problem based learning model in learning math with topic Addition and Reduction of integer operations was able to improve the ability og the seventh grade students of SMP Muhammadiyah 07 Medan Perjuangan in academic year 2018/2019

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Penerapan strategi index card match dalam meningkatkan hasl belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas V MIN 3 Tapanuli Selatan
The objective of the study was to find out the result of
students’ ability before and after the implementation of index card match strategy and to evaluate whether index card match strategy able to improve student’s ability in learning the topic Indonesian Independence Day proclamation. Action research is applied in this study. The subject was the fifth students of MIN 3 Tapanuli Selatan academic year 2017/2018. The object of the study was index card match strategy to improve student’s
ability in learning Indonesia Independence Day proclamation as social science subject. The instruments of the study were test, observation, documentation and interview. The data were analyzed by using data reduction, data display and verifying/conclusion. Before index card match strategy was implied, the result of the study was low. The percentage of minimal standard mastery was 27,27% with the average 56,06. After index card match strategy was implied, the percentage was improved. The
percentage reached 63,63% and67,12 at the end of the first cycle. Then, at the end of the second cycle, the improvement reached 90,9% and 76, 36. It can be concluded that the implementation of index card match strategy was
able to improve students’ ability for the topic Indonesia Independence day proclamation at the fifth grade students of MIN 3 Tapanuli Selatan academic year 2017/201
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
