Salim Sütçü ile sözlü tarih görüşmesi
No full textBu görüşme, Aziz Elbas ve Ahmet Erdönmez koordinatörlüğünde Bursa Büyükşehir Belediyesi bünyesindeki Bursa Araştırmaları Merkezi tarafından Bursa’nın Tarihi Mahalleleri III projesi başlığı altında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu proje kapsamında yapılan görüşmelerin sayısı 48'dir.1936 yılında doğan Salim Sütçü’nün babası sütçülük yaparak geçimini sağlar. Soyadı Kanunu çıktığı zaman yaptığı işten dolayı “Sütçü” soyadını alır. İlkokulu bitirdikten sonra ailesi İnegöl’den Bursa’ya taşınır. 13-14 yaşlarında olan Salim Sütçü bir işte çalışıp meslek sahibi olmak ister. Daha sonra akrabası tarafından oto tamircisinin yanında işe başlatılır. O zamanlar Bursa’da yalnızca üç oto tamircisinin olduğunu söyler. Uzun süre ustasıyla çalıştıktan sonra 1967 yılında Köy Hizmetleri’nde işe başlar ve 1987 yılında emekli olur. 1989 yılında mahalle muhtarlığı seçimine katılır. 2009 yılına kadar muhtarlık görevini sürdürür. Bu dönemde mahallenin tarihi hakkında detaylı bir araştırma yapar. Eskiden Yenimahalle’nin bulunduğu bölgede tütün ve mısır ekildiğinden bahseder. Daha sonra Romanya’dan gelen muhacirler mahalleye yerleşir. Muhtarlığı döneminde mahalleyi düzenlediğini söyler. Mahallenin üst kısmında Kırım’dan gelen tatarlar yaşar. Mahallede Tatar ve Romanya vatandaşlarına ait iki ayrı mezarlık vardır. No full textThe principal aim of this thesis is to assess the performance of Imam Salim b.Rashid and the Imamate revival in Oman during the second decade of the 20th century. It
presents biographical information about Imam Salim, with special reference to the military and political policies by which he established and consolided his Imamate in the
Interior Province, and his relations with the Sultan and the latter's British supporters. An attempt is also made to explore the relationship between the Imam and the Omani tribes and to evaluate his administrative success. This thesis comprises eight chapters, and the introduction and conclusion. The introduction reviews the relevant literature on the topic. The first chapter describes the geographical setting and provides a historical background,
relating to three principal matters: the rise of the Iba<;liyyah and the development of the Imamate in Oman; the events in Oman after Sd. Sa'id's death up to 1913; and the effects of the First World War. The second chapter seeks to give an account of the career of Imam Salim's life and the Imamate revival. The third chapter discusses the manner in
which the Imam was elected, private and public allegiance (bay'ah) and the Imam's aims and policy programme. Chapter Four deals with the Imam's military operations and the
spread of his authority over Oman. Chapter Five examines the attempts at negotiation between the Imam and the Sultan, and the role of the British Government and the local
figures in this regard. Chapter Six is devoted to a discussion of the role of the tribes in support of Imam Salim, and the extent of the Imam's influence over these tribes. Chapter Seven assesses the Imam's administrative machinery, including the political system, the bureaucracy, education policy, and financial apparatus. Chapter Eight examines the causes behind the assassination of Imam Salim and the signing of the Treaty of al-Sib. In the conclusion, we present the findings of the research as they have emerged from the assessment of the course of events in Oman. We have said that the Omanis succeeded in reviving the Imamate and elected Imam Salim al-KharU~i who devoted his efforts to establish the foundations of the state, and peace prevailed in the country after the treaty of
al-Sib in 1920

Isi Abstrak Salah satu peristiwa hukum yang sering terjadi dalam masyarakat yaitu jual beli, namun untuk masa sekarang pelaksanaan jual beli memerlukan ketelitian yang cermat, jangan sampai dikemudian hari timbul masalah yang merugikan khususnya pembeli barang tersebut, seperti yang terjadi antara Hamam Bisyir Aziz (pembeli) yang dirugikan atas perampasan sita eksekutorial terhadap barang-barang yang dibelinya dari Drs. Thaariq Salim Abdul Aziz (penjual) yang telah melakukan tindakan pidana korupsi yang mengakibatkan pihak pembeli menderita kerugian. Upaya hukum yang bisa dilakukan oleh pembeli adalah derdenverzet, sebagai pemilik barang yang sah. Namun upaya ini tidak menghentikan proses eksekusi yang telah berjalan, jika perlawanan belum dilakukan setelah eksekusi telah dilaksanakan, maka perlawanan akan sia-sia, dan menurut Retwowulan dalam bukunya Hukum Acara Perdata dalam Teori dan Praktek menyatakan bahwa pihak ketiga (pembeli) dapat mengajukan upaya hukum kepada Pengadilan Negeri yang mengeluarkan sita eksekusi tersebut. Kepada pihak si penjual dan Kejaksaaan yang dalam hal ini bertindak sebagai negara. Untuk melindungi pihak ketiga dari sita eksekutorial, maka diperlukan permohonan untuk mengangkat sita eksekutorial tersebut apabila perlawanan dimenangkan oleh Pengadilan. F.
