Pelaksanaan pembelajaran model Project Based Learning dipengaruhi oleh persepsi guru terhadap pelaksanaan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning itus endiri. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti akan mendeskripsikan bagaimana persepsi guru sejarah tentang pelaksanaan Project Based Learning. Dengan melihat persepsi guru tentang pelaksanaan model pembelajaran tersebut,maka akan didapatkan bagaimana pelaksanaan Project Based Learning di kelas. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana implementasi model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project Based Learning) pada mata pelajaran sejarah di SMA Negeri 1 dan 2 Batu. (2) Bagaimana persepsi guru terhadap implementasi model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project Based Learning) pada mata pelajaran sejarah di SMA Negeri 1 dan 2 Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian deksriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik (1) observasi, (2) wawancara, dan (3) dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan informan, dan sumber data pendukung berupa dokumentasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis reduksi data, sajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Implementasi model Project Based Learning (PBL) dalam pembelajaran Sejarah dimodifikasi dengan berbagai metode, teknik, dan sumber belajar yang tersedia di sekolah. Pelaksanaannya harus memperhatikan beberapa factor diantaranya karakteristik dan kemampuan pesertadidik, kompetensi dasar yang sesuai, ketersediaan waktu serta ketersediaan sumber belajar (2) Persepsi guru Sejarah di SMA Negeri 1 dan 2 Batu terhadap model pembelajaran Project Based Learning berpengaruh pada penggunaan model pembelajaran ini di dalam kelas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan kepada guru sebaiknya mampu mengatur waktu untuk mengalokasikan waktu pembelajaran dengan baik. Pengelolaan waktu yang baik dapat membantu pesertadidik dalam menyelesaikan setiap tahap-tahap proses pembelajaran, terutama dalam proses menyelesaikan tugas dengan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning. Selain itu, disarankan juga kepada pesertadidik agar dapat member dukungan penuh terhadap guru untuk mengembangkan berbagai variasi model pembelajaran yang diterapkan guru di dalam kelas. The implementation of the Project Based Learning model is influenced by teacher perceptions of the implementation of the Project Based Learning model itself. In this study the researcher will describe how the history teacher’s perception of the implementation of Project Based Learning. By looking at the teacher's perceptions of the implementation of the learning model, it will be obtained how to implement Project Based Learning in the classroom. The formulation of the problem in this study is (1) How is the implementation of the Project Based Learning model on historical subjects in Batu 1 and 2 SMA. (2) What is the teacher's perception of the implementation of the Project Based Learning model on history subjects in Batu City Senior High School. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research design. The method of data collection in this study was carried out by techniques (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) documentation. Sources of data in this study were obtained from the results of interviews with informants, and supporting data sources in the form of documentation. Data processing uses analysis of data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study indicate that (1) Implementation of the Project Based Learning (PBL) model in History learning is modified by various methods, techniques, and learning resources available at school. The implementation must pay attention to several factors including the characteristics and abilities of students, appropriate basic competencies, time availability and availability of learning resources (2) Teachers' perceptions History in Batu City Senior High School on the Project Based Learning model influences the use of this learning model in class. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that teachers should be able to set the time to allocate learning time well. Good time management can help students to complete each stage of the learning process, especially in the process of completing tasks with the Project Based Learning model. In addition, it is also recommended that students be able to give full support to the teacher to develop various variations of the learning model applied by the teacher in the classroom

    The Litigation method does not have a completely positive impact. This can be seen from the contradictions that arise, such as the emergence of revenge between parties. This makes resolving criminal cases using non-litigation methods an ideal alternative solution. Another potential cons that could result is a reduction in trust in law enforcement officials such as the police, prosecutors and courts. The implementation of Restorative Justice should be based on the principles of being fast, simple and low cost to society. Considering that the principles of simple justice are also applied in other law enforcement agencies in Indonesia, the principles of criminal justice can be used as a basis for implementing the resolution of criminal cases using Restorative Justice. The aim of this thesis is to examine the implementation of Restorative Justice Based on the Principle of Fast and Low Cost in society. Researchers here use empirical juridical research by directly observing the phenomenon of criminal acts that occur at the Tanjung Perak Harbor Police Station, Surabaya. The approach in writing this thesis is to use a case approach, because the author wants to research the phenomenon of implementing restorative justice based on the principles of fast, simple and low cost to the community directly. The data in this thesis comes from written, verbal, behavioral or document analysis which is analyzed into one complete unit. The conclusion of this thesis is that the implementation of Restorative Justice has been carried out in accordance with the principles of fast, simple and low cost. The implementation of Restorative Justice also has several obstacles both in terms of regulations and implementation by the litigants.     Songs and/or music are copyright protected works. As the holder of Copyright and Related Rights, works belonging to the author that are used for commercial purposes have the right to obtain exclusive rights arising from declarative principles after the work of the author is heard. The emergence of Government Regulation No. 56 of 2021 concerning Management of Copyright Royalties for Songs and/or Music which has come into force since March 2021 as a rule to be able to optimize the function of managing copyright royalties from the use of works and related rights products, especially in songs or music. This thesis analyzes the urgency of the establishment of the National Collective Management Institute, the Legal Basis of the National Collective Management Institute, the powers and duties of the Collective Management Institute (LMK) and the National Collective Management Institute (LMKN) in managing music royalties used for commercial and protection purposes. Laws carried out by the National Collective Management Institute and based on Intellectual Property (IP). This thesis was written using a normative legal research method, which is an approach method through legislation whose norms are used as the main source in this research In addition, in this thesis research the author also uses an approach with the concept of understanding the principles regarding copyright as the exclusive right of the creator. From the research results, it has been concluded that there are two institutions that have different duties and authorities, the urgency of the importance of establishing a National Collective Management Institute for the management of Song and/or Music Copyright royalties, the legal basis of the National Collective Management Institute and the legal protection provided by LMKN on the management of royalties for Song and/or Music Copyrights in Indonesia

    Design of Bluetooth Wireless Transporter Mecanum Wheeled Robot with Android Smartphone Controller for Moving Item

    Technology development are going so fast. One of technology development on purposed reasearch is moving item technology. Moving item can be dangerous works for human. There are some dangerous case of moving item, heavy weight items, hazardous chemical compounds, etc. The purpose of this research is to minimize risk from previous problem. It can reduce work load energy and minimize an accident in terms of moving items for operator,which are often encountered in the industry sector. Proposedresearch made bluetooth wireless transporter mecanum wheeled robot with android smartphone controller for moving item. Robot was made in prototype scale. Robot size is 28x13x15 cm(s). Robot made based on arduino uno and L293D driver motor shield with android smartphone controller. Using android controller made user easier to use. This robot design equipped with 4 mecanum wheel (4 DC motors), two 1850 batteries, Arduino Uno, L293D driver motor, HC-06 bluetooth module, LCD and two M90s Servos for gripper. Gripper has two motions, shift and lift motions. After several tests, it can conclude that proposed transporter robot can be controlled wireless with bluetooth from 0 to 20 meters. Gripper test result, proposed transporter robot can shift item up to 350 grams weight load and lift an item up to 200 grams. Robot can operate up to 128 minutes with full capacity batteries. From several tests, main purpose of this robot can be achieved. It is to moving an item to another place. Purposed robot can be implemented in industry sector with specification adjustment, but if weight load and dimensions match with this research, then proposed robot can be used properly

Saat ini metode konvensional masih sangat banyak digunakan, sebagai negara berkembang serta mengikuti perkembangan zaman, tentu hal ini perlu kita benahi.
