Kata Kunci: emosi, pesakit kanser wanita ABSTRACT The management of emotions according to the Quran is able to create goodness and change in the personality or behaviour of a person. The Quran itself is able to change the mind and behaviour of man who is originally an ignorant towards direction and guidance. Women who suffer from cancer are commonly facing emotional disorders and various issues that keeps playing in their minds. Yet there are still a number of them who accept cancer with a calm heart, rejuvenated with the provisions of God and accepted positively that they are the preferred human being of Him to be tested. This paper aims to investigate the types of emotion among female cancer patients. The study uses the survey study design. While data were collected through questionnaires and further analysed using Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS Version 23) based on frequency, percentage and mean. The results show that the types emotion among the female cancer patients are positive emotions such as being more excited, happy and confident to continue life and negative emotions such as fear, anger, hate, shame, sadness and stress. If these emotions are well managed, more cancer patients who have the strength and faith that can calm the human soul are to be seen. Besides that, the practice of worships can purify the human soul, as well as learning to be patient, grateful, accept the fate and destiny, advise the patients to do the zikr and always repent for the sake to get the pleasure of Allah SWT. Keywords: emotion, cancer patient female

Learnability and accessibility are fundamental aspects of every system. They are important qualities that make a system easily and quickly usable and understandable by new users as well as users with disabilities. There is a swift growth in the need of ICT-solutions that are learnable and accessible to everyone partly due to Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) and country-specific anti-discrimination laws that require design of accessible ICT systems for all, including persons with disabilities. Beside compliance to the laws, designing products which are easily understandable and usable by larger group of users, including people with disabilities, would establish the competitive advantage of an organization. There have been usability and accessibility guidelines that could be used to ensure accessibility and usability of software and web-based systems. There have also been guidelines specific to learnability proposed by some researchers. This study aims to evaluate learnability and accessibility of a software Model Server Manager (MSM) which is developed by Jotne IT, a company in Norway, and recommend solutions that could improve its learnability and accessibility in future updates of the software. The study used a combination of heuristic evaluation performed by the author and a developer of MSM followed by online interviews with the users of MSM. The data collected was analyzed through thematic analysis. This research found some problems which could be related to the low-level adoption of accessibility guidelines and the requirements for universal design. Some of the problems are easy to fix while the others require some changes in organizational routines. The solutions recommended include development of organizational guidelines, development of heuristics which can be used by developers to ensure accessibility and learnability of future products, and competence development of programmers on accessibility and universal design, these measures could be helpful not only to MSM but also to other drafting tools which are used by engineers

The interest in torque and drag issues has over the last years increased when the complexity of wells drilled has become higher. The petroleum industry continually expands the extended reach drilling envelope, which forces the industry to find new methods and tools to better interpret friction because of the central role it has in achieving successful wells. The importance of model friction is further elaborated in chapter 2.Present report contains an investigation of the theory in Aadnoy`s friction model in terms of possibilities and limitations. The theory has been used as foundation to build an Excel calculation tool to model friction. To study the model, three field cases have been applied with the friction model. Excel program which is applied in this work can be provided by the author of the present report to readers if requested.Even though the limitations listed in chapter 6 do exist, the model has been shown to be applicable to get an indication on the downhole situation. By comparing the result from two different well sections in the same well, it was possible to evaluate high borehole friction because of hole cleaning issues. However, one important issue detected during present work, is that the modeled friction factor is highly sensitive to changes in hook load measurements in shallow sections with small inclination and little drillpipe downhole. This is an issue that demands awareness during application of the model because it is a source of risk to get misleading results. For future work, the model should be improved in a more powerful tool than Excel with added features built in to it to reduce constrains in the model, which are mentioned in chapter 6. As continuation of present work the analytical model should also be further investigated by using real wells with more quantitative data and qualitative measured data

Non-biodegradable solids such as waste tyres and oil palm fruit fibre (OPFF) would cause environmental problems if not disposed properly. This research studied the water permeability and chloride and sulphate resistance of mixes with addition of OPFF and sand replacement with Treated Crumb Rubber (TCR). The mix known as Rubberised Fibre Mortar (RFM) is a composite of 10% to 30% of TRC and addition of 1% to 1.5% of OPFF. In total sixteen different mixes, with water to cement ratio of 0.48 were prepared and subjected to related tests up to 56 days. The specimens are separated to two water curing types; immersion and spraying. The results show immersion cured specimens is less permeable and more resistance to chloride and sulphate than spraying specimens. The TCR does reduce the water permeability of the mix when 20% and less replacement made, while addition of less than 1% OPFF allows medium permeability. The moderate chloride resistance is achieved in mix with less than 10% TCR replacement and OPFF is not added. While sulphate resistance of RFM with less than 30% TCR is acceptable but addition of OPFF must be limited to 1% to prevent large strength reduction. In conclusion, for indoor mortar applications such as partition wall, RFM made of less than 10% TCR and less than 1% OPFF is recommended

Fabrication and characterisation of kenaf fibre reinforced polyamide biocomposites for railway sleeper applications

Railway passing traffic, speed, and load have significantly increased over the years, prompting industry stakeholders and researchers to seek an alternative sleeper material that can demonstrate its ability to potentially possess higher in-service bending resistance and be environmentally friendly and durable. To address these needs and due to environmental concerns, kenaf-reinforced polyamide has become of great importance. However, they could not be applied as railway track components because of the non-availability of their performance in this regard. In bridging this gap, this paper focused on fabricating and characterising six different formulations of treated kenaf fibre (TKF, 0–50% at 10% loading interval) reinforced polyamide biocomposites for railway sleeper applications. The result showed that the incorporation of TKF influenced the behaviour of the polyamide with respect to its water absorption, load-carrying capacity, and thermal stability. The result further demonstrated that the load-bearing capacity peaked at TKF 40 wt.%, surpassing conventional wooden and concrete sleepers. However, its water absorption (64-days saturation) behaviour increased significantly between 11%–21% as TKF rose from 10–50 wt.%, as expected due to TKF hydrophilic characteristics. On the other hand, TKF thermal stability was hampered beyond approximately 220 C for all TKF percentages. Kenaf fibre-reinforced polyamide biocomposites have demonstrated their potential for railway sleeper applications as their load-bearing capacity exceeded the minimum recommended AREMA specifications. Despite the milestone achieved, water absorption of kenaf fibre remained high. The development of sustainable and effective materials to meet the changing needs of contemporary railway infrastructure is greatly aided by the insights gained from this study
