No full textKajian ini merupakan satu kajian yang bertujuan untuk menaiktaraf kawasan rekreasi inisamada dari segi penyediaan kemudahan awam, sokongan serta kemudahan rekreasiyang terdapat Di Hutan Lipur Sekayu, Hulu Terengganu kerana mengetahui akanperancangan yang telah dilakukan pada 20 tahun yang lepas tanpa sebarangperancangan yang baru sedikit sebanyak telah mewujudkan kesan negatif samada dariaspek penyediaan elemen kemudahan dan juga keadaan fizikal kawasan rekreasi ini.Kajian ini juga bertujuan untuk mempertingkatkan keberkesanan kawasan rekreasi inikepada pengunjung kawasan rekreasi kerana menyedari akan potensi kawasan rekreasi ini sebagai sebuah kawasan rekreasi yang menjadi tumpuan pengunjung samada dari dalam dan juga dari luar Negeri Terengganu. Kawasan rekreasi ini merupakan sebuahkawasan rekreasi berkonsepkan 'eco-tourism' yang telah diwartakan sebagai Kawasan hutan lipur oleh Jabatan Perhutanan Negeri Terengganu. Bagi melaksanakan kajian ini,terdapat dua kaedah yang akan digunakan iaitu kaedah pengamatan yang dijalankan keatas kawasan kajian dan juga kaedah soal selidik yang dilakukan ke atas pengunjung kawasan rekreasi ini yang merangkumi hari biasa dan juga hari cuti am. Bagi menjalankan soal selidik pengunjung ini, seramai 102 orang pengunjung telah dipiiih secara rawak untuk mendapatkan pandangan, komen serta cadangan berkaitan untuk menaiktaraf kawasan kajian ini. Manakala kaedah pengamatan yang dijalankan akan meniiai keadaan fizikal kawasan kajian, keadaan kemudahan dan juga akan menilaiaspek kebersihan dan keselamatan di kawasan rekreasi ini. Hasil daripada pengamatan dan soal selidik pengunjung ini, penemuan terhadap isu, masalah dan potensi Kawasan kajian yang berdasarkan pandangan pengunjung serta keadaan fizikal akan dianalisi suntuk sebarang pambaikan atau sebarang cadangan baru yang akan dijalankan didalam kawasan rekreasi ini. Cadangan-cadangan yang dikemukan akan mengambil kira pandangan dan cadangan yang diutarakan oleh pengunjung selain turut mengambil kira aspek fizikal kawasan kajian yang berkonsepkan alam sekitar. Oleh itu sebarang cadangan yang akan dikemukan untuk menaiktaraf kawasan kajian ini akan dikajiterlebih dahulu supaya pambangunan yang dijalankan akan mendatangkan kesan yangpaling minima ke atas alam sekitar. Oleh yang demikian, kajian ini akan mengemukakan cadangan yang bernas dan bersesuaian bagi mengatasi masalah yang wujud dikawasan rekreasi ini. Cadangan yang akan diutarakan ini adalah bertujuan untukmenaiktaraf kawasan rekreasi ini samada dari segi penyediaan elemen kemudahan danjuga aspek pengurusan dari pihak yang bertanggungjawab terhadap kawasan rekreasi ini

No full textCivil Inter-batch Day 2023 merupakan satu program aktiviti riadah yang dijalankan untuk seluruh warga Pengajian Kejuruteraan Awam (PKA), UiTM Cawangan Pulau Pinang (UiTMPP). Program ini diadakan pada 14 Januari 2023 di Padang A, UiTMPP anjuran Acedemic Advisory Unit (AAU) dan telah mendapat kerjasama dengan Penang Civil Engineering Student’s Society Unit (PCES). Program riadah ini adalah sebagai salah satu aktiviti pertemuan santai diantara para pelajar dan juga penasihat akademik PKA dengan melakukan aktiviti-aktiviti luar sambil bersukan. Aktiviti sukan ini melibatkan keseluruhan pelajar PKA iaitu pelajar diploma semester 1 sehingga semester 5 dan juga pelajar ijazah semester 1 sehingga semester 8 seramai 950 pelajar bersama penasihat akademik iaitu terdiri daripada 95 orang pensyarah. Program riadah ini bermula jam 7.30 pagi sehingga 8.00 pagi dengan para peserta membuat pendaftaran dan berkumpul di atas padang mengikut rumah sukan yang telah ditetapkan. Sebanyak 9 rumah sukan telah ditetapkan iaitu hitam, ungu, biru, emas, kelabu, putih, kuning, merah, hijau. Selepas ketibaan para tetamu, aktiviti diteruskan dengan membaca doa, nyanyian lagu Negaraku dan ucapan perasmian pembukaan oleh Ketua Pusat Pengajian, Dr Hj Anas Ibrahim. Kemudian akitiviti diteruskan dengan sesi regangan badan iaitu Zumba dan seterusnya pertandingan Cheers mengikut setiap rumah sukan

The purpose of this writing is to showcase a high comprehension of a new concept in literature writing. Additionally, the objective is to encourage readers to acknowledge and support literary works written and illustrated by a local writer. The method includes compiling the literature writings which are authentically written followed by proofreading and editing and lastly, generating the illustration graphics which are drawn digitally. The development of the project requires more technicality and precision in which to convert the product into files to be reviewed, preparing the proposal draft and ultimately, submitting the manuscript. The final outcome is to get the product recognized by a book publishing company who is willing to view the writer’s work as well as the proposal and with the hope that it will lead to publication of the writer’s work

This research has been conducted to investigate the dimension of motivation of employee which are rewards, job enrichment, training and team building. It is important to employee to give a high level of performance in work to help the organization achieve an objective goal’s successfully. The data collected through questionnaires among 113 respondents. The questionnaires were distributed to test the hypotheses proposed. The questionnaires designed based on four variables that are expected to be factors that motivate employee to better performance in work which are rewards, job enrichment, training and team building. From the results of the findings, it can be concluded that team building is most influence factor to employee performance

No full textUniversity digital promotional materials act as a communication tool between the university and prospective students. The materials are crucial to entice prospective students and thus employing the persuasive elements are much needed to attract the attention. Nevertheless, there is a breach in the existing literature in which little research has focused on persuasive discourse in Malaysian universities’ promotional materials. The proposed study intends to examine further and understand the different extent of the combination of textual and visual elements used in the digital promotional materials to achieve its persuasive function in the Malaysian public universities’ digital promotional materials. This study will focus on all twenty Malaysian public universities’ digital promotional materials embedded in their admission tab. Content analysis will be used to analyse the persuasive elements. All data will be coded and categorised, and emergent themes will be presented to answer research questions. With great hope, the results of this study can provide further recommendations for interventions from universities’ website and content developers to improve the linguistics presentations to attract larger student enrollment

No full textAn anthology of 36 poems about expressing the six most prevalent human emotions: sorrow, anxiety, optimism, love, euphoria, and nostalgia. This project aims to increase the understanding of figurative language through poetries to help women showcase their expressions, pique interest in reading unfamiliar poetries to them, and engage the community with the poetry's aesthetic appeal. This design and development project was followed by the ADDIE module, which began with the writer conducting a survey of women's understanding of figurative language and the most frequent emotions used, planning the outline of the poems and "Author's Note", designing until the book was finalised, registering ISBN and PDP that is ready to be sold. Lastly, receiving feedback from the project supervisor, peers, and readers. The outcome of this anthology was based on the theme's effectiveness and individuals' interest in reading the book. All respondents highly agreed on how the theme of expressing emotions through figurative language improves language competence and stimulates creative thinking. The illustrations and "Author's Note" contributed substantially to the poetry's aesthetic appeal. The creation of "Tell Me, How's Everything" was written to demonstrate how employing metaphors and language figures can enhance women's expressions through reading poetry and its aesthetic appeal
