No full textBased on research at RSUPN Dr.  Cipto Mangunkusumo, Central Jakarta, there was a delay in the distribution of medical record documents to arrive at the surgical clinic more than 30 minutes. The purpose of this research was to identify the causes of the delayed in the distribution of medical records documents to arrive at the surgical clinic based on 5 management elements, such as man factors, materials factors, machine factors, methods factors, motivation factors and the factors of arrange the recommendations effort for improvements in the supply of medical record documents at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. This type of the research uses qualitative analysis. Based on the results and discussion, in the man factor there are filing staffs who still lack discipline such as, often come late, the one of the filing staff often absen. The material factor there is still a medical record document which folder / cover is torn, and therefore the medical record number and the patient's name are not visible or unclear, so that the staffs has trouble when searching for the medical record documents. The machine factor, which is EHR, usually occurs loading or could not be a accessed so the tracer not coming out and when the EHR can be accessed, the tracer will come out with a lot. Ther methods factor is KPI percentage of the speed of providing medical records of patients without agreement arrived at the  polyclinic in 2019 still has not reached the target of 90%. After an evaluation, in 2020 the time of the document arrived at the polyclinic would be less than 30 minutes by reducing the target to 75%. Motivation factor there is no external motivation provided by the head of the medical record .The conclusion is the filing staffs did not come on time and did not come, the materials of the cover on medical record documents are easily torn, EHR is often difficult to access, the achievement level has not yet reached the target of providing medical record documents, and there is still no motivation from the head of medical record

Everyone has rights that are given directly from God that have been attached since he was in the womb until he was born in the world. Everyone has right to live their life and get decent life including in terms of work. Human rights in their activities are also related to humans and cannot be separated from human relations. The state and goverment are obliged to protect the rights of its citizens based on religious, moral and cultural provisions. In this article the author discusses a decent life in the perspective of ham. However, the author will also list some of the rights regulated in several covenants including the International Economic, Social rights and Cultural Covenant (ICESCR), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights or UDHR, the Convention on the Rights of Persons Disabilities, the Convention on the Rights of Child.

Abstrak
Setiap orang memiliki hak yang telah diberikan langsung dari Tuhan Y.M.E yang telah melekat sejak ia berada didalam kandungan hingga lahir didunia. Setiap oranpun berhak untuk hidupnya dan mendapat kehidupan yang layak termasuk dalam hal perkerjaan. Didalam hak asasi manusia dalam kegiatannya juga berhubungan dengan manusia dan tidak dapat lepas dari hubungan manusia. Negara wajib melindungi hak yang dimiliki oleh warga negaranya berdasarkan ketentuan agama, moral, dan budaya. Didalam artikel ini penulis membahas kehidupan yang layak dalam perspektif hak asasi manusia. Namun penulis juga akan mencantumkan beberapa hak yang diatur didalam beberaapa konvenan diantaranya yaitu yang pertama Konvenan Internasional hak tentang Ekonomi,Sosial, dan Budaya (Ekosob), yang kedua Deklarasi Universal Hak Asasi Manusia atau biasa disebut juga dengan DUHAM, yang ketiga Konvensi Hak Penyandang Disabilitas, dan yang keempat Konvensi Hak Anak.

Analisis Perbandingan Pola Aliran Pada Bangunan Pelimpah Ogee Dan Stepped Dengan Model Fisik 2D
No full textA spillway building is usually a structure followed by a steep channel. Flow velocity is very dependent on the slope of the bottom channel which causes super critical flow. Besides being fast, the flow in a steep channel also has a considerable energy, so it must be able to be suppressed. The energy reduction in this study was attempted with a stepped spillway. Step weir is a modification of the standard profile for Ogee type weir. This is the background of the author in taking the title of the thesis about Comparative Analysis of Flow Patterns in Ogee and Stepped Overflow Buildings with 2-D Physical Models. The results of this study indicate that the results of the energy line height at the H3 (downstream overflow) point at the upstream height of 3 cm for Ogee are 2.68 cm, and for stepped it is 2.31 cm. There was a decrease in energy by 13.80%. This shows that the stepped spillway can absorb energy better than the Ogee type. The results of observing the flow pattern on the stepped spillway for each increase in the flow rate that overflow in the spillway can be concluded that the flow pattern that occurs is a transition flow to a skimming flow.
