Effect of Eco-Efficiency, Ownership Concentration And Cash Holding Against Company Value (In Manufacturing Company Sub Food And Beverage Sector In Bei Period 2017-2020 )

Ownership Concentration, Cash Holding dan Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan
Manufaktur Sub sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia tahun 2017-2020 serta mengetahui pengaruh Eco-Efficiency, Ownership
Concentration, Cash Holding terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Metode penelitian ini
yaitu sebanyak 15 Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub sector Makanan dan Minuman
yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017-2020. Metode pemilihan sampel penelitian ini
menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan total 8 perusahaan yang
memenuhi kriteria. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Analisis data
dilakukan dengan uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji
heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, uji analisis regresi linier berganda, uji-t, uji-f,
dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 21.
Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian bahwa rata-rata Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub sektor
Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2020, Eco-Efficiency,
Ownership Concentration, Cash Holding menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif dan
signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan karena memberikan keuntungan dan
meningkatkan keunggulan perusahaan. This study aims to provide an overview of how Eco-Efficiency, Ownership
Concentration, Cash Holding and Firm Value in Manufacturing Companies in the
Food and Beverage Sub-sector are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in
2017-2020 and determine the effect of Eco-Efficiency, Ownership Concentration,
Cash Holding on The value of the company. The method of this research is as
many as 15 Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-sector that
are registered on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. The sample selection method
for this study used a purposive sampling method with a total of 8 companies that
met the criteria. The data used is secondary data. Data analysis was carried out
using the classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test,
heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis
test, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test using the IBM SPSS version
21 application. Based on the results of the study that the average Manufacturing
Companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-sector listed on the IDX for 2017-2020,
Eco-Efficiency, Ownership Concentration, Cash Holdings show a positive and
significant influence on company value because they provide benefits and
increase company excellence
