No full textThe article discusses the creative skills and writing talent of M. Auezov, who has become an honorary name in the world. The works of the writer M. Auezov, who rose to the world level with his first stories in the twenties, raise a problem common to all mankind. The first stories, which raised the issues not only of one nation but of all mankind, were distinguished by the artistic and ideological basis of the issues raised. From this point of view, the ways of teaching the artistic and ideological features of the first stories and short stories of the writer in higher education are considered. It collects literary analysis and methods based on best practices and offers effective methods. Demonstrates the effectiveness of the widespread use of the "anthropocentric" paradigm in the study of M. Auezov's fiction. Analyzes the importance of using the writer's method of realistic description when teaching the story "An Orphan’s Lot" based on paradigms in different ways used in modern education. Analyzes the experience of M. Auezov's large-scale and artistically ideologically large-scale story "The story of Karash-Karash" in the use of expressive reading, role-playing, problem situations, question-answer, dialogue platform, research conversation, etc. The author emphasizes the importance of M. Auezov's works in the upbringing of children in modern education system

No full textThe article deals with the study of the stories of the talented writer M. Auezov, known not only in our original literature but in all human literature and culture. Methods of teaching with students by analyzing the artistic-ideological feature of the writer's stories in the higher school are offered. Along with the literary side, M. Auezov speaks about the importance of fundamental research in the field of literary criticism, and pedagogical work in the field of teaching, psychological and philosophical ideas. The first stories of the writer are considered as a means of teaching art and worldview, raising questions, and skills of character development in the university. The author shows ways to engage students in cognitive work, research, conducting thematic-compositional analysis of the conversation, a comprehensive analysis of the characters, mastering the text and literary analysis in the teaching of students in high school. The speech goes about the new research of the writer's work and the new perception of the writer's work. In conclusion, the author guides future specialists in Kazakh literature to assess the vitality and value of fiction, including the heritage of M. Auezov, which is our national value
The Impact of the Coronavirus Pandemic on Medical Education: A Case Study at a Public University in Romania
No full textThe spread of COVID-19 in 2020 forced universities around the world to transfer on-site education to a virtual environment. The main goal of this study was to compare the experiences regarding online learning of students in programs that require clinical experiences with those of students in programs that do not require such experiences. The authors hypothesized that the switch to online instruction has affected medical students more profoundly than other students. Using a convenience sample of students at a Romanian university, the researchers explored differences between the two groups related to technical and personal problems, course quality, and instructional strategies used by faculty. The results indicate that medical students who could not participate in clinical experiences were significantly less satisfied with the transition to online learning than students in other programs. One implication of these results is that faculty teaching in medical schools need to improve in three areas related to online course quality: pedagogy, course content, and course preparation

No full textThis article examines the gender mainstreaming in Islamic education policy for 2010-2014 adopted by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this article explores the extent of the strategic plan of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2010-2014, especially policies that are gender neutral and gender responsive policies. The author under-lines that the government needs to undertake the planning policies or programs that are more responsive to gender. One of the strategies adopted to fulfill the practical and strategic needs in this context is through Gender Mainstreaming which is implemented in relevant and signifi-cant programs. The author also asserts that Gender Mainstreaming in Islamic education is very necessary. Norms that have been frequently used as a reference for the gender policy should be reconsidered. This is to ensure that policies are drawn right on target, though—all parties must realize that—the uniform policy cannot necessarily be applied because of gender roles, however, differ both between places, time and socio-economic class

No full textIn this paper, the author, with the example of the Kara-Yakupovo settlement, considers the process of the formation of new sacred spaces around archaeological heritage sites in the Southern Urals. In achieving this goal, the author has used his field research results, analyzed the scientific literature and various groups in social networks. Using the obtained data, the author has traced the process of formation of sacred visualizations about the site, established the main initiators and participants of the sacralization process, as well as developed the negative consequences of this phenomenon. As a result of the conducted studies, the author has revealed one of the models of sacralization of fortified settlements (hillforts) in the early Iron Age and the Middle Ages in the Cisurals

No full textIssues regarding peace issues and conflicts are always heavily discussed. Not surprisingly, there are many events that are oriented to re-establishing peace and harmony. Indonesia with the largest Muslim population, remains known as a peaceful residence and can manage diversity. The proof, it is not Islam that is used as an ideology, but Pancasila. But this ideology is rich in noble values that strengthen the solidarity of Indonesian people. In this article, the author tries to explore the values of peace and harmony that read the verses of the Qur'an from the life of the Indonesian people. The trident ethos in Pancasila is the focus of the review of this article. Besides Pancasila is Indonesia's ideology, a country that has an important role in peace in the international world, another reason for the author is that Pancasila is inseparable from the spirit of Islam, a religion of moderate character. No full textThe “fake” past tense is a linguistic phenomenon that occurs when the past tense morpheme does not refer to the past time. The paper aims to show the application of mental models in translation and translation teaching in the example of counterfactual constructions that include the past tense without temporal meaning, e.g., “If Sam knew the answer, James would know the answer”. The author illustrates fake past tense cues in different languages and applies concepts from cognitive theories.“Fałszywy” czas przeszły to zjawisko językowe występujące w trybach warunkowych, gdy morfem czasu przeszłego nie odnosi się do niego. Celem artykułu jest pokazanie zastosowania podejścia kognitywnego w tłumaczeniu i w translodydaktyce na przykładzie konstrukcji kontrfaktycznych zawierających czas przeszły bez interpretacji czasowej, np. “If Sam knew the answer, James would know the answer”.
