Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Religius di TK Al-Azam Semarang
No full textAbstractThe focus of this research is to describe the implementation of religious character education at Al Azam Kindergarten Semarang, to find out the obstacles faced in implementing religious character education at Al Azam Kindergarten Semarang and to find out how to overcome the obstacles faced in implementing religious character education at Al Azam Kindergarten Semarang. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, namely an attempt to reveal a problem or situation or event as it really is so that it is simply to reveal facts. This research was conducted at Al Azam Kindergarten Semarang in connection with the implementation of religious character education. The results of this research are that the implementation of general character education at Kindergarten Al Azam Semarang is very good, in its implementation it has been designed in the vision, mission and objectives of the establishment of Kindergarten Al Azam Semarang. The methods of religious character education for Al Azam Kindergarten students in Semarang are appropriate, namely habituation, exemplary advice, attention and punishment. For the obstacles, namely lack of parental cooperation at home, children's different characters, the solution is to provide parents with information about existing programs at school, so that parents and teachers can help in nurturing children's religious character.Keywords: Character building; ReligiousAbstrakFokus penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter religius di TK Al Azam Semarang, untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang di hadapi dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter religius di TK Al Azam Semarang dan untuk mengetahui cara mengatasi kendala-kendala yang di hadapi dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter religius di TK Al Azam Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu suatu usaha mengungkapkan suatu masalah atau keadaan atau peristiwa sebagaimana adanya sehingga bersifat sekedar untuk mengungkapkan fakta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Al Azam Semarang pada Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020 berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter religius. Subjek dari penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah TK Al Azam Semarang, staff guru dan karyawan TK Al Azam Semarang. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu pelaksanaan pendidik karakter di TK Al Azam Semarang sangat baik, dalam pelaksanaannya sudah terancang dalam visi misi serta tujuan umum pendirian TK Al Azam Semarang. Metode-meode pendidikan karakter religius pada anak TK Al Azam Semarang sudah sesuai yaitu adanya pembiasaan, keteladanan nasihat, perhatian, dan hukuman. Untuk kendala-kendalanya yaitu kurangnya kerjasama orangtua saat di rumah, karakter anak yang berbeda-beda, solusinya perlu menginformasikaan orangtua tentang program yang ada disekolah kepada orangtua, sehingga orangtua dan guru bisa bekerjasama dalam penanaman karakter religius anak.Kata kunci: Pendidikan Karakter; Religiu

Developing a multi-tone load-pull system for the direct extraction of Cardiff behavioural model coefficients
No full textThe main objective of this thesis is to develop and utilize a high-speed measurement system based on PXIe modules for multi-tone measurements. This thesis addresses challenges that have been tackled during developing an accurate LabVIEW software to measure the multi-tone signal. Having solved these problems, the system's functionality was demonstrated by using it to extract some useful data such as stability and gain information for RF designers in, ‘real time’ during active load-pull measurements. In the final part of the thesis, the system was used to aid the development of the Cardiff behavioural model. One of the main challenges in the development of the Cardiff behavioural model is to correctly select the required mixing terms to have an accurate model. Initial work has been focused on determining the correct, phase polynomial coefficients of the Cardiff Model. The first technique presented in this thesis utilises two-tone measurements and the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to observe the mixing order from the resultant intermodulation (IMD) products, which are directly associated with the Cardiff Model coefficients. Employing the IFFT, the selected tones have been transferred to the time-domain travelling-wave. This allowed for b-wave analysis and load modulation coverage to be seen on the Smith Chart. The resultant load-modulation from the two-tone measurements has been used as a target for CW impedance measurements to verify whether the identification holds for the CW domain. No full textUpaya guru pendidikan agama islam adalah usaha sadar dan terencana dalam menyiapkan peserta didik untuk mengenal, memiliki, menghayati, hingga mengimani, bertaqwa dan berakhlak mulia dalam mengamalkan ajaran islam dari sumber utamanya kitab suci Al-Qur’an dan Al-Hadits. Oleh karena itu, guru selalu dituntut untuk berupaya mengembangkan potensi-potensi yang dimiliki peserta didik agar peserta didik mengetahui potensi yang dimilikinya. Termasuk dalam pembentukan akhlak siswa, agar siswa dapat membedakan mana yang baik dan mana yang buruk. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TPQ Al-Azam pekanbaru sebagai objek penelitian, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik di TPQ Al-Azam pekanbaru sangat heterogen latar belakangnya, ada yang sudah bisa membaca al-qur’an dan ada yang belum bisa sama sekali. Upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam pembentukan akhlak peserta didik antara lain: (1) Belajar membaca al-qur’an dan menghafal surat-surat pendek, (2) hafalan do’a sehari-hari, (3) praktek sholat, (4) Membiasakan mengucapkan salam ketika masuk dan keluar kelas, dan (5) menceritakan kisah-kisah teladan. Pembentukan akhlak yang dilakukan oleh TPQ Al-Azam dapat dikatakan berhasil, bisa lihat dari lulusannya. semua lulusan memiliki hafalan surat-surat pendek minimal 24 surat di juz 30 ditambah dengan hafalan do’a sehari-hari
Membangun Content Delivery Network (CDN) menggunakan Reverse Proxy dan Caching berbasis Linux
No full textContent Delivery Networks (CDN) improve website performance by distributing content closer to users. This paper explores the implementation of a self-hosted CDN using reverse proxy and caching technologies on a Linux-based infrastructure. Performance metrics such as response time, bandwidth usage, and server load are analyzed in two scenarios: with and without CDN. Our findings show a 50% reduction in response time and a 76% decrease in bandwidth consumption at the main server. The study highlights the benefits of localized caching and load balancing while discussing implementation challenges. This research provides a practical framework for organizations seeking cost-effective CDN solutions using open-source tools like Nginx and Varnish
