Instructional communication is an interaction used by teachers in the learning process to improve student achievement in Computer and Engineering skills programs network. The purpose of this research is to know the instructional communication process, methods and instructional media that teachers use when teaching productive subjects.This research uses qualitative research method. Informers at this research are the head of program expertise, teachers, and students on the Computer Network Engineering expertise program. While the object in this study is instructional communication of teachers on Computer Engineering and programming skills Network at Vocational High School Teachers Training Faculty of Labor University of Riau. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. In achieving the validity of data in this study, the authors used extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed that instructional instructional process of teacher who taught productive subjects on Computer Engineering programming skills and Network includes content specifications and instructional objectives, early behavioral assessment, the establishment of instructional strategies, the organization of instructional units, and feedback. Instructional communication is done using method lectures, discussions, demonstrations, field trips, experiments, exercises, and problems solving. To support instructional communication to run smoothly, then media of learning are required. Ada 8 informan yang diambil melalui teknik purposive untuk penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data interaktif Miles dan Huberman dengan mengecek keabsahan data melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik yang dimiliki oleh direksi dan pengelola bank sampah untuk meyakinkan calon nasabah adalah kredibilitas dan daya tarik. This study aims to determine the Selection of Communicators, Messages, Media, Target, and Persuasive Communication Techniques To Increase Traffic Awareness on Students in Pekanbaru City.This research uses qualitative descriptive method and persuasive communication model Applebaum & Anatol. The research informants consisted of ten people who were members of Dikyasa Satlantas unit Pekanbaru, teachers, and students using purposive and accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use interactive data models Miles and Huberman. To achieve data validity, researchers used extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed that Unit dikyasa Satlantas Pekanbaru has credibility as a communicator that can provide motivation about the importance of traffic discipline to students in the city of Pekanbaru. Persuasive message unit Dikyasa Satlantas Pekanbaru namely verbal messages include clarity, assignment, and accuracy and nonverbal messages. Media used is offline media using props, both online media that is facebook, instagram, siaganews.co and print media that is banner and banner. So, people do not need to bother to register at the Badan Pertanahan Nasional office a long distance. With this Larasita Program, Sijunjung district with geographical location far and difficult to reach in the management of land becomes easier. The problem raised in this research is how communication strategy of Larasita Program in giving public service to society of Sijunjung Regency.This research used descriptive qualitative method, while the object of the research is Larasita Program at the Badan Pertanahan Nasional of Sijunjung Regency and research subjects including employees who are members of the Larasita team and also the community. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation.The results found First, the public audiences of public Larasita programs are far and unreached. Second, the message given in the form of informative messages and persuasion that invites the people to do data collection and making land certificates. Third, brochures, banners and radio are the media used by the Badan Pertanahan Nasional of Sijunjung Regency. Fourth, communicators come from Larasita team appointed by Decision, supported by Walinagari and local custom leaders who are more aware of the community criteria where the Larasita Program is held

Based on the achievement of active participants on the Family Planning program in December 2015, men participation only 5.42% of the number of active participants, with details that the amount of participants used MOP contraceptive method are 0.21% and condom method are 5.21%. Based on the data show that Family Planning participants of the men still minor. The purpose of this research is to know the strategies of the introduction of the targets, the selection of media, the purpose of the message and the role of the Communicator which used by The Women, Community And Family Planning Board of Pekanbaru to increase the vasectomy's users in Pekanbaru city.This research used qualitative methods through the collected data obtained in field through observation, interview and documentation. The informant of this research consists of 7 persons. They are consist of one chair division of The Women, Community And Family Planning Board of Pekanbaru. And four persons are unit work actors, one person from field extension officers and other person from vasectomy's users which selected through the technique of purposive sampling. To analyze the results of this research writer used the interactive model data analysis techniques, whereas the technique examination validity of the data through the extension of participation and triangulation.The result of the research show that communication strategy of The Women, Community And Family Planning Board in terms of the promotion of target that the whole people especially men in Pekanbaru. The selection of media divided into mass media and direct media. The mass media such as newspapers and radio. Then, direct media through media outreach-extension in the field and opening stand of information. The contents of the message that conveyed by the The Women, Community And Family Planning Board of Pekanbaru are persuasive, educative and informative messages. After contents of the message submitted, the vasectomy's user will see communicator role in communication that includes attraction of resources and credibility of source

The success of the government (the regents) greatly affects to the image that he had, if the regent images is already not good it will affect to the growth and development of a particular area of the district. In his tenure, the Kuansing Regents doing some policies at the beginning of his reign. Kuansing Regents make policy to fired (layoffs) employees salary in the district Kuansing, this policy absolutely makes people feel very aggrieved. People consider that the regent was only concerned with his own interests and his group. This study aims to determine the leadership image of Regents in District Inuman, Kuansing and to determine the factors that affect to Kuansing Regentss leadership image.This study used a qualitative descriptive method that based on primary data and secondary data source and use data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation. The informants in this study are 14 people. Analysis technique using Miles and Huberman model of interactive data analysis, where the data obtained was then processed to be reduced, thus resulting presented a general conclusion, and data examination techniques using the extension of participation and triangulation, that used to compared between documentation data and the observation results.The results of this study indicate that the leadership image of Kuansing Regents in Inuman district was formed by stimuli, perception, cognition, attitudes, and by his own leadership style. The authors study aimed to determine describe and analyze the nonverbal expectancy violations within personal employee Riau Pos Pekanbaru and also to determine whether the reward valence communicator affect employee assessment toward nonverbal expectancy violations within personal in Riau Pos Pekanbaru.This study used a qualitative method with descriptive analysis approach. Subjects were all employees in Riau Pos Pekanbaru with a total of as many as 81 (eighty one) of the specified categories based on purposive sampling. The collection of data obtained through observation and interviews.The results showed that employees Riau Pos Pekanbaru takes time and personal space for solitude could not be bothered. Time and distance required to be alone addressed and included in the positive offense because of the time and personal space that is required is to seek ideas on the news. Violations expectations in Riau Pos Pekanbaru makes employees work to be uncomfortable eg employees communicate with high intonation, but for employees Riau Pos it has become a habit, let alone still around work. They do not feel disadvantaged as long as it can help clinch a job, help, correct, then it is considered reasonable. So violations are not addressed expectations negative, but positive. Operational Technical of Clean Water Management (UPT BPAB) of Ministry Public Works at Pelalawan Regency is an agency that in charge of distributing clean water for Pelalawan Community. In practice, UPT BPAB of Pelalawan Regency confronted with some problems regarding the level of customer satisfaction on the employe performance of UPT BPAB . Therefore, UPT BPAB must improve leadership communication to increase employe performance. The goal of this research is to determine the function of leadership communication and the interaction from to increase employee performance of UPT BPAB of Ministry Public Works of Pelalawan Regency. The research method using in this research is quallitative descriptive sampling technique. The informants in this research are 5 people that selected based on the official department, which is the head of UPT BPAB of Ministry of Public Works of Pelalawan Regency, 2 employee from administration department, 2 employee from production department. The techniques of data collection in this research are using interview, documentation, and observation. The techniques of data analysis are based on Huberman and Miles interactive model. Data validity checking are using the exstension of participation and triangulation. This research shows that the function of leader communication in order to increase employee performance at UPT BPAB of Ministry Public Works of Pelalawan Regency is Fairly good. With vertical and horizontal communication, the leader can deliver clear instruction and the employee can responsible in their duties. The interaction forms in order to increase employee performance are using discussion, memo, and direct communication.Keywords : Leader Communication, Performance, Employee
