No full textHealth territorialization is a process of transformation of health systems. Initiated in France since the «Hôpital Patients Santé et Territoires» Act of 2009, this policy was reaffirmed with the «Modernisation de Notre Système de santé» Act in 2016, and and continues with "Ma santé 2022"Act. Health territorialization is implemented by transferring competences from the State to regional, departmental or municipal actors, by creating shared tools between different public policies, and by encouraging the development of coordination and complementarity between actors from different fields of health care (health, medico-social, prevention and health promotion, social). This policy thus seeks to strengthen access to local care by taking into account the specificities of local contexts. In this context, this thesis studies the structuring of actors involved in health care and support and their territorial perimeters within the Communauté d'Agglomération Centre Littoral (CACL) in French Guiana. It seeks to better understand the relationships that unite the actors of a territorial system, particularly in the context of the care and support of vulnerable and migrant populations. More specifically, it proposes to understand the capacity of local health care actors (institutional and associative) to generate a response adapted to the care and support of vulnerable and migrant populations, while considering the issues raised by public policies that seek to regulate the territory through intervention tools.This research focuses on the analysis of three types of actors: those involved in health policy (Regional Health Agency), health care (institutional and associative), and the vulnerable and migrant populations living in the informal settlements of the Cayenne agglomeration. Due to the lack of data to understand the organizational modalities between health care actors involved in the care of vulnerable populations, this thesis is based on the exploitation of semi-structured interviews and questionnaires collected between 2017 and 2019. These data are particularly studied through network analysis (graph theory).The main results concern the identification of "pivotal" public and associative actors (Cayenne hospital services, French Red Cross, Médecins du Monde) in the structuring of the offer intended to care for vulnerable and migrant populations. Mainly built on "informal" links (without a partnership agreement), this structuring reveal "tinkered" between regulatory tools (particularly those of the city policy), and organizational innovations between actors. This structuring is part of the public action perimeters, but it also produces new spaces for collaboration on a local scale that are partially free of pre-established zoning. The study of the use of different types of health care by vulnerable populations confirms the place of the actors identified as central.La territorialisation sanitaire est un processus de transformation des systèmes de santé. La territorialisation sanitaire se met en place par le transfert de compétences de l’Etat vers des acteurs régionaux, départementaux ou des communes, par la création d’outils partagés entre différentes politiques publiques, et l’incitation à développer la coordination et la complémentarité entre les acteurs issus de différents champs des soins de santé (sanitaire, médico-social, prévention et promotion de la santé, social). Cette politique cherche ainsi à renforcer l’accès aux soins de proximité en tenant compte des spécificités des contextes locaux. Dans ce contexte, cette thèse étudie la structuration des acteurs investis en matière de soins de santé et leurs maillages au sein de la Communauté d’Agglomération Centre Littoral (CACL) en Guyane française. Elle cherche ainsi à mieux comprendre les relations qui unissent les acteurs d’un système territorial, notamment dans le cadre de la prise en charge des populations vulnérables et migrantes. Plus particulièrement elle propose de saisir la capacité des acteurs des soins de santé locaux (institutionnels et associatifs) à générer une réponse adaptée à la prise en charge des populations vulnérables et migrantes, tout en considérant les enjeux portés par les politiques publiques qui cherchent à réguler le territoire par des outils d’intervention. Cette recherche met l’accent sur trois types d’acteurs : ceux de la politique de santé (Agence Régionale de Santé), des soins de santé (institutionnels et associatifs), et les populations vulnérables et migrantes vivant dans les quartiers spontanés de l’agglomération de Cayenne. En raison du manque de données permettant de comprendre les modalités d’organisation entre acteurs des soins de santé intervenant dans la prise en charge des populations vulnérables, cette thèse repose sur l’exploitation d’entretiens semi-directifs et de questionnaires recueillis entre 2017 et 2019. Ces données sont notamment étudiées par l’analyse de réseau (théorie des graphes). Les principaux résultats portent sur l’identification d’acteurs « pivots » publics et associatifs (services de l’hôpital de Cayenne, Croix Rouge Française, Médecins du Monde) dans la structuration de l’offre destinée à prendre en charge les populations vulnérables et migrantes. Principalement construite sur des liens « informels » (sans convention de partenariat), cette structuration laisse apparaitre un « bricolage » entre les outils de régulation (notamment ceux de la politique de la ville), et des innovations organisationnelles entre acteurs. Cette structuration s’inscrit dans les mailles de l’action publique mais est aussi productrice de nouveaux espaces de collaboration à une échelle locale qui s’affranchissent partiellement des zonages préétablis. L’étude du recours aux différents types de soins de santé des populations vulnérables permet de confirmer le rôle et la fonction des acteurs identifiés comme étant des pivots
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
