Bangunan Makam Menurut Hukum Islam dan Hukum Positif
Latar belakang masalah ini bertolak dari berbagai macam problematika
terkait dengan pengurusan jenazah yang terjadi di masyarakat. Misalnya kebiasaan
masyarakat di Indonesia yang meninggikan bangunan makam dan membangun
bangunan diatas makam dengan berbagai alasan, terlebih lagi bangunan makam
dari tokoh agama yang masyhur di masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk
mengetahui aturan bangunan makam menurut hukum Islam dan hukum positif.
Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian kepustakaan (library research),
penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat normatif. Teknik
pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka dengan mengkaji buku-buku atau
sumber-sumber yang diperlukan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bangunan makam menurut hukum positif
disini yaitu Perda Kab. Kotabaru No 10 Tahun 2013, Perda Kota Banjarmasin No
7 Tahun 2014, dan Perda DKI Jakarta No 3 Tahun 2007 Tentang Pemakaman,
ketiga hukum positif itu dibuat sesuai dengan apa yang diatur dalam hukum Islam.
Hal-hal yang diatur dalam hukum Islam juga berguna untuk kemaslahatan dan
kebaikan manusia di bumi ini, termasuk praktik memasang atang-atang diatas
kuburan pada masyarakat sudah menjadi tradisi mereka yakni dengan memasang
atang-atang yang cukup tinggi tetapi tidak sampai mengakat tanah di samping dan
muka-belakangnya. Maka kebiasaan ini masih bisa dibenarkan menurut syariat
atas dasar ‘urf karena telah menjadi kebiasaan mayoritas penduduknya dan sudah
berlaku secara umum

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Pengaruh Antioksidan Alami pada Berat Testis Mencit (Mus musculus) yang Terpapar Senyawa Kimia Plastik
Plastic is a material that is often found in everyday life, both for household needs, offices, agriculture/plantations, industry, etc. One type of plastic that is commonly used is polycarbonate plastic (polycarbonate / PC). The main ingredient in polycarbonate plastics is a compound 2,2-bis (4-hydroxyphenyl) propane known as bisphenol A (BPA). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of natural antioxidants on the testicular weight of adult male mice exposed to the chemical compounds that make up the plastic. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with six treatments and five replications. The treatments included two control groups and four other groups treated with plastic boiled water and natural antioxidants. Plastic boiled water and antioxidants were given orally to 0.25 ml of male mice every day during the study. Quantitative data were analyzed using ANOVA and BNT. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the provision of natural antioxidants for 21 days in mice (Mus musculus) exposed to plastic chemical compounds has an effect on decreasing the testicular weight of male mice in K (-) treatment / negative control. Based on data analysis through statistical tests that have been carried out, the series of natural antioxidant treatments for mice exposed to plastic chemical compounds for 21 days did not significantly affect the testicular weight of mice.Plastik merupakan bahan yang banyak dijumpai dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, baik untuk keperluan rumah tangga, perkantoran, pertanian/perkebunan, perindustrian, dan sebagainya. Salah satu jenis plastik yang umum digunakan adalah plastik polikarbonat (polycarbonate/PC). Bahan utama pada pembuatan plastik polikarbonat adalah senyawa 2,2-bis (4-hidroksifenil) propan atau yang dikenal dengan nama bisphenol A (BPA). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian antioksidan alami tehadap berat testis mencit (Mus musculus) jantan dewasa yang terpapar senyawa kimia penyusun plastik. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan meliputi dua kelompok kontrol serta 4 kelompok lain mendapat perlakuan air rebusan plastik dan antioksidan alami. ARP dan AO diberikan secara oral ke mencit jantan sebanyak 0,25 ml setiap hari selama penelitian. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dan BNT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pemberian antioksidan alami selama 21 hari pada Mencit (Mus musculus) yang terpapar senyawa kimia plastik memberikan pengaruh terhadap penurunan berat testis mencit jantan pada perlakuan K(-) / control negatif. Berdasarkan analisis data melalui uji statistik yang telah dilakukan, rangkaian perlakuan pemberian antioksidan alami terhadap mencit yang terpapar senyawa kimia plastik selama 21 hari tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap berat testis mencit
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
