Gambaran Aktivitas Distribusi pada Gudang Profesional PT Astha Makmur Lestari
Industri kosmetik merupakan salah satu tren bisnis yang cukup berpengaruh di kalangan masyarakat. Baik perempuan maupun pria juga banyak menggunakan kosmetik untuk sehari-hari. PT Astha Makmur Lestari merupakan salah satu perusahaan distributor dan importir kosmetik di Jawa Timur yang menyediakan berbagai produk kosmetik dengan jenis yang beragam dan harga terjangkau. Visi dari perusahaan ini adalah “Menjadi Pemimpin Distributor Kecantikan di Indonesia”. Sedangkan, misi dari perusahaan ini adalah “untuk menghadirkan solusi kecantikan terbaik bagi pelanggan setia melalui merek lingkungan kelas dunia, inovatif, dan sosial”. Pada kesempatan kali ini akan dilakukan praktik kerja lapangan dengan tujuan untuk mempelajari penerapan aktivitas distribusi pada gudang profesional PT Astha Makmur Lestari. Agar mengenali fungsi manajemen distribusi pada gudang profesional perusahaan terebut, maka perlu mengaitkan dengan sistem persediaan dan gudangnya yang saling berkaitan. Hasil praktek kerja lapangan ini akan diketahui kelemahan dan kelebihan PT Astha Makmur Lestari dalam menjalankan aktivitas distribusi dari gudang profesional terkait produk yang berada dalam gudang tersebut
POLA PEMBINAAN KEAGAMAAN SISWA DI SMA PLUS BOARDING SCHOOL ASTHA HANNAS SUBANG
Saat ini banyak terjadi gejala kemerosotan akhlak yang ditampilkan oleh anak-anak sekolah sebagai generasi penerus bangsa seperti mabuk-mabukan, tawuran, perploncoan, intoleran dan perilaku indisipliner sebagai dampak dari kurang perhatiaanya orang tua di rumah karena sibuk urusan pekerjaan. Selain itu praktek asusila, korupsi, suap-menyuap dan saling sikut tanpa pandang bulu demi memperoleh kekuasaan sudah menjadi hal yang biasa dilakukan dikalangan orang dewasa. Hal itu mengindikasikan bahwa perlunya seorang anak di sekolahkan di tempat yang bisa menggantikan peranan orang tua di rumah dan peran warga di suatu masyarakat serta pengoptimalisasian pembinaan nilai-nilai keagamaan. SMA Plus Astha Hannas sebagai salah satu sekolah bersistem Boarding School berupaya membentuk kepribadian siswa yang utuh melalui pembinaan keagamaan yang diinternalisasikan pada kurikulum khas Astha Hannas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembinaan keagamaan di SMA Plus Boarding School Astha Hannas. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini didapat melalui cara: 1) observasi partisipatif, 2) wawancara dengan siswa, tenaga pendidik dan orang tua siswa, 3) dokumentasi, 4) studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan keagamaan siswa menjadi salah satu misi SMA Plus Boarding School Astha Hannas dan pembinaan keagamaan tersebut dilakukan melalui kurikulum khasnya yaitu pengajaran, pelatihan dan pengasuhan. Selain penyelenggaraan kurikulum khas yang menjadi faktor berhasilnya pembinaan keagamaan di SMA Plus Boarding School Astha Hannas, metode yang digunakan pun berperan penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan pembina nilai-nilai keagamaan. Metode yang dipakai dalam membina nilai-nilai keagamaan di SMA Plus Boarding School Astha Hannas adalah keteladanan, pembiasaan, pemberian nasihat, hukuman dan hadiah. Setelah siswa mendapatkan pembinaan keagamaan, siswa dapat bertanggung jawab terhadap pelaksanaan ibadah dan disiplin dalam beribadah. Selain itu siswa juga dapat bekerjasama, mempunyai rasa peduli dan toleransi yang tinggi terhadap pemeluk agama lain. ;---Currently there are many symptoms of moral decline that is displayed by the studenta as the next generation of nation such as drunkenness, brawl, persucition, intolerant and indicipline behavior. Besides the practice of immorality, corruption, bribery and mutual elbows indiscriminately in order to gain power has become a common thing done among adults. It indicates that the need to optimize the development of religious values. SMA Plus Astha Hannas as one of the Boarding School’s boarding schools seeks to form a whole student’s personality through religious coaching that is internalized in the Astha Hannas curriculum. The pruporse of this study is to find out how religious coaching at SMA Plus Boarding School Astha Hannas. This research is qualitative by using descriptive by using descriptive method. The informations in this research is obtained through: 1) participative observation, 2) interview with students, educators and parent, 3) documentation, 4) literature study. The results of this study indicate that the students’ religious guidance is one of mision SMA Plus Boarding School Astha Hannas Subang and the religious guidance is done through its unique curriculum of teaching, training and nurturing. In addition to the typical curriculum that became the factor of successful religious coaching at SMA Plus Boarding School Astha Hannas, the methode used also plays an important role determining the success of religious learning. The methods used in fostering religious values in SMA Plus Boarding School Astha Hannas are exemplary, custom, giving advice, punishment and reward. After students get religious learning, they can be responsible for the implimentation and discipline in worship. Besides that also can cooperate, have a sense of care and high tolerance of followers of other religions

Invariance analysis and some new exact analytic solutions of the time-fractional coupled Drinfeld-Sokolov-Wilson equations
In this work, the fractional Lie symmetry method is used to find the exact solutions of the time-fractional coupled Drinfeld-Sokolov-Wilson equations with the Riemann-Liouville fractional derivative. Time-fractional coupled Drinfeld-Sokolov-Wilson equations are obtained by replacing the first-order time derivative to the fractional derivatives (FD) of order in the classical Drinfeld-Sokolov-Wilson (DSW) model. Using the fractional Lie symmetry method, the Lie symmetry generators are obtained. With the help of symmetry generators, FCDSW equations are reduced into fractional ordinary differential equations (FODEs) with Erdlyi-Kober fractional differential operator. Also, we have obtained the exact solution of FCDSW equations and shown the effects of non-integer order derivative value on the solutions graphically. The effect of fractional order on the behavior of solutions is studied graphically. Finally, new conservation laws are constructed along with the formal Lagrangian and fractional generalization of Noether operators. It is quite interesting the exact analytic solutions are obtained in explicit form
PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN BERBASIS AJARAN ASTHA BRATA DAN EFIKASI DIRI PADA KOMITMEN AFEKTIF
The aim of this study was to understand the effect of leadership based on Astha Brata and general self-efficacy toward affective organizational commitment.
Leadership scale based on Astha Brata teaching was constructed and evaluated during the pre-eliminary study. Research subjects involved are permanent employees at Grand Quality Hotel Yogyakarta (N = 57). Path analysis was used to determine the prediction coefficient of leadership based on Astha Brata and self-efficacy toward affective commitment. The result shows that leadership based on Astha Brata dimension (self-confident β = 0.38, β = 0.38 interactive, firmness β = 0.18) and general self-efficacy (β = 0.26) was positively predict affective organizational commitment. The variance explained by the model was 54,4%. Further result will be discussed

(2) what religious values do you want to achieve in SMA Plus boarding school Astha Hannas? (3) How is the strategy used by the high school in instilling religious values in the students? (4) how is the result of the implementation of coaching students in SMA Plus Boarding School Astha Hannas ?. The data collection techniques used interviews, observation and documentation. After the field data got obtained then analyzed and discussed so as to produce factual explanation about Religious Boarding School Development Mode
Astha in A Married Woman: Between Duty and Desire
This paper examines the complex journey of Astha, the main character in Manju Kapur’s “A Married Woman”, as she balances societal expectations and personal interests. The novel depicts the life of an Indian woman, encapsulated in the life of Astha, who transforms from an obedient daughter and dutiful wife into a woman striving for autonomy, emotional fulfilment, and self-expression. When studying the narrative, the author uses feminist literary criticism to analyse how Astha’s emotional conflicts resonate with the structural gender discrimination that persists in India’s societal framework even today.
Drawing on foundational feminist theories by Simone de Beauvoir, Adrienne Rich, bell hooks, and Virginia Woolf, this research contextualizes Astha’s journey within broader discourses on marriage, motherhood, sexuality, and artistic agency. The paper highlights the tensions between tradition and modernity, individuality and conformity, and examines how these dichotomies manifest in Astha’s psyche and personal relationships. Astha’s romantic and sexual relationship with Pipeelika goes beyond self-empowerment, as it serves to confront traditional domesticity and rigid gender constructs, showing radical transformation. This paper emphasizes the critical relevance of the novel “A Married Woman”, including its critique of misogynistic societal frameworks and its celebration of women’s creative imagination and resilience as shaped through women’s agency, solidarity, and self-exploration, by locating it within global feminist thought as well as intertextual literary traditions
