ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT TO ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) conducted on Hasnur Polytechnic Employees. The population in this study were 61 employees of the Hasnur Polytechnic. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with the technique used is census or total sampling so that the sample used is the entire population of 61 people. This type of research is quantitative by using a questionnaire in data collection. Data analysis technique using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Employees who have a strong organizational culture supported by good organizational commitment will be able to create OCB, namely doing work outside their job description according to the job description without having to be forced or do it voluntarily. The results of this study are expected to be input for organizations to pay attention to organizational culture and organizational commitment to produce Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Analisa Proses Untuk Mencapai Nilai Kekerasan Maksimum Terhadap Baja SC 46 Melalui Perlakuan Panas Dengan Variasi Temperatur
Baja cor tipe SC 46 termasuk baja cor yang sulit untuk dikeraskan. Kekerasan material sebelum mendapat laku panas adalah 71,3 HRB. Berdasarkan teoritis material cor kekerasannya dapat ditingkatkan melalui laku panas dan sulit sekali melalui proses lain. Atas dasar teori ini penulis ingin mengetahui sejauh mana baja SC 46 dapat ditingkatkan kekerasannya melalui laku panas. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan proses laku panas dengan variasi temperatur, yaitu pada benda kerja 1 dengan temperatur 850 °C, benda kerja 2 dengan temperatur 980 °C, dan benda kerja 3 dengan temperatur 1110 °C. Waktu penahanan 40 menit dan media pendingin air. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengujian kekerasan dan pengamatan metallografi. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan : temperatur 850 °C menghasilkan kekerasan yang maksimum, yaitu 102,4 HRB, sedangkan pada temperatur 980 °C menghasilkan kekerasan 95,8 HRB, dan pada tenperatur 1110 °C menghasilkan kekerasan 90, 1 HRB. Jadi, temperature yang paling sesuai untuk mencapai kekerasan maksimum pada penelitian ini adalah 850 °C

SC 46 cast steel is a cast steel that is difficult to harden. The hardness of the material before being hot-treated is 71.3 HRB. Based on the theory of cast material, the hardness can be increased through hot-treatment and is very difficult through other processes. Based on this theory, the author wants to know to what extent the hardness of SC 46 steel can be increased through hot-treatment. In this study, the heat-treatment process was carried out with various temperatures, namely on workpiece 1 with a temperature of 850 °C, workpiece 2 with a temperature of 980 °C, and workpiece 3 with a temperature of 1110 °C. The holding time was 40 minutes and the cooling medium was water. Then continued with hardness testing and metallographic observations. From the results of this study, it was found that: a temperature of 850 °C produced a maximum hardness of 102.4 HRB, while at a temperature of 980 °C it produced a hardness of 95.8 HRB, and at a temperature of 1110 °C it produced a hardness of 90.1 HRB. So, the most suitable temperature to achieve maximum hardness in this study is 850 °

Sanksi Administratif Terhadap Pemberhentian Kepala Daerah Yang Tidak Melaksanakan Program Strategis Nasional Berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pemerintahan Daerah
ABSTRACT Regional heads who gain legitimacy from democratic mechanisms are the result of a democratic state supported by the rule of law. The polemic about whether or not the President has the authority to dismiss regional heads resurfaced when the government proposed the Job Creation Bill. It was previously stated in the draft Job Creation Law that the President can dismiss regional heads who do not implement the National Strategic Program. The National Strategic Program is a project and/or program of the Central Government, also collaboratively involved with Regional Governments, and/or business entities in terms of increasing growth and equality which is considered to have a strategic nature. In Article 68 of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government, a regional head and/or deputy regional head may be subject to administrative sanctions of dismissal as regional head and/or deputy regional head if they do not implement a national strategic program. These provisions are further regulated in Government Regulation Number 12 of 2017 concerning Development and Supervision of Regional Government Implementation. So in this research, there are 2 problem formulations that discuss the problems that arise in this research, namely what is the theoretical basis for the President's authority to dismiss regional heads and what are the procedures for dismissing regional heads who do not implement the National Strategic Program. The research method uses a type of normative legal research with a statutory regulatory approach and a conceptual approach. The research results show that the theoretical basis for imposing administrative sanctions is based on the theory of the presidential system of government and the concept of the welfare state adopted by Indonesia. This sanction procedure is carried out hierarchically through non-judicial channels. It is necessary to make regulations for imposing sanctions through the courts to provide legal certainty and prevent abuse of authority by the President. then the dismissal of regional heads who do not implement national strategic programs is also contrary to the principles of a democratic state. This is strengthened through aspects of the principle of popular sovereignty, general principles of good governance and the potential for abuse of power. As well as to overcome administrative sanctions in the form of dismissal, the author proposes preemptive, preventive and repressive measures that can be taken to avoid damaging the principles of a democratic state
The effect of silica nanoparticles (SNP) on surface tension of commercial surfactant
Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) is one of promising method to increase the national oil production in Indonesia. Chemical EOR by adding surfactant to reservoir may decrease the interfacial tension (IFT) values, alter the wettability of rock and hence may increase the production. In this work, the influence of Silica Nano Particle (SNP) addition to the IFT of commercial EOR surfactant has been investigated. We found that without addition of surfactant, the liquid sample with only containing SNP gave high IFT value at ca. 10-1 dyne/cm. Addition of surfactant has decreased the IFT and variation of surfactant concentration gave the value of CMC value after dilution of 10x. The effect of adding silica nanoparticles (SNPs) to commercial surfactants showed that addition of SNP may decrease the IFT value from 3.10-3 dyne/cm to 5.10-4 dyne/cm. The photograph from IFT measurement also indicated that SNP gave more stable mixture during IFT measurement. By varying the volume of SNP added to the system, it was found that finding optimum volume is important as excessive addition of SNP may result in higher IFT values. This study may provide a further pathway to investigate the influence of SNP addition to large scale EOR Project in Indonesia. © 2022 Author(s)
Ancient DNA Analyses Reveal Contrasting Phylogeographic Patterns amongst Kiwi (Apteryx spp.) and a Recently Extinct Lineage of Spotted Kiwi

Previous phylogeographic studies of the related brown kiwi (A. mantelli, A. rowi and A. australis), with which little spotted kiwi was once sympatric, revealed extremely high levels of genetic structuring, with mitochondrial DNA haplotypes often restricted to populations. We surveyed genetic variation throughout the present and pre-human range of little spotted kiwi by obtaining mitochondrial DNA sequences from contemporary and ancient samples. Little spotted kiwi and great spotted kiwi (A. haastii) formed a monophyletic clade sister to brown kiwi. Ancient samples of little spotted kiwi from the northern North Island, where it is now extinct, formed a lineage that was distinct from remaining little spotted kiwi and great spotted kiwi lineages, potentially indicating unrecognized taxonomic diversity. Overall, little spotted kiwi exhibited much lower levels of genetic diversity and structuring than brown kiwi, particularly through the South Island. Our results also indicate that little spotted kiwi (or at least hybrids involving this species) survived on the South Island mainland until more recently than previously thought
الإيقاعية في نظم سلم التوفيق للشيخ عبد الحميد الباسرواني: دراسة العروض والقوافي

علم العروض هو العلم الذي يعرف صحيحات أوزان الشعر وفاسدات به. وفيه يبين تغيرات أوازن الشعر كزحافات وعلل وضرورات شعرية وغيرها. وأما علم القوافي فهو دراسة عن قاعدة كل كلمة التي تتواقع في أخر بيت الشعر. وأما النظم فهو كل بيت التي يساوي القافية الأول والثاني أو البيت المقفى واحدة. والنظم أيضا هو مختصر بيانة العلمية.
هذا البحث عن تحليل الإيقاعية في نظم سلم التوفيق للشيخ عبد الحميد الباسرواني (دراسة العروض والقوافي) هو تحليل بمناهج الكيفي الوصفي التي كانت فيها موجودة. لتبيين إيقاعية البحور المستخدمة والتقطيع والزحافات والعلل فيها. لذلك الباحث يستخدم تحليلا كلها بعلم العروض والقوافي. لما على نظرة الروي وأحرف القافيات وأنواعها وأسمائها التي بها تستخدم في نظم سلم التوفيق. وكما الباحث يستخدم تحليل القوافي بمستخدمة علم القوافي.
فنتائج المباحث من بعد التحليل والمناقشة هي : (1) البحر الذي يستخدم في نظم سلم التوفيق هو بحر الرجز؛ (2) كما تستخدم زحافات والمخبون هي 64 تفعلات وكما المطوي توجد فيه 51 تفعيلات وكما المكفوف توجد فيه 20 تفعيلات وكما المقطوع توجد فيه 32 تفعيلات وكما المقطوع والمخبون توجد فيه 42 تفعلات؛ (3) والروي الذي كان توجد في نظم سلم التوفيق منتوعة كالألف واللام والميم والنون والراء والدال والهاء والقاف والتاء والباء والكاف والاحاء والثاء والهمزة والزاء والصاد؛ (4) وأسماء القافية التي توجد في نظم سلم التوفيق هي القافية المتواتر 39، والمتراكب 6، والمتدارك 1، والمتكاوس 19.
ABSTRACT
Arudh is one branch of Arabic literature that discusses the scales of a rhythm, in other respects arudh science is a science that discusses the truth and damage as well as changes that occur in the rhythm of the traditional rhythm. While the science of Qowafi is the study of the rules of wording at the end of the verse. Nazdham is literature which belongs to the category of Arabic literature and is made from the results of studying the science of arudh and qowafi based on its rules
This research is entitled Analysis of Nadzham Sullamu Taufiq by Shaykh Abdul Hamid Al-Basuruani (Analysis of Arudh and Qowafi Studies). The data collection uses library research techniques (library research). This type of research uses descriptive analysis method, which is a method by describing nadzham text research. To find out bahar, rhythm, rhythm, zihaf and illat, the author analyzes the text using arudh science. Meanwhile, to detect the sentence form qofiyah, rowi, the name of the qofiyah contained in nadzham, the writer analyzes it using qowafi rules of science.
The results of this study are: (1) bahar used in nadzham namely bahar rojaz; (2) the zihaf uses zihaf mahbun 64 taf'ilat, 51 taf'ilat matyun, 20 taf'ilat makfuf, maqtu '42 taf'ilat, maqtu' 32 tafilat; (3) rowi contained in nadzham, namely alif, ba, nun, kho ', dzal, kaf, lam, mim, hamzah, yes; (4) the name of qofiyah in nadzham is qofiyah mutadarik 1, mutakawis 19, mutarokib 6, mutuntung 39. Thus the nadzham Sullamut Taufiq all uses the same qofiyah and is called nadhom muzdawid.
ABSTRAK
Ilmu arudh adalah ilmu yang membahas benar salahnya ritme wazan dalam satuan bait syiir. Pada ilmu arudh itu terdapat berbagai perubahan karena susunan bahasa dipengaruhi oleh timbangan ritme syiir seperti perubahan dalam segi zihaf, illat, dorurot syiir dan lain sebagainya. Adapun ilmu qoafi ialah ilmu yang membahas akhir ritme hidup dan matinya harokat dalam bait syiir. Adapun nadhom bait syiir semua akhir ritmenya sama atau juga dinamakan syiir yang satu ritme qofiah. Nadhom juga termasuk literatur yang membahas ulasan ringkasan ilmu.
Penelitian analisis yang berjudul Nadzham Sullamu Taufiq Karya Syaikh Abdul Hamid Al-Basuruani (analisis ilmu arudh dan qowafi). Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini ialah menggunakan metode kajian kepustakaan atau juga disebut dengan metode library research. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Teknik deskriptif analisis ialah metode yang mendeskripsikan penelitian objek teks. Objek teks yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nadhom sullam taufiq. Peneliti menganalisis nadhom dengan analisa ilmu arudh agar dapat mengetahui karakteristik dari ritme, bahar, zihafat, illat. Sedangkan cara untuk mengetahui bentuk keseluruhan kalimat qofiah, rowi, nama-nama qofiah dalam nadham sullam taufiq penulis mendeskripsikannya dengan ilmu qowafi.
Kesimpilan hasil penelitian ini ialah : (1) bahar arudh yang digunkan dalam nadham sullamut taufiq ini adalah berbahar rojaz; (2) zhihafat yang digunakannya yaitu zihafat mahbun 64 tafilat, zihafat matyun terdapat 51 tafilat, zihafat makfuf 20 tafilat, zihafat maqtu’ mahbun 42 tafilat, zihafat maqtu’ 32 tafilat; (3) rowi pada nadhom sullamut taufiq, yaitu rowi alif, ba, nun, kho’, dzal, kaf, lam, mim, hamzah, ya; (4) nama-nama qofiyah yang terdapat didalam nadhom sullamut taufiq yaitu qofiyah mutadarik 1, mutakawis 19, mutarokib 6, mutawatir 39. Dengan demikian nadzham Sullamut Taufiq seluruhnya menggunakan qofiyah yang sama dan dinamakan nadhom muzdawid
Nematode infections of kiwi (Apteryx spp.) : a thesis presented in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Veterinary Science at Massey University, Palmerston North, New Zealand

The thesis may not be reproduced elsewhere without the permission of the Author.Overall, little is known about the nematodes of kiwi (Apteryx spp.) and there has, thus far, been little indication that such infections are associated with significant clinical disease in these species. However, over the past 15 to 20 years there has been increasing recognition of cases of nematode larva migrans identified in kiwi at necropsy, caused by the aberrant migration of nematode larvae within visceral organs and brain. The initial study of this research re-examines archived cases of larva migrans through DNA extraction and PCR using formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Sequencing and BLAST analysis of positive results showed 100% alignment to database sequences from Toxocara cati, a nematode parasite whose definitive host is the domestic cat, indicating an infection acquired from an invasive mammalian species. Following the success of this methodology, similar techniques were applied to archived biopsies from an outbreak of cutaneous nematodiasis in a geographically isolated population of juvenile rowi kiwi (Apteryx rowi). The resultant sequences aligned among members of the capillarid genus Eucoleus although without an exact match present in the database, and so the precise, species-level identification and original source of this unusual presentation of cutaneous capillariasis remains unknown. Concurrent with these investigations into aberrant nematode infections, an opportunistic, prospective survey that included 50 kiwi presenting for necropsy examination was performed, with the objective of examining as far as practicable the prevalence, diversity, and potential pathogenicity of gastrointestinal nematodes, including any potential association with aberrant migratory lesions. The results confirmed that gastrointestinal nematodiasis was common, with 94% of the kiwi examined infected to some degree, and at least five morphologically distinct nematode types were found. Species-level identification of the nematodes was not reached based on limited morphological and molecular evaluations. However, while such gastrointestinal nematode infections appeared on the whole to be well-tolerated by the kiwi hosts, occasional cases of significant ventriculitis were identified in association with gizzard infections, particularly in juvenile, captive-bred kiwi. Furthermore, histological lesions consistent with nematode larva migrans were identified in around 43% of the survey kiwi in which visceral sections were also examined, indicating that this disease may be routinely under-diagnosed
The Utilization Pattern of Capture Fisheries in the Limited Utilization Zone of the Gili Matra Marine Protected Area in West Nusa Tenggara Province

However, the management has not yet assessed the area's utilization for capture fisheries activities, necessitating research on the utilization pattern of capture fisheries in the Gili Matra conservation area. This research aims to identify the types of fishing gear used and analyze the size of the dominant fish caught in the Gili Matra marine protected area. This research was conducted from February to April 2024. Data were collected through interviews with respondents and by measuring the length of the fish. The respondents in this study were groups of fishermen who caught fish within the limited utilization zone, selected using the accidental sampling method. The number of fish samples measured in this study was 30 individuals for each fish species. The fish species measured were the dominant species caught in the Gili Matra marine protected area. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and length frequency analysis. The study results showed fishermen use bottom handlines, gillnets, and spearguns to catch fish within the limited utilization zone in the Gili Matra marine protected area. The dominant fish species caught in the area were Lutjanus gibbus, Siganus virgatus, and Parepeneus indicus. Almost all of these fish species had capture sizes larger than the length at first maturity
نظم هداية الأذكياء إلى طريق الأولياء للشيخ زين الدين المليباري الشافعي: دراسة تحليلية عروضية وقوافية

علم العروض هو أحد فروع العلوم الأدبية العربية التي تعرف بها صحيح اوزان الشعر وفاسدها وما يعتريها من الزحافات والعلل في الشعر العربية التقليدية. في حين أن علم القوافي هو علم دراسة قواعد الكلمات في نهاية في كل البيت الشعر. فالنظم الذي في قسم الأدب العربي لا يمكن مستقل عن قواعده.
هذا البحث بمنهج الوصفي التحليلي بطريق الوثائقية موجودة. لمعرفة على إيقاع البحر وشكل التقطيع والزحافات والعلل فيه فيستخدم الباحثة بالعلم العروض. وبينما لمعرفة من الكلمة القافية وأحرف القافية وحركات القافية وأنواع القافية وإسم القافية في نظم هداية الأذكياء إلى طريق الأولياء الباحثة تحلل باستخدام علم القوافي.
والنتيجة في هذا البحث هو: (1) البحر المستخدمة في نظم وهو بحر الكامل؛ (2) ويستخدم زحاف الإضمار 599 تفعيلات والوقص 19 تفعيلات والطي 1 تفعيلات والخزل 2 تفعيلات؛ (3) والعلة الواردة في نظم هناك واحدا فقط وهو علة الترفيل؛ (4) والجمل القافية من نوع كلمة واحدة هناك 81 والجمل من نوع كلمتين هناك 15 بينما الجمل في بعض كلمة هناك 66 والأخر من نوع كلمة وبعض أخرى هناك 26؛ (5) وأنواع الحروف القافية من التأسيس 43 أحرف وحروف الروي هو الروي المطلق، يعني في حرف اللام والوصل هو الألف إلا في البيت 101 بإستخدام حرف اللام والخروج هو الحرف الألف في البيت 101 فقط؛ (6) والحركات التي المستخدمة في هذا النظم كلها حركات المجرى الفتحة لحرف اللام؛ (7) وأنواع القافية بإستخدام المطلقة المجردة؛ (8) وأسماء القافية في نظم هو قافية المتدارك إلا في البيت 101 هو بإستخدام القافية المتراكب. وبالتالي فإن نظم هداية الأذكياء بإستخدام القافية الألف ويسمى باقصيدة اللامية.
ABSTRACT
The science of arudh is one of the branches of Arabic literary science that discusses the truth, damage and changes that occur in the traditional Arabic syrian. Whereas the science of qowafi is the study of the rules of words at the end of each verse. Nazdham who is also included in the Arabic literature section cannot be separated from the rules.
This research is entitled Analysis of Hidayatul Adzkiya 'ila Thariqil Auliya' Nadzham by Syaikh Zainuddin As Syafi'i Al-Malibari (Study of Analysis of Arudh and Qowafi Sciences). The data collection uses library research techniques (library research). This type of research uses descriptive analysis methods, namely the method by describing the text nadzham. To find out bahar, chunks-potaongan rhythm, zihaf and illat in it, the author uses the science of arudh. Whereas to find out the sentence form qofiyah, the letters qofiyah, harokat qofiyah, the type of qofiyah, and the name qofiyah contained in nadzham, the writer analyzes using the rules of qowafi knowledge.
The results of this study are: (1) bahar used in nadzham namely bahar kamil; (2) the zihaf uses idhmar 599 taf'ilat, waqsh 19 taf'ilat, Thayyu 1 taf'ilat, and khazl 2 taf'ilat; (3) illat contained in nadzham there is only one, namely illat tarfil; (4) qofiyah sentences of the type of one word there are 81, and those of the type two sentences have 15, while those in the sentence are 66, and the latter are of the type in part of the other sentences there are 26; (5) the types of qofiyah letters used, namely ta'sis 43 letters, rowi, in this case the entire verse ends in the letter lam as rawi; washal (in the form of alif letters) in all stanzas, except for verse 101 using the letter lam, and khuruj (in the form of letters of alif) only found in stanza 101; (6) the harokat qofiyah used in the whole nazdham is harokat fathah; (7) the type of qofiyah used in nadzham is qofiyah al muthlaqoh al mujarridah; (8) the name qofiyah in nadzham namely qofiyah mutadarik, except in verse 101 he uses the name qofiyah al mutarokib. Thus the Hidayatul Adzkiya nadzham 'uses qofiyah alif and is called qosidah lamiyah.

Ilmu arudh merupakan salah satu cabang dari ilmu kesusastraan Arab yang membahas tentang kebenaran, kerusakan serta perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi pada wazan-wazan syi’ir Arab tradisional. Sedangkan ilmu qowafi merupakan ilmu yang mempelajarai tentang aturan-aturan kata pada akhir tiap-tiap bait. Nazdham yang juga termasuk dalam bagian kesusastraan Arab tidak lepas dari aturan-aturannya.
Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Nadzham Hidayatul Adzkiya’ ila Thariqil Auliya’ Karya Syaikh Zainuddin As Syafi’i Al-Malibari (Kajian Analisis Ilmu Arudh dan Qowafi). Adapun pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kajian kepustakaan (library research). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis, yaitu metode dengan mendeskripsikan teks nadzham. Untuk mengetahui bahar, potongan-potaongan irama, zihaf serta illat didalamnya, penulis menggunakan ilmu arudh. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui bentuk kalimat qofiyah, huruf-huruf qofiyah, harokat qofiyah, jenis qofiyah, serta nama qofiyah yang terdapat dalam nadzham, maka penulis menganalisis menggunakan kaidah ilmu qowafi.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) bahar yang digunakan dalam nadzham yaitu bahar kamil; (2) zihafnya mengunakan idhmar 599 taf’ilat, waqsh 19 taf’ilat, Thayyu 1 taf’ilat, dan khazl 2 taf’ilat; (3) illat yang terdapat di dalam nadzham hanya terdapat satu, yaitu illat tarfil; (4) kalimat qofiyah yang berjenis satu kata terdapat 81, dan yang berjenis dua kalimat terdapat 15, sedangkan yang sebagian kalimat terdapat 66, dan yang terakhir berjenis sebagian dari kalimat yang lain terdapat 26; (5) macam-macam huruf qofiyah yang digunakan yaitu ta’sis 43 huruf, rowi dalam hal ini seluruh bait berakhiran huruf lam sebagai rawi; washal (berupa huruf alif) pada seluruh bait, kecuali pada bait ke 101 menggunakan huruf lam, dan khuruj (berupa huruf alif) hanya ditemukan dalam bait ke 101; (6) harokat qofiyah yang digunakan dalam keseluruhan nazdham ialah harokat fathah; (7) jenis qofiyah yang digunakan dalam nadzham ialah qofiyah al muthlaqoh al mujarridah; (8) nama qofiyah dalam nadzham yaitu qofiyah mutadarik, kecuali pada bait ke 101 ia menggunakan nama qofiyah al mutarokib.
