permanent like trouble of breath,headaches and cough Chronicly.
Object in this research is air of ambient of sulfide Hydrogen owning
trouble risk to health.This Research was done in areaKawasn Industri
Medan.Amount of taken sample as subject were 52 people in radius 300 m area
and 52 people in radius 800 m area.Design Research is crossectional with test of
Chi-Square.
The rwsult showed that the average hydrogen Sulfide concentration as
0,03 mg/m3(SD=0,0100) and 0,0093 mg/m3 (SD=0,00945 mg/m3).The result was
significant diffrent statistically P < 0,05 for Hydrogen Sulfide concentration from
study area.The Average Risk question showed in radius 300 m is 1.9 (SD=0.01)
and 0,417 (SD=0,002) in radius 800m.The result was significant diffrent
statistically P <0,05 for RQ Value with RP = 15 (95%CI=5,204 – 47,161).
This result showed water polutan and air polutan have risk to health of human.It
is recomended that the government of medan city to do risk management to the

The Relationship Between Noise and Hypertension on Welding Workshop Workers on Mahkamah Street Medan Kota Subdistrict
As time goes by, cases of environmental pollution are increasing. Environmental pollution can take the form of physical, chemical and biological pollution. Physical pollution is pollution that is rarely touched, one of which is noise. Noise can be generated from operating industrial equipment. Noise that exceeds the threshold can have a bad influence on workers, namely hypertension. Based on a preliminary survey, it was found that 6 out of 10 welding workshop workers on Jalan Mahkamah, Medan Kota Subdistrict had blood pressure ≥ 140/90 mmHg due to exposure to noise > 85 dB every day. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between noise and hypertension in welding workshop workers on Jalan Mahkamah, Medan Kota Subdistrict. This research uses analytical research with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study amounted to 32 people and the sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling with exclusion criteria, namely having a history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus and heart disease. The results of the study in univariate analysis showed that workers experienced hypertension (53.1%), aged ≤ 35 years (62.5%), exposure time > 8 hours (62.5%), work period ≤ 5 years (65.6%), smoking (65.6%), not consuming alcohol (59.6%). From the chi square statistical test that was carried out, there were variables that were related, namely noise (p=0.014) and length of service (p=0.002). The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between noise and the incidence of hypertension in welding workshop workers on Jalan Mahkamah, Medan Kota Subdistrict. Palm oil liquid waste contains nutrients that are needed by plant organisms, if not managed properly, LCPKS will have the potential to pollute the environment, resulting in pollution that can reduce water quality. Therefore, proper processing is needed to be able to achieve quality standards in accordance with PermenLH RI Number 5 of 2014 concerning Wastewater quality standards. The purpose of this study was to analyze the management of palm oil liquid waste in the palm oil mill of PT. X. This type of research is a descriptive survey to find out an overview of the liquid waste management process, and the quality of liquid waste before (inlet) and after (outlet) waste treatment in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 Year 2014. The results showed that the processing of palm oil liquid waste on parameters namely BOD, COD, TSS, pH, Oil and fat, there were 3 parameters that did not meet the requirements of wastewater quality standards after treatment (outlet), namely BOD (1,088 mg / L), COD (1,674 mg / L) and TSS (368 mg / L). Analisis Kondisi Rumah dan Pengetahuan Penderita TB Paru tentang TB Paru di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Siabu Kabupaten Mandailing Natal 2019
Tuberkulosis sampai dengan saat ini masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat utama di dunia dan Indonesia. Berdasarkan Global Tuberculosis Report 2018 sekitar 6,7 juta kasus baru penderita TB diseluruh dunia pada tahun 2017. Banyak faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian TB Paru diantaranya adalah karakteristik individu seperti umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, penghasilan, dan kondisi rumah seperti kepadatan hunian, ventilasi, pencahayaan, jenis lantai serta pengetahuan tentang TB Paru. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat survei dengan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan desain study cross sectional. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh kasus TB Paru di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Siabu Kecamatan Siabu Kabupaten Mandailing Natal selama periode Januari sampai Desember 2018 sebanyak 76 orang. Sampel diambil berdasarkan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling yaitu sebanyak 76 orang.. Hasil penelitian penderita TB Paru yaitu paling banyak untuk kelompok umur mayoritas umur 15- 50 tahun sebanyak 47 orang (61,8%), jenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 44 orang (57,9%), pendidikan tamat SMA sebanyak 33 orang (43,4%), pekerjaan petani sebanyak 34 orang (44,7%), penghasilan responden dibawah Rp.2.500.000 sebanyak 47 orang (61,8%), pengetahuan rendah sebanyak 47 orang (61,8%), kepadatan hunian tidak memenuhi syarat sebanyak 44 orang (57,9%), luas ventilasi tidak memenuhi syarat sebanyak 49 orang (64,5%), pencahayaan tidak memenuhi syarat sebanyak 47 orang (61,8%), jenis lantai memenuhi syarat sebanyak 64 orang (84,2%). Diharapkan kepada petugas Puskesmas Siabu agar melatih kader terkait informasi tentang TB dengan komunikasi aktif kader terhadap masyarakat seperti: penyuluhan tentang pencegahan penyakit TB Paru, penularan TB Paru, pengawasan dalam minum obat pasien TB Paru, serta penyuluhan tentang rumah sehat.Tuberculosis is still a major public health problem in the world and Indonesia. Samples were taken based on a total sampling technique that is as many as 76 people. The results of the study of patients with pulmonary TB are the most for the majority age group aged 15-50 years as many as 47 people (61.8%), male sex as many as 44 people ( 57.9%), 33 completed high school education (43.4%), 34 farmer jobs (44.7%), respondents' income below Rp.2,500,000 were 47 people (61.8%), knowledge low as many as 47 people (61.8%), occupancy density did not meet the requirements of 44 people (57.9%), ventilation area did not meet the requirements of 49 people (64.5%), lighting did not meet the requirements of 47 people (61 , 8%), the type of floor qualifies as many as 64 people (84.2%). Analisis Kualitas Air di Sepanjang Sungai Dolok dan Sumber Pencemar dengan Keluhan Kesehatan Kulit di Desa Perdamaian Simpang Penara 2018
Various community activities along the river flow such as bathing, washing, defecating, disposing of garbage, household waste and agricultural waste which results in changes in river water quality. The purpose of this study was to analyze the water quality along the Dolok River and the source of pollutants with complaints of skin health in the Perdamaian Village of Simpang Penara, Tanjung Morawa District.This type of research is a descriptive survey research with the method of taking three points of river water samples (upstream, middle, and downstream) to determine river water quality physically, chemically and biologically with skin health complaints on river water users. The population of this study were all people living around the river flow taken as many as 69 samples aged 18 years and over were taken by accidental sampling. Data collection methods were carried out using questionnaires which were then followed by examination of water samples in the laboratory.The results showed that the largest percentage of water users is based on the age at age 18-26 years, the largest percentage based on the level of education is high school graduation the largest percentage based on the type of work are housewife, and most income is less than Rp. 800.000. The results of examination of river water quality based on laboratory results of river water can be said to still meet the quality standards permitted in Government Regulation No.82 of 2001 concerning Management of Water Quality and Water Pollution Control, but river water users who experience skin health complaints or experience symptoms of hives only as much as 10.1%. River water users mostly carry out river pollution action, which is throwing livestock waste into the river every day as much as 36.2%.Need to hold counseling by the local government to the community around the daring river not to dispose of garbage or household waste to maintain river water quality. Awareness of the people living on the Dolok River is needed to maintain sustainably so that river water can be utilized and for people who maintain livestock, the river dolok always maintains the cleanliness of river water by not dumping household waste into the river.Berbagai aktivitas masyarakat disepanjang aliran sungai seperti mandi, mencuci, membuang limbah rumah tangga maupun limbah pertanian yang merupakan sumber pencemar sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan terhadap kualitas air sungai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas air di sepanjang Sungai Dolok dan sumber pencemar dengan keluhan kesehatan kulit di Desa Perdamaian Simpang Penara, Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian bersifat survey deskriptif dengan metode pengambilan tiga titik sampel air sungai yaitu di bagian hulu, tengah, dan hilir untuk mengetahui kualitas air sungai secara fisik, kimia dan biologi juga keluhan masyarakat akan kesehatan kulit pada pengguna air sungai. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang tinggal disekitar aliran sungai sebanyak 69 sampel yang berusia 18 tahun ke atas yang dilalukan secara acak atau accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan untuk air dilakukan pemeriksaan di laboratorium. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa persentase terbesar pengguna air adalah mereka yang berusia diantara 18 tahun sampai dengan usia 26 tahun, mereka yang berpendidikan terakhir tamat SMA dengan profesi sebagai ibu rumah tangga dan yang mempunyai pendapatan terbanyak adalah < Rp. 800.000 Hasil pemeriksaan kualitas air sungai berdasarkan hasil laboratorium air sungai dapat dikatakan masih memenuhi baku mutu yang diizinkan pada PP RI No.82 Tahun 2001 tentang Pengelolaan Kualitas Air dan Pengendalian Pencemaran Air, namun pengguna air sungai yang mengalami keluhan kesehatan kulit ataupun mengalami gejala gatal-gatal hanya sebanyak 10,1%. Pengguna air sungai sebagian besar melakukan tindakan pencemaran sungai yakni membuang limbah kotoran ternak ke sungai setiap harinya sebanyak 36,2%.Perlu diadakannya penyuluhan oleh Pemerintah setempat kepada masyarakat disekitar sungai dolok untuk tidak membuang sampah ataupun limbah rumah tangga guna mempertahankan kualitas air sungai. Perlu kesadaran masyarakat yang tinggal di bantaran sungai dolok untuk menjaga secara berkelanjutan agar air sungai dapat dimanfaatkan dan bagi masyarakat yang memelihara ternak dibantaran aliran sungai dolok selalu menjaga kebersihan air sungai dengan tidak melakukan pembuangan atas limbah rumah tangga ke sungai.Skripsi Sarjan
Spatial Analysis of the Distribution and Risk Factors of Pulmonary Tuberculosis at Work Area of Hutabaginda Public Health Centre Tarutung Sub District North Tapanuli District in 2022
Pulmonary tuberculosis is one of the top 10 diseases that need to be addressed and is one of the most common diseases that cause death. Tarutung Subdistrict with Hutabaginda Health Center is the subdistrict with the highest cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in North Tapanuli District. The number of cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in 2022 was obtained as many as 59 cases, of which 40 cases with complete and traceable addresses. This research is a descriptive analysis research using quantitative research method with Cross Sectional research design. This study analyzed with spatial analysis of the distribution and risk factors for the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in the Work Area of Public Health Centre Hutabaginda, Tarutung Subdistrict, North Tapanuli District with a total sampling technique with a sample size of 40 people. Data were collected directly by the researcher through observation and interview with a research questionnaire. Data analysis showed that the majority of research respondents were male (70%), productive age (77.5%), with low education level (80%), still working (52.5%), not consuming alcohol (52.5%), not smoking (55%), no history of diabetes (62.5%), unqualified residential density (80%), unqualified house temperature (70%), unqualified house ventilation (77.5%), unqualified house humidity (97.5%), qualified wall type (60%), qualified floor type (57.5%), and qualified house lighting (62.5%). Analisis Jarak Distribusi Air Minum dengan Sisa Chlor di Rumah Pelanggan PDAM Tirtanadi Deli Tua Tahun 2018
PDAM is one of the North Sumatra Province Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) which has several branches and one of them is the Deli Tua Branch and the Deli Tua Water Treatment Plant. PDAM Tirtanadi Deli Tua Branch is engaged in marketing, distribution networks, and serving the Deli Tua community and its surroundings. While the Deli Tua Water Treatment Plant (IPA) is a drinking water treatment unit. The research objective was to analyze the distribution distance of drinking water with residual chlor in the customer house of PDAM Tirtanadi Deli Tua in 2018. The method used in this study was descriptive using a cross-sectional design by interviewing the Head of Production of Deli Tua and the residual chlor examination at processed water from IPA Deli Tua. The population in this study was water samples from the processing of IPA Deli Tua. Sampling is done regularly by taking samples at a distance of 1,775 km. The water sample was taken at the Installation and customer house of PDAM Tirtanadi Deli Tua. The total number of samples is 15 water samples. The results of this study indicate that the residual chlor in the water from the IPA processing PDAM Tirtanadi Deli Tua is lowest 0.3 mg / l at the customer's house PDAM Tirtanadi Deli Tua with the farthest and highest distance 0.83 mg / l in the Installation. The remaining chlorine in the water from the processing of Deli Tua IPA shows that it is in accordance with the dosage set by Permenkes No. 736 / Menkes / Per / VI / 2010, namely the remaining chlor in drinking water at least 0.2 mg / l and a maximum of 1 mg / l. In IPA Deli Tua disinfection is carried out in 2 places, namely the raw water tank or Spliter box (pre chlorination) and reservoir (post chlorination). In the spliter box, chlorine injection (pre chlorination) occurs to oxidize Fe, Mg, and kill microorganisms. In the reservoir, chlorine is added (post chlorination) to disinfecting (killing bacteria). Giving chlorine doses in IPA Deli Tua varies depending on water discharge and the characteristics of raw water or turbidity of water. In general, the chlorine dose in IPA Deli Tua is 1½-2 ppm. It is expected that the PDAM Tirtanadi Deli Tua will increase the supervision of the water distribution pipeline network to customers and it is hoped that the IPA Deli Tua will increase supervision in dosing chlorine.Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirtanadi (PDAM Tirtanadi) merupakan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang memiliki beberapa cabang dan Instalasi salah satunya yaitu Cabang Deli Tua dan Instalasi Pengolahan Air Deli Tua. PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Deli Tua bergerak dibidang pemasaran, jaringan distribusi, dan melayani masyarakat Deli Tua dan sekitarnya. Sedangkan Instalasi Pengolahan Air (IPA) Deli Tua merupakan unit pengolahan air minum.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis jarak distribusi air minum dengan sisa chlor di rumah pelanggan PDAM Tirtanadi Deli Tua pada tahun 2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan cara wawancara pada Kepala Bagian Produksi IPA Deli Tua dan pemeriksaan sisa chlor pada air hasil olahan IPA Deli Tua. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel air hasil pengolahan IPA Deli Tua. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara regular dengan mengambil sampel pada setiap jarak 1,775 km. Sampel air tersebut diambil di Instalasi dan rumah pelanggan PDAM Tirtanadi Deli Tua. Jumlah keseluruhan sampel yaitu sebanyak 15 Sampel air. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sisa chlor pada air hasil pengolahan IPA PDAM Tirtanadi Deli Tua terendah 0,3 mg/l di rumah pelanggan PDAM Tirtanadi Deli Tua dengan jarak terjauh dan tertinggi 0,63 mg/l di rumah pelanggan dengan jarak terdekat. Sisa chlor pada air hasil pengolahan IPA Deli Tua menunjukkan sesuai dengan dosis yang ditetapkan Permenkes No. 736/Menkes/Per/VI/2010, yaitu sisa chlor dalam air minum minimal 0,2 mg/l dan maksimal 1 mg/l. Pada IPA Deli Tua desinfeksi dilakukan pada 2 tempat yaitu tangki air baku atau Spliter box (pre chlorinasi) dan reservoir (post chlorinasi). Pada spliter box, terjadi penginjeksian klorin (pre chlorinasi) untuk mengoksidasi logam Fe, Mg, dan membunuh mikroorganisme. Pada reservoir, terjadi penambahan klorin (post chlorinasi) untuk desinfektan (membunuh bakteri). Pemberian dosis chlor pada IPA Deli Tua bervariasi tergantung debit air dan karakteristik air baku atau kekeruhan air (turbidity air). Secara umum dosis chlor di IPA Deli Tua yaitu 1½-2 ppm. Diharapkan kepada pihak PDAM Tirtanadi Deli Tua agar meningkatkan pengawasan jaringan perpipaan distribusi air kepelanggan dan diharapkan kepada pihak IPA Deli Tua agar meningkatkan pengawasan dalam pendosisan klorin.89 HalamanSkripsi Sarjan
