    Liquid metal enabled pump

    Small-scale pumps will be the heartbeat of many future micro/nanoscale platforms. However, the integration of small-scale pumps is presently hampered by limited flow rate with respect to the input power, and their rather complicated fabrication processes. These issues arise as many conventional pumping effects require intricate moving elements. Here, we demonstrate a system that we call the liquid metal enabled pump, for driving a range of liquids without mechanical moving parts, upon the application of modest electric field. This pump incorporates a droplet of liquid metal, which induces liquid flow at high flow rates, yet with exceptionally low power consumption by electrowetting/deelectrowetting at the metal surface. We present theory explaining this pumping mechanism and show that the operation is fundamentally different from other existing pumps. Adjustable tool post tersusun dari beberapa komponen seperti, Handle Adjustable Tool Post yaitu Ø30 mm x 170 mm, body yaitu 115 mm x 115 mm x 75 mm, rumah pahat yaitu 120 mm x 53 mm x 80¬ mm, shaft pengunci rumah pahat Ø25 mm x 45 mm, mur stopper 25 mm x 15 mm x 15 mm. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahan, waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan komponen adjustable untuk mesin bubut kiangsi. Dalam proses pembuatannya material yang digunakan adalah baja S45C. Proses pemesinan untuk pembuatan komponen adjustable tool post untuk mesin bubut kiangsi meliputi proses bubut,drill dan proses frais. Secara teoritis total waktu dan biaya produksi yang dibutuhkan adalah 9,8 jam dan Rp 1.167.497,86. Adjustable post tool is composed of several components such as Adjustable Handle Tool Post, namely Ø30 mm x 170 mm, body which is 115 mm x 115 mm x 75 mm, chisel housing is 120 mm x 53 mm x 80 mm, shaft locking chisel housing is Ø25 mm x 45 mm, stopper nut 25 mm x 15 mm x 15 mm. This final project aims to determine the material, time and cost needed to make adjustable components for the concrete lathe. In the manufacturing process the material used is S45C steel. The machining process for making adjustable tool post components for concrete lathes includes lathe, drill and milling processes.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
