Pengembangan Tampilan UI/UX Website Perusahaan pada CV Global Prima
The development of information technology is now an integral part of everyday life. Current technological developments can make it easier for humans to complete various aspects of life. One of the uses of this information technology is the existence of company websites such as that of CV Global Prima. The company's website functions as a medium for carrying out the company's product digital marketing strategy.
This company profile website has been built on a web-based basis, but this system has a drawback such as having an unattractive appearance and design because it uses a basic template provided by Google Business. In this field work practice, the authors will design and develop the UI/UX of the company's website at CV Global Prima using the design thinking method
STUDI KASUS GAP GENERASI DALAM PERSPEKTIF NILAI PERSONAL DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI PADA PT. JASA RAHARJA (PERSERO) CABANG BALI
This study aims to explore the phenomenon of the generation gap that occurs at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Bali Branch from the perspective of personal values and organizational culture. The multiple-case study method was used to do this. Data were collected through a survey using instruments from the Rokeach Value Survey for personal values and the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) for organizational culture. A total of 47 respondents involved are employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Bali Branch. The results obtained indicate that there is no generation gap, because both generations X, Y, and Z have the same terminal and instrumental values. The organizational culture that is felt today and which is expected in the future also shows the same type, namely clan, and market culture.Penelitian bertujuan mengeksplorasi fenomena gap generasi yang terjadi di PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Bali dari perspektif nilai personal dan budaya organisasi. Digunakan metode multiple-case study untuk melakukannya. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei menggunakan instrumen dari Rokeach Value Survey untuk nilai personal dan Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) untuk budaya organisasi. Sebanyak 47 responden yang terlibat yang merupakan pegawai PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Bali. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan tidak terjadinya gap generasi, karena baik generasi X, Y, maupun Z memiliki nilai terminal dan instrumental yang sama. Budaya organisasi yang dirasakan saat ini dan yang diharapkan kedepannya juga menunjukkan tipe yang sama, yaitu budaya clan dan market
