Implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa: Studi kasus di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Kota Malang

Implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah (MBS) ini merupakan suatu peningkatan pendidikan melalui pemberian wewenang kepada sekolah untuk mengelola sumber daya sekolah sesuai dengan kondisi dan lingkungan sekolah. Bahwa MBS ini telah memberikan kewenangan yang lebih besar kepada sekolah untuk mengelola sekolahnya sendiri. Lembaga sekolah dilihat kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang serta kebutuhannya sendiri. Sehingga pengelolaan sumber daya sekolah akan lebih efektif dan efisien. Selain itu juga, MBS memberikan otonomi disertai akuntabilitas mengkondiskan terciptanya manajemen sekolah yang transparan, demokrasi sehat melalui masyarakat sekolah dalam pengambilan keputusan.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis 1) implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di MTsN 2 Kota Malang.2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di MTsN 2 Kota Malang.3) hasil implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah dalam meningkatkan prestasi sekolah.
Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data, dan Verifikasi. Serta mengunakan pengujian keabsahan data dengan teknik triangulasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:1) Implementasi Manajemen berbasis sekolah terdapat 4 prinsip, yakni: a). Kekuasaan, b) Pengetahuan, c) Sistem informasi, d) Sistem penghargaan. 2) Pelaksanaan manajemen berbasis sekolah terdapat 5 prinsip, yakni: a) Kemandirian, b) Kemitraan, C) Partisipasi, d) Keterbukaan, e) Akuntabilitas. 3) Mempengaruhi pencapaian hasil belajar siswa dalam prestasinya terdapat 4 faktor, yakni: a) Intelegensi atau Kecerdasan, b) Bakat, c) Minat, d) Motivasi. 4) Hasil dari manajemen atau kepala madrasah dalam MBS terdapat a) Peningkatan kualitas peserta didik dengan membentuk kemandirian, dan karakter, serta b) meningkatkan minat masyarakat serta citra positif terhadap sekolah MTsN 2 Kota Malang.
ENGLISH:
The Implementation of school-based management (SBM) is an improvement in education through giving authority to schools to manage school resources according to school conditions and environment. That MBS has given greater authority to schools to manage their own strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and needs. So that management of school resources will bemore effective and efficient. Apart from that, SBM Provides autonomy accompanied by accountability which conditions the creation of transparent school management, healthy democracy through the school community in decision making.
The aim of this research is to describe and analyze 1) the implementation
of school-based management at MTsN 2 Malang City. 2) supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of school-based management in improving student learning achievement at MTsN 2 Malang City. 3) the results of implementing school-based management in improving school achievement. To answer these problems, this research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data obtained was analyzed using Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Verification. As well as using data validity testing with triangulation techniques.
The research results show that: 1) There are 4 principles in implementing
school-based management, namely: a). Power, b) Knowledge, c) Information system, d) Reward system. 2) There are 5 principles in implementing school-based management, namely: a) Independence, b) Partnership, C) Participation, d) Openness, e) Accountability. 3) There are 4 factors influencing student learning outcomes in their achievements, namely: a) Intelligence or Intelligence, b) Talent, c) Interest, d) Motivation. 4) The results of the management or head of the madrasah in MBS include a) improving the quality of students by forming independence and character, and b) increasing public interest and a positive image of the MTsN 2 Malang City school.

المجتمع المدرسي في عملية صنع القرار.
الهدف من هذا البحث هو وصف وتحليل 1( تنفيذ اإلدارة المدرسية في مدينة 2 MTsN
ماالنج 2( العوامل الداعمة والمعوقة لتنفيذ اإلدارة المدرسية في تحسين التحصيل التعليمي
للطالب في مدينة 2 MTsN ماالنج. 3( نتائج تطبيق اإلدارة المدرسية في تحسين التحصيل
المدرسي.
لإلجابة على هذه المشكالت، يستخدم هذا البحث منه ًجا نوعيًا مع نوع دراسة الحالة البحثية.
وتم جمع البيانات عن طريق المالحظة والمقابالت والوثائق. ثم تم تحليل البيانات التي تم
الحصول عليها باستخدام تقليل البيانات وعرض البيانات والتحقق. وكذلك استخدام اختبار
صحة البيانات مع تقنيات التثليث.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
