Automobile Sdn Bhd, I was assigned to handle a range of tasks like financial record-keeping using Financio software, updating customer insurance and managing the booking process through Perodua booking system. I also handle document preparation by utilizing tools like Microsoft Excel, WonderShare, and email platforms. This internship has provided me valuable experience in the real world of working environment which has helped in enhancing both my technical skills and also soft skills. Through my internship, I have identified SWOT analysis for S.L. Automobile Sdn Bhd and have provided a detailed discussion for each category of SWOT. I also have provided recommendations for each category of SWOT that the company can do in order to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and competitive positioning in the market. Program ini dihadiri oleh warga kampus terdiri daripada warga akademik dan pentadbiran. Program ini dilaksanakan dengan kerjasama beberapa unit iaitu Pejabat Ketua Pusat Pengajian (KPP) dan Unit Latihan (Pentadbiran) Kuala Terengganu. Library Outreach merupakan platform untuk berkongsi maklumat terkini dan perkhidmatan baharu kepada warga kampus dengan lebih berkesan. Taklimat ini disampaikan oleh Cik Nurmaisari Che Anuar selaku Pustakawan dan dibantu oleh beberapa staf perpustakaan sepanjang program berlangsung. Taklimat “Ada Apa di Library Kita” memberi fokus mengenai pengurusan perpustakaan cawangan Terengganu, perkhidmatan perpustakaan dan maklumat terkini mengenai perpustakaan. Taklimat ini juga memberi penekanan kepada warga akademik mengenai perkhidmatan dan rujukan yang terdapat di perpustakaan terutamanya Kelas Kemahiran Pengguna, Pembelian buku baharu, penerbitan PRIMe dan lain-lain.
