Foreign Prison Experience Resocialization of Prisoners
At the present stage, the analysis of foreign experience in the field of re-socialization of prisoners becomes relevant. One of the main objectives of this article is to consider the problem of the process of re-socialization of prisoners. Among the objectives of this article is to analyze the best foreign experience in this field. The author pays special attention to various types of social, psychological and pedagogical work with prisoners. As a result, the author analyzes modern social and psychological programs for prisoners, contributing to their successful re-socialization. In the process of writing the article used General scientific and private scientific research methods. The leading method of studying this problem is comparative analysis. The result of the analysis was a generalization of the author of the advanced methods of foreign practices in the field of the re-socialization significance of the results is confirmed by isolation of the author of the directions in the process of re-socialization of prisoners, which can be applied as best practices in the activities of the UIS Russia
Scan to HBIM Technology Problems: A Case Study of Holy Cross Exaltation Cathedral in Solikamsk, Russia
Building Information Modeling is gradually becoming the standard in architectural heritage. The article discusses a method for converting point clouds into a three-dimensional information model. The point clouds for the cathedral were obtained by photogrammetry and terrestrial laser scanning methods. The current trend is a combination of Digital Photogrammetry with Laser Scanning. The combination of ground and aerial photogrammetry allowed the building to be digitally displayed in the best possible way. The model of the Cathedral of the Holy Cross Exaltation is the case study described in this paper. Modeling was carried out on the basis of such a combined point cloud. The modeling took into account the real state of both the building as a whole and its individual elements. Problems with the use of BIM modeling for historical objects can be considered difficulties with including all the inaccuracies of the real object. On the basis of historical photos, the historical view of the architectural monument has been recreated. BIM models play an important role in the documentation process. All information collected about the building becomes a single database, collected in one file. This is important for the subsequent work. Such knowledge bases about architectural monuments are aimed both at solving applied problems in the field of reconstruction and construction, and at spreading knowledge about architectural heritage
Are interleukin-16 and thrombopoietin new tolls for the in vitro generation of dendritic cells?
The effects of interleukin 16 (IL-16) on dendritic cell (DC) generation from human CD34+ progenitor cells are not known. Here, we show that IL-16 added to a basal cocktail comprised of granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), IL-4, Flt-3 ligand (Flt3L), and tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) does induce the CD34+ hematopoietic cells to proliferate in vitro and to differentiate into phenotypically and functionally mature DCs. IL-16 exerts this function more efficiently than stem cell factor (SCF) as a control, thrombopoietin (TPO), or IL-16 plus TPO. Moreover, we show that the combination of IL-16 plus TPO induces the generation of tolerogenic DCs, able to induce an anergic state in T cells that persists when T cells are rechallenged with immunogenic DCs. An altered pattern of cytokine production, a reduced expression of the C-type lectin DC-SIGN, and an increased surface expression of the inhibitory molecules immunoglobulin-like transcript 2 (ILT-2), ILT-3, and ILT-4 may all contribute to confer the tolerogenic properties of these DCs. Generation of tolerogenic DCs may aid the exploration of new therapeutic strategies to promote tolerance to autoantigens and prevent disease development. (Blood. 2004;104:4020-4028
Market analysis and strategy recommendations for product group X. Business case: company Y
The study was carried out within the business development department of the German automotive supplier company Y. The purpose of this study was to perform the comprehensive market analysis for product group X, to identify potential customers for the case company and to make recommendations for future strategy.
The theoretical data for this study were collected from various sources, particularly articles and books. Empirical knowledge was gathered by the help of desk researches, personal semi-structured interviews during exhibition and customer visits. The combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods was chosen for acquiring data and presenting the research results.
Based on the findings, the case company has got an extensive overview of the product X tendencies on the target market. Moreover, the strategic analysis in a form of a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis has been performed and strategy recommendations have been proposed
Analysis of net international investment position/external debt of Russia
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu čisté investiční pozice a zahraniční zadluženosti Ruské federace. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy, ze kterých pak vychází část praktická. Platební bilance, její jednotlivá salda, mezinárodní investiční pozice, její aktiva a pasiva, veřejný dluh a jeho původ, vzájemná propojenost a provázanost těchto pojmů, jejích unikátnost a role v osudu celého státu... Praktická část se zabývá zkoumáním aktuálního stavu země v porovnání s ostatními státy, zjištěním příčin takového vývoje a hodnocením Ruska podle různých ukazatelů.This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of net international investment position and external debt of the Russian Federation. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts on which practical part is based: the balance of payments, the balances, the international investment position, its assets and liabilities, the public debt and its origin, interconnectedness and interdependence of these terms, their uniqueness and role in the fate of the entire country... The practical part examines the current state of the country in comparison with other States, finds the causes of this development and evaluation of Russia according to various indicators
Problems of choosing optimal solutions for systems with random and non-random perturbations
The problem of choosing an optimal solution in stochastic optimization problem containing both random perturbations with given distributions and nonrandom perturbations about which only the regions of their possible values are known. As a criterion of optimality, the quantile criterion is used, i.e. The objective function value guaranteed with some given probability is optimised. This problem is closely connected with the problem of the construction confidence estimates for a statistically uncertain random vector that is a random vector with an incompletely known distribution. A concept of the generalized confidence set is used for statistically uncertain vector, and its properties are studied. The quantile stochastic optimization problem under incomplete information is solved by means of an optimal choice of the generalized confidence region. © 2017 Author(s)
Prospects of electric heating applying in Russian cities to ensure their sustainable development
One of the stable trends in development of the world electric power industry is the transition from monotony to diversity in its evolution. It is characterized by a wide range of the strategic tasks solved by a set of the used energy resources and a changing spectrum of the possible energy technologies. However in the thermal energy supply of consumers in Russia for almost 100 years there is practically the only system of water heat supply that does not meet modern ecological, anthropogenic, technological and social requirements which motivated authors to conduct research on the alternative system of electrical heating. Materials for the study of the two heat supply systems were the actual parameters of alternative systems and their implication in technological and economic spheres as well as the impact on environmental indicators. Research methods include system approach, analysis of statistical data and authors’ estimates. Result of comparing of the two alternative heat supply system is the classification of their positive and negative factors at the qualitative and quantitative levels of assessment. The conducted research has shown the significant advantages of the new electric heat supply system which is more in line with the requirements of sustainable development of Russian cities, preserves health and improves quality of life of their inhabitants
