Usulan Model Penjadwalan Batch Multi item Pada mesin Jet dyeing Menggunakan Model Dependent Processing Time Untuk Meminimasi Waktu Tinggal Aktual di PT. Alenatex-Bandung
Get PDFPenjadwalan batch merupakan salah satu perencanaan yang penting dalam kegiatan produksi di PT. Alenatex yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur tekstil menghasilkan dua belas jenis kain. Namun, tidak semua proses produksi memiliki waktu proses yang sama seperti halnya pada proses pencelupan (dyeing). Proses pencelupan ini memiliki waktu proses yang berbeda-beda di setiap jenis kainnya. Penjadwalan batch cukup sulit dilakukan secara optimal, perusahaan hanya menentukan ukuran batch sesuai dengan kapasitas mesinnya. Perusahaan juga mengalami overstock yaitu sekitar 1360 unit per bulan.Dependent processing time merupakan kondisi waktu proses per unit tidak lagi tetap, sehingga dapat memengaruhi waktu tinggal aktual batch. Waktu proses per unit dalam satu batch dipengaruhi oleh lama waktu tunggu mulai saat penyelesaian batch sampai dengan saat penyerahannya (due date). Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh total waktu tinggal aktual minimum yaitu 1672726.54878 menit pada N=14.Dengan dependent processing time perusahaan dapat meminimasi waktu tinggal aktual perusahaan dari 9966381.36130931 menit menjadi 1672726.54878 menit. Hal ini menghasilkan penurunan sebanyak 83.216%. Jumlah produksi pada mesin dyeing dari 1921 unit menurun menjadi 1133 unit per bulannya atau memiliki selisih sebesar 41.02%. Kemudian perusahaan juga dapat mengurangi makespan sebesar 74.018%.Penelitian ini menghasilkan penjadwalan batch berupa ukuran batch, urutan batch, dan jumlah batch yang dapat membantu perusahaan mengurangi overstock atau adanya keterlambatan pengiriman kepada konsumen. dependent processing time, penjadwalan batch, waktu tinggal aktua

miskonsepsi siswa materi system peredaran darah. Untuk mendeteksi miskonsepsi
siswa maka penelitian menggunakan aplikasi four tier mulyiple choice test
berbasis android untuk mengdianogsis miskonsepsi peserta didik kelas VIII
tingkat SMP pada materi system peredaran darah .jenis penelitian ini merupakan
penelitian Research and Devloment (R&D).dengan menggunakan model
pengembangan plomp yang terdiri dari 3 tahapan, yakni preliminary research,
development or prototyping phase, and assesmen phase. Populasi penelitian yakni
seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII SMPN 4 Tulang Bawang Barat yang terdiri 2
kelas yaitu VIII A dan VIII berjumlah 60 peserta didik. sample yang di ambil
secara acak menggunakan teknik simple random sampling . Instrumen analisis
data yang digunakan pada penelitian berupa soal four tier multiple choice test dan
angket penilaian terhadap produk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dar
beberapa ahli validasi yakni ahli media,ahli bahasa, ahli materi,ahli soal,bahwa
produk dinilai sangat layak ,serta diperoleh respons positif dari pendidik dan
peserta didik terhadap penilaian produk .Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa
instrument four tier multiple choice berbasis android untuk mendiagnogsis
miskonspsi peserta didik kelas VIII layak untuk digunakan sebagai evalusasi
pembelajaran, Berdasarkan hasil penelitain dilihat dari hasil analisis, pemahaman
konsep peserta didik menunjukkan sebagian besar pertanyaan, miskonsepsi adalah
dengan persentase 33% yang menggunakan kesalahpahaman. pada masalah ini,
menganalisis data peserta didik membuat sebagian besar jawaban dalam
memecahkan masalah. Kemudian persentase yang paling tidak memahami konsep
presentase 73% yang tidak memahami konsep dalam pertanyaan ini, hal ini
dikarenakan masih ada peserta didik yang tidak paham konsep tentang peredaran
darah.

ABSTRACT
The author takes the title of this thesis with a background problem in
students' misconceptions about the circulatory system. To detect students'
misconceptions, the study used the Android-based four-tier multiple choice test
application to diagnose misconceptions in class VIII junior high school students
on the circulatory system material. This type of research is Research and
Development (R&D) research. Using the plomp development model which
consists of 3 stages, namely preliminary research, development or prototyping
phase, and assessment phase. The research population was all students of class
VIII SMPN 4 Tulang Bawang Barat consisting of 2 classes, namely VIII A and
VIII, totaling 60 students. samples taken at random using simple random sampling
technique. The data analysis instruments used in this research were four tier
multiple choice test questions and product assessment questionnaires. Based on
the research results obtained from several validation experts, namely media
experts, linguists, material experts, question experts, that the product was
considered very feasible, and positive responses were obtained from educators and
students on product assessment. It can be concluded that the four tier multiple
choice instrument Based on the results of the analysis, students' understanding of
the concept shows the majority of questions, misconceptions are with a percentage
of 33% using misunderstanding. on this problem, analyzing student data makes
the most of the answers in solving the problem. Then the percentage that at least
does not understand the concept is the percentage of 73% who do not understand
the concept in this question, this is because there are still students who do not
understand the concept of blood circulation.

Reproductive health is a state in which physical, mental and social well-being, intact and not merely free from disease or disability in all matters relating to the reproductive system, function and process . During adolescence, there are striking changes physically and psychologically which is commonly referred to as puberty. The purpose of this socialization is so that teenagers can apply healthy behavior patterns, namely avoiding early marriage, sex before marriage or free sex, and avoiding the abuse of narcotics, psychotropic substances and addictive substances. The method used to increase the knowledge of adolescents is by socializing or counseling. The author hopes that after this counseling or socialization is carried out, adolescents can find out how important it is to maintain reproductive health. However, the construction of Widuri Beach culinary center is considered not in accordance with the rules and standards of beach tourism. During its development, non-formal culinary areas were formed on the beach. Non-formal culinary areas were formed due to the some conditions of Widuri Beach and visitor preferences, which are highly accessible, affordable parking and food cost, and attractive views. The formal culinary area established by the government is less visited with buyers because they prefer non-formal culinary areas. The results of this evaluation are taken into consideration by the author in developing the culinary area of the Widuri Beach area into a culinary and family entertainment center that is in accordance with the standards, rules and interests of visitors. The concept of landscape architecture is applied in the development of the culinary and entertainment center of Widuri Beach with the aim of maintaining environmental sustainability.

Katherine' Psychopathy in Lady Macbeth (2016): A Psychoanalytic Approach
Get PDFThis study aims to 1) analyze the symptoms of Katherine's psychopathy. 2) To explain the causes of psychopathy as reflected in Katherine in the Lady Macbeth film (2016). This study uses a psychoanalytic approach from Sigmund Freud. This research is included in qualitative research that focuses on analyzing the symptoms and causes of psychopathy in the main character. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis. From this research, two findings can be initiated as an answer to the problem formulation. The first is the symptoms of Katherine's psychopathy. The author found six symptoms of Katherine's psychopathy, namely impulsive and poor behavior control, lack of empathy, lack of remorse and guilt, deceitful and manipulative, shallow emotions, and a lack of responsibility. Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to determine the dimension of electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) consisting of intensity, the valence of opinion, and content applied in social media Instagram nanine.id. The population in this study is Instagram users who have visited nanine.id Instagram profile and heard about or used eWOM to get information about buying nanine.id products. Sampling technique to determine the sample to be used in this study using non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and Forum Group Discussions (FGD). The data analysis method used is a descriptive statistical analysis technique. The result shows that the three dimensions of electronic word of mouth are already implemented with a very high category on Instagram nanine.id. The intensity dimension has an average score of 4.28, the valence of opinion has an average score of 4.25, and content has an average score of 4.56. To maintain and increase e-WOM through Instagram social media, there are several strategies proposed by the author, including consistently maintaining product and service quality, providing incentives, and creating interactive content
Strategic Planning Customer Experience using Predictive Analysis Indihome PT Telkom

There is external challenging such as changing customer behavior and high performing Customer Experience (CX) focused industries that seeing customer and business growth. In PT Telkom itself, internal challenges there is a financial performance on a decreasing trend and for Net Promoter Score (NPS) is below best in class benchmark globally. The objective is elevating CX as a corporate strategic priority, engaging all stakeholders to achieve CX transformation. PT Telkom every year doing Net Promoter Score and Net Emotional Value (NEV) to measuring the loyalty of a firm's customer relationships and customer satisfaction that correlated with revenue growth. The author takes the model from secondary data from NPS and NEV Report from 2014 – 2018 of PT Telkom Indonesia, focused in Telkom Regional 3 West Java and assign relationship and satisfaction dimension and attribute. Using predictive analytics is a method that analyzing current and historical facts to make predictions about the future to determine an accurate strategy and can improve customer experience based on the appropriate level of correlation. From NPS and NEV report the dimensions and attributes are processed by predictive analysis using correlation and regression. The fact-finding that based on that analytics will be a strong correlation attributes that would become the key to strategic planning for a customer experience that in a lining with corporate strategy. The strong correlation attribute from this statistical processing is the installation process is long, friendliness of the technician, and ease of accessing points. Then the strategic planning for customer experience is from the result from predictive analytics combine with benchmarking with other telco’s company to propose strategic program end-to-end customer journey and integrated to back end system, digitalization and digital ecosystem will be impacted and gave a result business and revenue
