The challenges of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic require creativity and learning innovation, so online learning evaluation is very much needed. The purpose of this paper is to explore the implementation of Quizizz-based online evaluation in universities as a fun alternative to evaluation. Quizizz has adequate features to serve as a means of evaluating online learning such as quizzes and daily assessments. However, most of them only use Quizizz as a learning game, whereas through Quizizz various formal learning evaluations can be carried out such as quizzes, daily assessments, surveys and so on. This research method is a qualitative method. Methods of collecting data with literature review, observation, and interviews. Sampling was selected by purposive sampling method, There are 56 students from the class of 2021 who are taking electronic components lectures, of which 21 are male and 35 are female, ranging in age from 19 to 20 years. The results of the study found that the implementation of Quizizz is easy to use, has many features and many facilities that support learning evaluation activities. Furthermore, the use of features on Quizizz, such as Live Quiz, gives the impression of live evaluation which is fun. Learning evaluation through Quizizz can make it easier for lecturers to make detailed and objective assessments. So, with the current Covid-19 pandemic, learning evaluation with Quizizz is the right alternative

In the current Covid-19 transition period, innovations in early childhood learning models are needed that are effectively used. The many models of early childhood learning during this pandemic need to be studied further which are appropriate for implementation. This study aims to empirically verify the early childhood learning model during the COVID-19 pandemic and analyze the factors that influence early childhood learning during the Covid-19 period. The method used in writing this article is a systematic literature review, which is a literature search from national article sources conducted using indexed searches on Google Scholar and Microsoft Academic. This literature review was conducted using the prism method technique. The articles reviewed are the most recent 50 articles from 2020 to 2021, and the results were sorted into 26 articles. All articles are classified by year of publication, type of indexing journal, method, and early childhood learning model. The results of the study are presented as follows. (1) The search results prove an increase in the number of articles published from 2020-2021. (2) The results of the study show that the most widely used learning model in early childhood learning involves the participation and assistance of parents in children's learning at home through learning media created by teachers and distributed through social media. (3) The obstacles that can be identified are: (a) the role of parents in children's learning during the pandemic is still less than optimal, (b) the lack of mastery of technology skills of students and parents during online learning. So it is necessary to develop an early childhood learning model that can be applied in online implementation, able to facilitate collaboration between parents, teachers, and students

Students are faced with the choice to continue their education to a higher level of work after completing their education, including engineering education students. However, the fact is that the students who have completed their education cannot determine the career planning direction. This phenomenon implies that students do not have career maturity, especially in entrepreneurship. Career maturity is influenced by several factors, including locus of control and self-concept. This study aims to describe the internal locus of control, self-concept, and career maturity, test the contribution of internal locus of control and self-concept towards the career maturity of engineering education students in entrepreneurship. This study used multiple regression analysis. The research sample was 218 people consisting of students at private universities in West Sumatra, Indonesia. Data collection was done by using inventory Locus of Control and Self Concept. The research findings show that: (1) on average, the description trust of internal locus of control is in the high category, (2) the self-concept is in a positive category, (3) career maturity is in the high category, (4) there is the contribution of locus of control internal to career maturity of 7.5% (R = 0.275, the significance of 0.000), (5) there is a contribution of self-concept to career maturity of 7.2% (R = 0.268, the significance of 0.000), and (6) there is a joint contribution of locus of internal control and self-concept of career maturity by 11% (R = 0.332, significance 0.000)
